MnS夹杂物诱发钢材点蚀,对钢材服役寿命、工作生产安全和社会经济发展产生巨大危害。首先,分析了MnS夹杂物诱发钢材点蚀的机理,包括电偶腐蚀机理、S和Cl-协同作用机理、封闭区域加速点蚀机理、贫铬区机理和微缝隙机理;其次,汇总了MnS夹杂物大小、形貌、分布,Cl-浓度、温度和应力对MnS夹杂物诱发钢材点蚀的影响;然后,总结了钢材防腐蚀的常用措施;最后,展望了防止MnS夹杂物诱发钢材点蚀的未来研究方向。

Mn含量对Mg2Ni型合金相形成及放电性能的影响

采用按比例混合合金粉末压制成圆柱试样，然后用低温烧结和随后机械球磨的方法制备了非晶态的Mg2Ni型合金。研究了烧结和球磨对不同Mn含量的Mg2Ni型合金的相形成过程及电化学性能的影响。实验表明：在Mg2Ni中采用第三组元Mn对Mg进行适量的替代后，通过烧结及球磨方法可以获得均匀的非晶相；微量替代可有效地提高其放电容量：随替代量的增加，合金最大放电容量和高速放电能力降低，而充放电循环稳定性提高。     

稀燃车用催化剂的研究进展

稀燃车用催化剂是汽车尾气净化催化剂今后发展的方向，在稀燃条件下如何处理NOx是稀燃车用催化剂面临的巨大挑战。本文详细地评述了近年来国内外在这方面的研究工作，包括选择催化还原催化剂、存储还原催化剂和组合多功能催化剂的研究进展。     

Wear resistance of ceramic coating on AZ91 magnesium alloy by micro-arc oxidation

The ceramic coating formed on AZ91 magnesium alloy by micro-arc oxidation （MAO） was characterized. The results show that the ceramic coating （3.4-23 μm in thickness）on the surface ofAZ91 alloy was attained under different micro-arc oxidation treatment conditions, which consist mainly of MgO, Mg2SiO4 and MgSiO3 phases. Nano-hardness in a cross-sectional specimen was determined by nano-indentation experiment. The MAO coatings exhibit higher hardness than the substrate. Dry sliding wear tests for the MAO coatings and AZ91 alloy were also carded out using an oscillating friction and wear tester in a ball-on-disc contact configuration. The wear resistance of the MAO coatings is improved respectively under different treatment time as a result of different structures of ceramic coatings formed on AZ91 alloy.

Synthesis and characterization of novel aromatic condensation polymers containing rigid benzoxazole pendent groups

A new aromatic diamine monomer containing benzoxazole substituents was prepared by a multistep synthesis starting from 1,4‐dibromo‐2,5‐difluorobenzene. The diamine was polymerized with commercial aromatic dianhydride or dicarboxylic acid chloride monomers to provide several different poly(amic acid)s and polyamides with their inherent viscosities in the range of 0.24–0.46 dL/g. Thermal properties of these polymers including thermal imidization of poly(amic acid)s into polyimides were investigated by using FTIR, DSC, and TGA. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Isobutylene polymerization in the presence of t-BuCl/SnCl4

Summary The effect of tert-butyl chloride in the polymerizations of isobutylene carried out in the presence of SnCl₄ in dichloromethane at temperatures-20°C and-78°C was investigated. Synthesized polyisobutylene samples showed a bimodal molecular weight distribution (MWD) and it was found that the weight content of the lowermolecular weight (LMW) fraction increased with increasing t-BuCl concentration in the polymerization mixture. The effect of ageing of the initiation mixture t-BuCl/SnCl₄ in CH₂Cl₂ prepared in advance on MWD of the PIB samples was also studied. Ageing of the initiation system supports the formation of the LMW fraction and this oily PIB is the only product of the polymerization at-20°C, .
