Commercial Test of Multi-functional Desulfurizing Agent TS-01 for Gasoline in FCC Process

Experimental use of multi-functional desulfurizing agent TS-01 for FCC gasoline in the FCC unit of SINOPEC Jiujiang Company shows that the multi-functional desulfurizing agent can effectively remove various kinds of sulfur in FCC gasoline and diesel fuel and fulfill passivation on heavy metals.     

Analysis and synthesis of on-chip spiral inductors

This paper presents a physically based compact model for estimating high-frequency performance of spiral inductors. The model accurately accounts for skin and proximity effects in the metal conductors as well as eddy current losses in the substrate. The model shows excellent agreement with measured data mostly within 10% across a variety of inductor geometries and substrate dopings up to 20 GHz. A web-based spiral inductor synthesis and analysis tool COILS, which makes use of the compact models, is presented. An optimization algorithm using binary searches speeds up the synthesis of inductor designs.     

抗裂合成纤维混凝土在尼尔基发电厂房工程中的应用

为了提高发电厂房水轮机混凝土蜗壳的抗裂、抗渗、抗冲击、抗震、抗冲耐磨性能，在尼尔基水利枢纽工程蜗壳混凝土的施工中掺加抗裂合成纤维，厂房项目部试验人员对蜗壳混凝土进行了掺加抗裂合成纤维（CTA Fiber）试验，试验结果及工程实际应用效果良好，提高了工程质量，支持了国家重点工程建设。     

Ozonation of CI Reactive Black 5 using rotating packed bed and stirred tank reactor

This study investigates the ozonation of CI Reactive Black 5 (RB5) by using the rotating packed bed (RPB) and completely stirred tank reactor (CSTR) as ozone contactors. The RPB, which provides high gravitational force by adjusting the rotational speed, was employed as a novel ozone contactor. The same ozone dosage was separately introduced into either the RPB or the CSTR for the investigation, while the experimental solution was continuously circulated within the apparatus consisting of the RPB and CSTR. The decolorization and mineralization efficiencies of RB5 in the course of ozonation are compared for these two methods. Moreover, the dissolved and off‐gas ozone concentrations were simultaneously monitored for the further analysis. As a result, the ozone mass transfer rate per unit volume of the RPB was significantly higher because of its higher mass transfer coefficient and gas–liquid concentration driving force. Furthermore, ozonation kinetics was found to be independent of the gravitational magnitude of an ozone gas–liquid contactor. Therefore, the results suggest employing RPBs as ozone‐contacting devices with the advantage of volume reduction. The experimental results, which can be used for further modeling of the ozonation process in the RPB, also show the requirement of correct design for the RPB. 主要研究带钛合金连接头硼／铝复合材料管构件中Ｂ－Ａｌ－Ｔｉ间的界面结构与性质。研究表明，在复合工艺条件下，硼－铝界面附近没有检测到任何铝－硼化合物，而钛－铝间形成ＴｉＡｌ有序金属间化合物相。实验证明，硼／铝复合材料与铝合金端环之间采用的固结方法是有效的，且可按照受载类型随意调整斜面搭接长度，达到承受不同载荷的目的。
