Computer modelling of hot pressing is provided. Kinetics are described for compaction during hot pressing in a rigid die, and the change in density distribution, irreversible solid phase strain accumulation, and equivalent stresses are studied by means of the finite element method. Shrinkage during the preparation of complex-shaped articles by hot pressing pure Al2O3 powder in a graphite die without a protective atmosphere and the physicomechanical properties of the finished article are studied. Calculated and experimental results agree satisfactorily.  相似文献

A test has been devised that allows one to determine the work of adhesion and wettability in a system composed of aluminum nitride ceramics with a liquid metal without the need for experimental examination. A correlation is examined between the work of adhesion on the one hand and that criteria or others on the other that have been proposed by various researchers. Forecasts are made for the work of adhesion and wetting angle for a series of metals that have not been examined previously. An experimental check has been made on the forecast adhesion activity for some elements.  相似文献

We use high content cell analysis, live cell fluorescent imaging, and transmission electron microscopy approaches combined with inhibitors of cellular transport and nuclear import to conduct a systematic study of the mechanism of interaction of nonfunctionalized quantum dots (QDs) with live human blood monocyte-derived primary macrophages and cell lines of phagocytic, epithelial, and endothelial nature. Live human macrophages are shown to be able to rapidly uptake and accumulate QDs in distinct cellular compartment specifically to QDs size and charge. We show that the smallest QDs specifically target histones in cell nuclei and nucleoli by a multistep process involving endocytosis, active cytoplasmic transport, and entering the nucleus via nuclear pore complexes. Treatment of the cells with an anti-microtubule agent nocodazole precludes QDs cytoplasmic transport whereas a nuclear import inhibitor thapsigargin blocks QD import into the nucleus. These results demonstrate that the nonfunctionalized QDs exploit the cell's active transport machineries for delivery to specific intranuclear destinations.  相似文献

A subcritical zero-power source-driven coupled core, the YALINA-Booster, has been constructed for experimental investigations of neutron kinetics of source-driven systems. In this study, the reactivity of two subcritical configurations has been determined by the area ratio method. The prompt neutron decay constants have been evaluated through slope fitting of the prompt neutron decay as well as through the pulsed Rossi-α method. It is shown that the slope fitting method and the pulsed Rossi-α method give stable results whereas the area ratio method results show spatial dependence. The reasons for the spatial spread are addressed.  相似文献

The novel μ3-oxo-bridged heterotrinuclear iron(III)-copper(II) trichloroacetates of the composition [Fe2CuO(CCl3COO)6(THF)3] (1a) and [Fe2CuO(CCl3COO)6(4-DMAP)3] (1b) have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography, IR and Mossbauer spectroscopy. These clusters were used as precursors for the synthesis of the nanosized catalytic system (~5–6 nm of γ-Fe2O3/CuO), which works as an efficient organic phase catalyst (~0.02 mol%) in a one-pot three component Biginelli synthesis.  相似文献

The mechanical and antifriction properties of three types of new materials were investigated. These were based on powder scrap of steel R6M5, nickel, and the powder metallurgy nickel alloy ÉP975. The metallographic structures of the new materials were studied. It was shown that the developed materials can be successfully used in friction units operating at 500, 700, and 900°C, respectively.  相似文献
