UART/CAN转换芯片CSM100应用探讨

CAN总线广泛应用于汽车电子、列车、工业控制、医疗等领域。在介绍UART/CAN转换芯片CSM100的组成、功能和特点的基础上,设计相应的电路原理;介绍CSM100的工作模式,分析UART数据帧和CAN报文通讯数据,探讨CSM100的适用场合;采用面向过程的结构化程序设计方法,设计CSM100的嵌入式管理软件。     

重防腐涂料的发展展望

对重防腐蚀涂料的未来发展方向进行概括和总结，提出重防腐涂料的配套性与系列化，锈面用重防腐涂料、环保型、厚浆型和高固体分型、长效型、鳞片类以及具有互传网络构型结构的重防腐涂料是今后的开发和研究热点，并分别对每个方面进行了阐述，以期能够推动和指导重防腐涂料的发展。     

PLANAR COPPER PLATING AND ELECTROPOLISHING TECHNIQUES

Electrochemical mechanical deposition (ECMD) is a novel technique that has the ability to deposit planar conductive films on non planar substrate surfaces. This technique involves electrochemical deposition (ECD) while simultaneously polishing the substrate surface. Preferential deposition of the conductor into the cavities on the substrate surface may be achieved through two different mechanisms. The first mechanism is more mechanical in nature and it involves material removal from the top surface. The second mechanism is more chemical in nature, and it involves enhancing the deposition into the cavities where mechanical sweeping does not reach and reducing deposition onto surfaces that are swept. In this study we demonstrate that in an ECMD process, low-pressure mechanical sweeping of the wafer surface during copper plating can establish a differential in the activity of the organic accelerator species between the surface and the cavity regions of the substrate and thus give rise to bottom-up filling in even the lowest aspect-ratio cavities. Planar layers obtained by the ECMD technique have been successfully employed in an electrochemical polishing technique for stress-free removal of Cu.     

凹凸棒石粘土悬浮液的悬浮性研究

研究了凹凸棒石粘土尺寸、悬浮液浓度、分散时间等因素对凹凸棒石粘土水和乙醇悬浮液悬浮性的影响,试验结果表明:凹凸棒石粘土水悬浮液的悬浮性显著高于乙醇悬浮液的悬浮性;水悬浮液中凹凸棒石粘土长度在38μm和71μm之间对悬浮性影响不大;使用50 W功率的超声波发生器分别分散10 min和15 min可以使凹凸棒石粘土分别在水和乙醇介质中充分分散;悬浮剂浓度为5 g/150 mL时水悬浮液的悬浮性最好。     

提高次氯酸钠溶液稳定性

通过次氯酸钠溶液有效氯含量的测定，对次氯酸钠溶液的稳定性进行了初步分析探讨，提出了一些应对措施。     

变压吸附的实验研究

利用变压吸附装置，采用5A分子筛及硅胶两种吸附剂，对CO2与N2混合气体，及CO2与O2混合氧化分别进行实验研究，测出了不同操作条件下的穿透曲线，描述了吸附机理，分析了穿透曲线的影响因素。     

不同支护结构的实测土压力及其分析

通过对南京某大厦深基坑支护结构侧土压力的实测研究 ,分析和研究了软土地区悬臂支护结构、单层支点混合支护结构、连拱支护结构侧土压力分布的基本规律。     

Fractional partial differential equation denoising models for texture image

In this paper,a set of fractional partial differential equations based on fractional total variation and fractional steepest descent approach are proposed to address the problem of traditional drawbacks of PM and ROF multi-scale denoising for texture image.By extending Green,Gauss,Stokes and Euler-Lagrange formulas to fractional field,we can find that the integer formulas are just their special case of fractional ones.In order to improve the denoising capability,we proposed 4 fractional partial differential equation based multiscale denoising models,and then discussed their stabilities and convergence rate.Theoretic deduction and experimental evaluation demonstrate the stability and astringency of fractional steepest descent approach,and fractional nonlinearly multi-scale denoising capability and best value of parameters are discussed also.The experiments results prove that the ability for preserving high-frequency edge and complex texture information of the proposed denoising models are obviously superior to traditional integral based algorithms,especially for texture detail rich images.     

涉密网络安全管理对策研究
