Three constructions of the columns of extraction-chromatographic device operating in cyclic mode have been compared. Experiments have been conducted with = shots containing caffeine, coumarin, and salicylic and acetylsalicylic acids using hexane-isopropyl alcohol-water biphase solvent system at a 1 : 1 : 1 ratio, respectively. All columns have demonstrated fairly high effectiveness. The certain advantage of the column with stirrers is the possibility to control contact time of phases.  相似文献

Cyclic countercurrent chromatography, a new method of liquid chromatography, has been considered. A mathematical model of a cyclic process has been developed. Each cycle consists of two half-periods, i.e., a half-period of the motion of a light phase (a heavy phase plays a role of an immobile phase) and a half-period of the motion of a heavy phase (a light phase plays a role of an immobile phase). Sampling is introduced in the form of a pulse into the average zone of a system of sequentially connected equilibrium steps into the half-period of the motion of the light phase of the initial process cycle. Analytical dependences for calculating the cyclic processes of the countercurrent chromatography have been derived. The experiment and the theory are correlated, and satisfactory agreement between the experimental results and computational investigations has been established.  相似文献

In the present study, we studied the effectiveness of the water-soluble polymer polyethylene glycol methyl ether 350 (PEG ME-350) on the extraction of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds—quinoline and indole—from n-hexane. The dependences of the quantitative characteristics of the extraction of N-compounds on the contact time of the phases, the content of PEG ME-350 in the n-hexane–water system, the initial concentration of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds in the organic phase, and the volumetric ratio of the phases were obtained. It has been established that PEG ME-350 is an effective extractant in the process of stepwise extraction of quinoline and indole, and the mechanisms of their extraction have also been proposed and proven. The results can be further used in the purification of light hydrocarbon fractions from nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds.  相似文献
