This paper considers optimization of two networks with a reliability constraint. The objective is to find some links to connect two networks, at a minimal cost, under the constraint that the system reliability of the resultant network is not less than a given level. A decomposition method based on branch and bound is used for solving the problem. In order to speed up the solution procedure, an upper bound on system reliability in terms of node degrees is applied. A series of 2′,7′‐diarylspiro(cyclopropane‐1,9′‐fluorene) derivatives are efficiently synthesized and characterized to determine the reason for the “green‐light” emission of these compounds. These compounds exhibit bright‐violet to blue photoluminescence (PL) (λPLmax = 353–419 nm) with excellent PL quantum efficiencies (ΦPL = 83–100 %) in solution and show high thermal stabilities (Td = 267–474 °C). The variation of the optical properties of these molecules in the solid state depends on the different stacking modes of these compounds containing different substituents, which are revealed by crystallographic analysis. CH…π hydrogen bonds instead of intermolecular π–π interactions act as the driving force between adjacent fluorenes, even though a very small dialkyl group (cyclopropane) is introduced at the C‐9 position of fluorene. The crosslike molecular stacking efficiently reduces the energy transfer between the herring‐like aggregates and therefore results in the absence of a “green‐light” emission tail. In order to determine the cause of the “green‐light” emission tails, the fluorescence spectra of the films annealed in N2 or in air are recorded. Broad green‐light emission tails were observed for the films annealed in air, which might be caused by fluorenone defects generated during processing or during the course of the photophysical analysis by reaction with residual oxygen. 相似文献

Recent years have witnessed a rapid development of all‐inorganic halide perovskite in optoelectronic devices. Ultrathin 2D CsPbBr3 nanosheets (NSs) with large lateral dimensions have demonstrated exceptional photophysical properties because of their analogous exciton electronic structure to quantum wells. Despite the incredible progress on device performance, the photophysics and carrier transportation parameters of quantum‐confined CsPbBr3 NSs are lacking, and the fundamental understanding of the exciton dissociation mechanism is far less developed. Here, a ligands rearrangement mechanism is proposed to explain why annealed NS films have an increased charge transfer rate and a decreased exciton binding energy and lifetime, prompting tunneling as a dominant way of exciton dissociation to separate photogenerated excitons between neighboring NSs. This facile but efficient method provides a new insight to manipulate perovskite nanocrystals coupling. Moreover, ultrathin 2D CsPbBr3 NS film is demonstrated to have a enhanced absorption cross section and high carrier mobility of 77.9 cm2 V?1 s?1, contributing to its high responsivity of 0.53 A W?1.
