光纤通信在市内接入网的应用

先说明市内接入网的单位用户和住家用户两大类使用通信和电视、交互型和分配型业务的要求不相同，相应地对光纤传输的应用须作不同的考虑，文中认为；光纤从市内交换局直连办公大楼是合乎现实需要的，而对于居民住家，宜选用光纤连至路边或光纤与同轴结合和适当利用无源光网络等方案，俟将来时机成熟才实行光纤连至每一家，文末有概括总结，说明接入网不同于长途网，接入网的光纤系统可以使用常规单模光纤，工作于波长1．3μm，而光放大器和波分多路系统不是普遍需要，但光电子集成在光端机中是必要的。     

NMOS器件两次沟道注入杂质分布和阈电压计算

Economic cost modeling of environmental-stress-screening andburn-in

The electronics industry is highly competitive. The introduction of new advanced integrated circuits continues. The manufacturer must develop a product with adequate life cycle, high quality and low failure rate in the specified time period. Environmental stress screening (ESS) is widely used in the electronics industry to assist in eliminating early or patent failures. The bathtub curve is a common model for the failure rate of a population. The classic bathtub curve has three parts: infant mortality; useful life; and wearout. However, some electronic products have latent defects which are not detected by conventional inspection or functional testing, and occur during the product useful life. Most electronic systems have finite useful life. As a result, technology obsolescence is of concern and should be considered, This paper uses a new interpretation and development of the bathtub curve that integrates: (1) latent failures; and (2) the concept of obsolescence, by constructing an integrated cost model used to determine both optimal burn-in and ESS times in the same environment

R-Calculus for ELP:An Operational Approach to Knowledge Base Maintenance

Sme concepts used in knowledge base maintenace,such as sequence,new law,user‘s rejection and reconstructions of a knowledge base,are first introduced,and then a framework for extended logic programming(ELP)is given,where an extended logic program is equivalent to a knowledge base.A transition system called R-calculus for ELP is provided.For a given knowledge base and a user‘s rejection,the R-calculus for ELP will deduce best revisions of the base.The soundness and the completeness of the R-calculus for ELP are proved,and the R-calculus for ELP is implemented in Prolog.In addition,the research is compared with other relevant work.     

Antibody against synthetic rat PTH peptide (1-34) blocks PTH-mediated cAMP formation and phosphate transport in opossum kidney cells

The expression of the NMDA subtype of glutamate receptors was investigated by Western blot analysis and RT-PCR in cultured chick Bergmann and Müller glial cells. Using subunit-specific antibodies directed to the carboxy terminus of the rat NMDAR2A/B we detected the expression of the NMDAR2 subunit in both kinds of culture. The functional subunit of the NMDA receptor, NMDAR1, was detected by means of RT-PCR. These results, together with our previous functional characterization of NMDA receptors in radial glia, provide conclusive evidence for the expression of functional NMDA receptor/channels in Bergmann and Muller glia cells. Our findings strengthen the notion of a modulatory role of glial cells in synaptic transmission.     

Inhibitory effect of ganciclovir on the HSV1-tk positive subcutaneous tumors transplanted with human ovarian cancer in nude mice

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the inhibitory effect in vivo of ganciclovir (GCV) on the growth of human ovarian cancer cells (AO) transducted with the thymidine kinase gene of herpes simplex virus I type (HSV1-tk). METHODS: Tumors were induced in nude mice by subcutaneous injection of AO cells and AO cells carried with HSV1-tk gene from China strain (AO/HSV1-tk cells). When the growing tumors were visible, GCV was injected daily into the peritoneum of the nude mice. RESULTS: The average weights of survived AO/HSV1-tkc tumors and AO tumors treated with GCV were 0.087 +/- 0.036 g and 0.661 +/- 0.260 g respectively. Most of the survived AO/HSV1-tkc cells treated with GCV were characterized by hypertrophy and necrosis, but their nuclear chromatins predominantely took the forms of heterchromatins. CONCLUSIONS: GCV could effectively inhibit the growth of HSV1-tk positive human ovarian cancer cells in vivo, but the nuclei of the survival tumor cells appeared to proliferate actively. As the same results of in vitro experiments, this may suggest that HSV1-tk/GCV gene therapeutic system might be combined with S-phase chemotherapy to increase the long-term effect.

对油管漏失进行定量测试的方法确定具体漏失位置。方法运用双频道回声探仪探测动液面的原理和工作方法，根据油管漏失形成的死油坏在测试曲线上出现特殊波位置判断油管漏失位置。结果：经过７０多井次的现场试验，该方法具有较高的准确性和可靠性。结论：利用特殊波可以有效监测油管漏失，并具有推广使用价值。
