In this paper, tricobalt tetraoxide (Co3O4) catalyst was coated on the polydimethylsiloxane microchannel by the plasma-enhanced metal-organic chemical vapor deposition technology. The obtained Co3O4 film was characterized by SEM, XRD, XPS, and TEM, and the results show that the as-deposited Co3O4 film was initially composed of many cauliflowers-shaped microclusters. Also, the microcauliflower was transformed from an amorphous phase to a crystal phase when the Co3O4 film was treated by Ar and O2 plasma for more than 20 min, and the crystal lattice line occurred on the surface of nano-sized-Co3O4 particles. Meanwhile, the interface of Co3O4 particles with diameter between 3 and 12 nm became obvious and some nano-catkin structures were also formed on the Co3O4 film. The ratio of Co3+/Co2+ in the spinel-type Co3O4 was nearly 2, and the nano-particles predominantly expose their {311}, {111}, and {220} planes. These morphologies and structure characteristics were found to be ideal for increasing the catalytic activity efficiency of Co3O4 for CO oxidation, and the catalytic stability of Co3O4 coated on the organic microreactor lasted nearly 85 h for trace CO oxidation at room temperature.  相似文献

According to the mission of a satellite with maneuver capability, the collaborative optimization (CO) method was introduced for the satellite system design, and the related multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO) model was established. The possessing and needed velocity increments Δv and Δv n e e d were taken as the measurement of maneuvering capability of the studied satellite, which were then combined with total mass of the satellite to form the optimization objective in the systematic level of the MDO problem. The design variables and constraints of the MDO problem dealt with disciplines or subsystems as guidance, navigation and control (GNC), power, and structure, and corresponding engineering analysis models were also built. A program system to solve the MDO problem wasdeveloped by integrating a non-nested CO method, the commercial and user-supplied codes on framework software iSIGHT. The result showed that the satellite performance could be obviously improved, which also indicates MDO technique is feasible and effective for the spacecraft design problem. The modeling and optimization procedure of the work can be referred for further research and engineering design.  相似文献

A new expression is proposed to simulate Brownian force based on the experimental measurement results of Brownian motion, which follows white Gaussian noise process. As the time t → 0 and the particle density is equal to the fluid density, the new expression approaches the classical formula of the model used by many researchers. The modified model is validated by theoretical and experimental data. On the other hand, as it origins from the unbalanced force exerted by surrounding fluid molecules, the drag analogy force model is constructed describing the Brownian force, which depends on size-related statistical velocity. Thus, a different expression for the Langevin equation is presented. The present model is applied in simulating flow and heat transfer in a channel utilizing alumina–water nanofluid. Navier–Stokes equations with modified source terms for the continuous flow have been discretized using finite element method. The velocities and temperatures of nanoparticles are determined in the Lagrangian reference frame. The simulation results show that the distribution of nanoparticles inside the channel is obviously unsteady and nonuniform. The fluid velocity and temperature profiles show significant fluctuation feature at low Reynolds numbers (Re). The impact of Brownian motion on the fluid flow is analyzed quantitatively. We have found that for Re < 0.06, the affected intensity increases rapidly.  相似文献

Along with the increasing popularity of electric vehicles caused by economic and environmental incentives, the penetration of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) poses a great threat to the power grid, especially to the aggregated load in the power system. Motivated by this observation, in this paper, we analyze the impact of large-scale usage of PHEVs and address the load distribution problem by solving a decentralized optimization problem and smoothening the peak load with pricing strategies in the power grid. We also investigate the influence of charging time and charging mode on load distribution, as the charging price varies with the changes of these two factors. Our simulation study on PJM’s data warehouse shows that the proposed strategies can well smooth the peak load by pricing on the charging time and mode. The results also indicate that our strategies always distribute the load in a smoother manner at a smaller load fluctuation compared with other schemes (e.g., First Come First Service and PMCS) and thus improving the stability and reliability of the power grid.  相似文献

Unified judgment standards and methods are often adopted to identify traffic state in certain road network based on traffic flow parameters. However, drivers often have different perceptions about the traffic state on different road sections, since their expectations on traffic state vary more or less from each other on different road sections. In particular, under the vehicle networking, out of considerations for safety and other relevant factors, requirements for the correlation and coordination of running vehicles have also raised significantly. Therefore, it is necessary to take driver’s perception about the driving conditions of certain road sections into consideration to adjust the release of traffic state. This paper has provided a comprehensive traffic state evaluation model linked with driver’s perception under the vehicle networking. The authors first establish an ANFIS model based on the T–S model and then conduct statistical analysis on drivers’ perceptions about certain traffic state. At last, the authors use the results of statistical analysis as regulatory factors to amend the parameters input through ANFIS. Through simulation, this paper has demonstrated that the model established has a high rate of convergence, a high identification precision and the generalization ability to conduct researches on the identification of traffic state.  相似文献

本文是在10kg/h固体热载体干馏实验装置上用扎赉诺尔褐煤制取高炉喷吹料和中热值煤气的研究结果。在干馏温度450℃~650℃范围制得煤气110Nm3/t~400Nm3/t,煤气热值为14.7MJ/Nm3~17.5MJ/Nm3,属中热值煤气。可供民用,也可用于补充钢铁企业燃气不足,平衡能源。得低温焦油2%~9%,可加工成化工产品和燃料油。半焦可用于高炉喷吹。  相似文献

考察了铁钼催化剂对甲缩醛空气氧化制甲醛的催化性能。制备了多种不同钼铁比和第三、第四组分的催化剂,进行了活性评价和筛选,探讨了适宜的工艺条件范围。对于所选定的催化剂(钼铁比为1.82~1.88;铬铁比为0.1~0.38)在适宜的工艺条件(甲缩醛进料浓度4.5~5.5%;甲缩醛和氧气进料比1:2.0±0.2;空速12000~22000h~(-1);热点温度370~390℃)下,甲醛收率可达85%左右。  相似文献

Shock-induced depoling of the ferroelectric (FE) ceramic PZT 95/5 is utilized in a number of pulsed power devices. Nondestructive testing of remanent polarization of PZT 95/5 is developed by pyroelectric effect in this paper. Approximately linear relation between the change of polarization during low- to high-temperature rhombohedral FE phase and the remanent polarization was found through pyroelectricity of a single piece of PZT 95/5 ceramics. The change of polarization of a prototype for shock-driven pulsed power during the FEHT↔FELT phase transformation was also investigated through directly measuring the pyroelectric current. Results indicate that pyroelectric effect caused by the reversible FEHT–FELT phase transition could be used as a non-destructive inspection for the remanent polarization of a prototype about shock-driven pulsed power supply.  相似文献
