The effect of insulin-like growth factor-1 on cyclic change of tendon cell

BACKGROUND: Myoclonus is a possible side effect of opioid therapy, and have been described following systemic as well as spinal application. CASE REPORT: We report the case of a patient with metastatic carcinoma of the rectum who developed myoclonus following administration of high-dose epidural combined with iv morphine. This complication occurred with maximum daily doses of 300 mg epidurally and 80 mg intravenously and disappeared completely after dose reduction. Treatment trials are presented, the pathophysiology of the myoclonus is discussed. CONCLUSION: For treatment of opioid-induced myoclonus a dose reduction or a change of the opioid should be considered as well as symptomatic treatment with benzodiazepines or baclofen.     

锥形阀压电薄膜泵的初步研究

提出一种适应高频工作状态的压电薄膜泵结构，实步分析了所采用的锥形阀的工作原理与作用，设计了试验泵结构，加工了样机，通过试验证明了锥形阀的有效性，为进一步的研究打下了基础。     

乙烯裂解炉辐射段流动与燃烧的三维数值模拟

用计算流体力学软件Fluent6.2对中国石油化工股份有限公司燕山分公司E-BA-107乙烯裂解炉辐射段内的流动和燃烧做了三维数值模拟研究。为保证计算的准确性,使用GAMBIT2.2软件建立了与裂解炉实际尺寸完全一致的几何模型;在计算过程中采用了标准k-ε湍流模型、离散坐标辐射模型和有限速率/涡流耗散燃烧反应模型等计算模型。通过模拟计算得到了裂解炉炉膛内的温度、烟气流速及烟气组成的分布:底部燃烧器和侧壁燃烧器的燃烧使附近的炉墙处于温度分布均匀的高温区,为裂解反应提供了均匀的辐射墙面;炉管底部比其他部位的温度低;底部燃烧器的高速射流产生的旋涡可为炉管提供一定的对流热;出口烟气的平均温度和组成的模拟计算值与设计值接近,表明数值模拟有较高的精度,具有实际意义。

Constraint-based beautification and dimensioning of 3D polyhedral models reconstructed from 2D sketches

3D models reconstructed from 2D sketches are inaccurate because of the inherent inaccuracies in the input and the reconstruction method. It is therefore necessary to “beautify” them before use in CAD systems. We present a method that detects geometric constraints, such as parallel and orthogonal faces, present in the reconstructed model and then selects a subset that constrains the object sufficiently and consistently. The subset selection algorithm first prioritizes the constraints depending on their type and then uses a novel method, based on quasi-Newton optimization, to detect and eliminate redundant and inconsistent constraints. The remaining constraints then define the dimensions of the model fully and consistently. Results from our implementation show that the method can beautify and dimension recovered 3D models correctly at acceptable speed.     

基于Mega8单片机和AD9833的正弦波信号发生器

正弦波信号作为一种基准信号广泛应用于各种电路中，产生正弦波信号的方法有很多种，DDS（Direct Digital Frequency Synthesis直接数字频率舍成器）作为一种新型技术，具有相对带宽宽，频率转换时间短，频率分辨率高，控制灵活方便等优点，成为现代频率合成技术中的佼佼者。AD公司生产的AD9833是一款低功耗、可编程波形发生器，在Mega8单片机的控制下可生成0-12．5MHz的正弦波，还可以生成三角波和方波。经现场验证，基于Mega8单片机和AD9833的正弦波信号发生器，可以非常方便地生成各种频率的正弦波。
