基于STM32的无线次声采集系统的设计

为实现对次声波的远距离监测,设计了一种基于STM32的高精度、高动态范围的无线次声波传输系统。系统前端采用基于Δ-Σ技术的24位精准模数转换器ADS1246和八阶椭圆形低通滤波器MAX293,因而实现较强的数据采集和处理能力。主控制器采用STM32,提高了系统的可靠性,同时降低了系统的功耗。通过网口连接路由器上网,实现数据的无线传输。上位机设计采用LabVIEW软件平台,通过串口与主控制器实现通信,完成系统的参数配置。     

时滞在磁流变主动控制系统中的影响

在分析磁流变阻尼器的时滞特征,时滞对单自由度磁流变控制系统影响基础上,将磁流变阻尼器应用于高速机车系统的振动控制中.从理论角度分析了基于磁流变阻尼器的四分之一机车系统在主动控制下的时滞问题,并进一步探讨了主动控制下时滞对高速机车系统整车悬挂系统的影响.仿真分析了高速机车系统整车模型应用磁流变阻尼器后,在主动控制下的时滞影响.结果表明,能够快速反映的磁流变阻尼器并不能彻底消除控制系统的时滞问题.磁流变主动控制系统在较大时滞的影响下,高速机车振动加剧,安全性受到威胁,甚至失去控制.     

FlexPDA: A Flexible Programming Framework for Deep Learning Accelerators

There are a wide variety of intelligence accelerators with promising performance and energy efficiency, deployed in a broad range of applications such as computer vision and speech recognition. However, programming productivity hinders the deployment of deep learning accelerators. The low-level library invoked in the high-level deep learning framework which supports the end-to-end execution with a given model, is designed to reduce the programming burden on the intelligence accelerators. Unfortunately, it is inflexible for developers to build a network model for every deep learning application, which probably brings unnecessary repetitive implementation. In this paper, a flexible and efficient programming framework for deep learning accelerators, FlexPDA, is proposed, which provides more optimization opportunities than the low-level library and realizes quick transplantation of applications to intelligence accelerators for fast upgrades. We evaluate FlexPDA by using 10 representative operators selected from deep learning algorithms and an end-to-end network. The experimental results validate the effectiveness of FlexPDA, which achieves an end-to-end performance improvement of 1.620x over the low-level library.     

miR-199a: A Tumor Suppressor with Noncoding RNA Network and Therapeutic Candidate in Lung Cancer

Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer death worldwide. miR-199a, which has two mature molecules: miR-199a-3p and miR-199a-5p, plays an important biological role in the genesis and development of tumors. We collected recent research results on lung cancer and miR-199a from Google Scholar and PubMed databases. The biological functions of miR-199a in lung cancer are reviewed in detail, and its potential roles in lung cancer diagnosis and treatment are discussed. With miR-199a as the core point and a divergence outward, the interplay between miR-199a and other ncRNAs is reviewed, and a regulatory network covering various cancers is depicted, which can help us to better understand the mechanism of cancer occurrence and provide a means for developing novel therapeutic strategies. In addition, the current methods of diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer are reviewed. Finally, a conclusion was drawn: miR-199a inhibits the development of lung cancer, especially by inhibiting the proliferation, infiltration, and migration of lung cancer cells, inhibiting tumor angiogenesis, increasing the apoptosis of lung cancer cells, and affecting the drug resistance of lung cancer cells. This review aims to provide new insights into lung cancer therapy and prevention.

用C++编程实现砂泥岩质量分数自动预测

地震波的传播速度与地层的岩性、孔隙度、埋藏深度等因素密切相关.速度谱是地震资料处理过程中产生的重要资料,将其与钻井资料相结合,可以用来预测地层的岩性及含油气性.对速度谱资料进行精细解释,提取出层速度,并结合已解释好的层位数据,利用C++编程,可以实现砂泥岩质量分数的自动预测.实际应用结果表明.此方法预测的砂泥岩质量分数结果与钻井资料一致.
