在行人重识别任务中存在数据集标注难度大,样本量少,特征提取后细节特征缺失等问题。针对以上问题提出深度双重注意力的生成与判别联合学习的行人重识别。首先,构建联合学习框架,将判别模块嵌入生成模块,实现图像生成和判别端到端的训练,及时将生成图像反馈给判别模块,同时优化生成模块与判别模块。其次,通过相邻的通道注意力模块间连接和相邻空间注意力模块间连接,融合所有通道特征和空间特征,构建深度双重注意力模块,将其嵌入教师模型,使模型能更好地提取行人细节身份特征,提高模型识别能力。实验结果表明,该算法在Market-1501和DukeMTMC-ReID数据集上具有较好的鲁棒性、判别性。  相似文献

Fully human antibodies have minimal immunogenicity and safety profiles. At present, most potential antibody drugs in clinical trials are humanized or fully human. Human antibodies are mostly generated using the phage display method (in vitro) or by transgenic mice (in vivo); other methods include B lymphocyte immortalization, human–human hybridoma, and single-cell polymerase chain reaction. Here, we describe a structure-based computer-aided de novo design technology for human antibody generation. Based on the complex structure of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)/Herceptin, we first designed six short peptides targeting the potential epitope of HER2 recognized by Herceptin. Next, these peptides were set as complementarity determining regions in a suitable immunoglobulin frame, giving birth to a novel anti-HER2 antibody named “HF,” which possessed higher affinity and more effective anti-tumor activity than Herceptin. Our work offers a useful tool for the quick design and selection of novel human antibodies for basic mechanical research as well as for imaging and clinical applications in immune-related diseases, such as cancer and infectious diseases.  相似文献

The early age microstructure evolution was continuously monitored by using a specially improved ultrasonic monitoring apparatus. The influence of water-to-binder ratios, mineral admixtures, aggregates and temperature were systematically investigated. The experimental results show that concrete can be clearly classified into four stages, while only the three stages can be observed without coarse aggregates. In addition, pre-percolation threshold, percolation threshold and full connectivity of the solid phase were identified. The microstructure formation is promoted with the reduced water-to-binder ratios, increased temperature, silica fume and aggregates addition, while the reverse phenomenon is observed when fly ash and slag are incorporated.  相似文献

SiO2 hollow spheres with movable Fe3O4 core were obtained by exposing the pre-synthesized Fe3O4SiO2 particles (with an adsorption interlayer of ethylene glycol) under the irradiation of electron beam inside transmission electron micrograph (TEM). In the formation process, the evaporation of adsorbed ethylene glycol and the evolution of amorphous SiO2 layer played important roles, and that should be attributed to the high temperature and trapped charges induced by the irradiation of electron beam. This work provided a new route to obtain particles with movable core structure and extended the applications of electron beam.  相似文献

A novel boned perovskite manganese oxide magnetoresistant material was prepared using La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 (LSMO) as the precursor powders and metal tin (Sn) as the binder. The microstructure and phase characteristics, low-field transport properties were studied. Sn segregated at the grain boundaries of LSMO grains. The insulator–metal (IM) transition and enhanced LFMR are only observed with a low content of Sn, due to grain boundary disorder and spin polarized tunneling between grain boundaries. The Sn addition induced resistivity decreasing dramatically. In the high temperature PM region, the resistivities for samples with low Sn content follow the adiabatic small-polaron-hopping model.  相似文献

Characterization of a solution-processable functionalized graphene oxide (SPFGraphene oxide) was investigated by FT-IR spectroscopy and the result of elemental analysis showed that the isocyanate treatment results in the functionalization groups in SPFGraphene oxide. Doping SPFGraphene oxide to P3HT based solar cells induces absorbing spectra more strongly and a great quenching of the photoluminescence of the P3HT. With an increase in the SPFGraphene oxide content, the overall performances of the hybrid devices increases first, reaching the peak efficiency for the 10 wt% SPFGraphene oxide content, and then decreases. After annealing at 160 °C for different time durations, the device containing 10 wt% of SPFGraphene oxide for 10 min shows the best performance with a power conversion efficiency of 1.046%, an open-circuit voltage of 0.73 V, a short-circuit current density of 3.98 mA cm?2 and a fill factor of 0.36 under simulated AM1.5G conditions at 100 mW cm?2; The similar content one for 20 min shows η value of 1.013%, which is lower than the former one to a small extent for longer annealing duration. The graphene has the potential to act as the next-generation material in the photovoltaic devices and other applications for ease of preparation, low price, large surface area, high conductivity and excellent transparency.  相似文献

压力是反映液压系统正常工作的重要参数之一,对压力进行检测是液压装置故障诊断的重要内容。传统的压力检测多采用介入式方法,但这些方法需要插入液压管道中才能实施检测,存在必须预留接口、安装困难、影响系统动态性能等诸多缺陷。对液压装置的超声非介入式测压方法进行了研究,通过对声速和液压装置压力之间关系的研究,基于小波神经网络建立了液压装置的超声测压模型,并对影响液压装置超声测压精度的主要因素进行了分析。  相似文献
