Low‐cost and large‐scale fabrication of 3D chiral metamaterials is highly desired for potential applications such as nanophotonics devices and chiral biosensors. One of the promising fabrication methods is to use glancing angle deposition (GLAD) of metal on self‐assembled dielectric microsphere array. However, structural handedness varies locally due to long‐range disorder of the array and therefore large‐scale realization of the same handedness is impossible. Here, using symmetry considerations a two‐step GLAD process is proposed to eliminate this longstanding problem. In the proposed scheme, the unavoidable long‐range disorder gives rise to microscale domains of the same handedness but of slightly different structural geometries and ultimately contributes to a broad‐band response. Experimentally, a record‐breaking superchiral response of circular dichroism signal of ≈11° is demonstrated and an average polarization rotation angle of 27° in the visible region on ≈1 cm2 sample is observed. Computer‐aided geometric reconstruction with experimental parameters unambiguously reveal the presence of strong structural anisotropy and chirality in the prepared stacked‐patch plasmonic chiral metamaterial; microscopic spectral analyses combined with full‐wave electromagnetic simulations coherently provide deeper insights into the measured circular dichroism and optical activity. The oxidative coupling of methane (OCM) has been found to be structure sensitive on La2O3 catalysts exhibiting different crystallite morphologies. Thin plates obtained by thermal decomposition of lanthanum nitrate at 650 °C are more selective on OCM reaction performed at 750 °C than the particles obtained by decomposition of the nitrate at 800 °C. It is assumed that the oxycarbonate observed is formed from the methane deep oxidation on the catalyst surface. 针对水尺图像水位识别中存在的多根水尺拼接、水尺拍摄不完整以及环境适应性差等问题,从摄影测量学角度提出一种复杂光照条件下不定长水尺图像水位测量方法。首先通过人工选取的标识点构建水尺在像素坐标系和世界坐标系之间的透视投影关系;然后利用水尺的颜色特性将水尺与背景分割并二值化;再根据二值化图像使用方差均值阈值法检测水位线位置;最终通过投影关系计算出水尺图像中水尺中线的表达式,并结合水位线位置计算出水面上水尺中线的真实长度,获得水位值。本文对水文站真实水尺图像进行了测量实验,将检测结果与遥测水位值进行对比,结果表明本方法提高了不定长水尺图像水位检测的可靠性,测量精度达到1 cm,检测分辨率为1 pixel,基本满足水文站水位监测要求。 相似文献

As hydrophilic pigments, anthocyanins reduce the incidence of cancer and cardiovascular diseases. In this study, the anthocyanin content and composition following steaming and baking of the roots of the Korean purple-fleshed sweet potato variety “Shinzami” were evaluated using liquid chromatography with diode array detection and electrospray ionisation/mass spectrometry (LC-DAD-ESI/MS). Anthocyanins of Shinzami were composed of mono- or di-acylated forms of p-hydroxybenzoic acid, caffeic acid and ferulic acid with the basic structure of cyanidin 3-sophoroside-5-glucoside or peonidin 3-sophoroside-5-glucoside. A total of 15 individual anthocyanins were isolated and confirmed, one of which was presumed to be a newly identified compound, peonidin 3-feruloyl-p-hydroxybenzoyl sophoroside-5-glucoside. Additionally, the amounts of di-acylated cyanidin 3-caffeoyl-p-hydroxybenzoyl sophoroside-5-glucoside and peonidin 3-caffeoyl-p-hydroxybenzoyl sophoroside-5-glucoside were the highest (137.0 and 565.9 mg/100 g DW, respectively) among cyanidin and peonidin compounds. After steaming, the total anthocyanin content was reduced by nearly a half, while roasting only slightly reduced the total anthocyanin content. 相似文献

Kimchi is often stored for a long period of time for a diet during the winter season because it is an essential side dish for Korean meals. In this study pH, abundance of bacteria and yeasts, bacterial communities, and metabolites were monitored periodically to investigate the fermentation process of kimchi for 120 d. Bacterial abundance increased quickly with a pH decrease after an initial pH increase during the early fermentation period. After 20 d, pH values became relatively stable and free sugars were maintained at relatively constant levels, indicating that kimchi fermentation by lactic acid bacteria (LAB) was almost completed. After that time, a decrease in bacterial abundance and a growth in Saccharomyces occurred concurrently with increased free sugar consumption and production of glycerol and ethanol. Finally, after 100 d, the growth of Candida was observed. Community analysis using pyrosequencing revealed that diverse LAB including Leuconostoc citreum, Leuconostoc holzapfelii, Lactococcus lactis, and Weissella soli were present during the early fermentation period, but the LAB community was quickly replaced with Lactobacillus sakei, Leuconostoc gasicomitatum, and Weissella koreensis as the fermentation progressed. Metabolite analysis using 1H‐NMR showed that organic acids (lactate, acetate, and succinate) as well as bioactive substances (mannitol and gamma‐aminobutyric acid (GABA)) were produced during the kimchi fermentation, and Leuconostoc strains and Lactobacillus sakei were identified as the producers of mannitol and GABA, respectively. Practical Application In this study, we have shown that the growth inhibition of yeasts including Saccharomyces and Candida is necessary to extend the shelf life of kimchi in long‐term storage. Additionally, we have shown that a mixed culture of Leuconostoc strains and Lactobacillus sakei is necessary to produce kimchi that contains both mannitol and gamma‐aminobutyric acid. 相似文献
