基于MCU的加速度计线性误差补偿方法

为了提高加速度计的线性度,实现对加速度的精确测量,采用MCU(单片机)系统.在建立加速度计线性误差数学模型的基础上,给出了利用MCU软件实现线性补偿的方法,并在硅桥式半导体加速度计上进行应用,结果表明加速度计的线性度提高了一个数量级,因此采用MCU实现加速度计的线性补偿是非常有效的.     

轮胎硫化留存内压过热水回收改造

轮胎硫化留存内压过热水回收是在轮胎正硫化结束后，切断内压过热水，将硫化胶囊内留存的携有大量热能的内压过热水，利用后一步序的内冷水顶出，直接回收到热水加热除氧器内，作为除氧器的补水，循环使用．银川佳通公司自行研究开发了该技术，于2003年10月开始分批实施，2004年2月完成全部改造．该项目涉及该公司5套除氧系统、98台个体硫化机及27台硫化罐，敷设主支管道1850m。控制阀组126套(接入硫化控制柜PLC控制)．经过实践检验，实施该技术后，除氧器耗汽量降低了30％～40％．内压系统压力、温度波动降低了15％．轮胎硫化留存热水回收达到国内同行业先进水平，经济效益比较显著。推广应用前景较好．     

蓄电池散热系统建模仿真

介绍了功率键合图方法；论述了电动汽车蓄电池散热系统的热量流向并应用键合图方法建立了键合图模型；由键合图模型导出了数学模型并进一步建立了仿真模型，得到仿真结果，与Advisor软件的仿真结果进行了比较分析。     

Improvement of Heater Surface Flatness and Uniformity of TiN Film Deposition

The deposition rate and the thickness uniformity of chemical vapor deposition (CVD) titanium nitride films depend on wafer temperatures. The heater surface conditions, such as flatness, roughness, and surface imperfections, can greatly affect heat transfer efficiency from the heater surface to the wafer, and the process performance. Because heater surface imperfections or “hot spots” that caused poor uniformity had to be eliminated, the origin of “hot spots” was identified by a detailed study of heater surface profiles. A better visualization of “hot spots” could be obtained by comparing wafer-chucking patterns with deposition patterns. Thus, the time needed to locate “hot spots” could be shortened. The manufacturing process was revised to prevent “hot spots” and improve heater performance.     

Vibration Analysis of Tb-Dy-Fe Magnetostriction Actuator and Transducer

In this paper, theoretical analysis of longitudinal free vibration was carried out for Tb-Dy-Fe series magnetostrictive actuator and transducer. The formulations considered two constitutive laws; in one we employ the standard square nonlinear constitutive equation of magnetostriction and in the other we employ the linear piezomagnetic equation. The results obtained from the nonlinear equation can be reduced to the linear piezomagnetic equation when the amplitude of the excitation magnetic field provided by the coil is very small compared to the bias magnetic field and its frequency does not induce resonance of the system. For the case of a relatively large excitation magnetic field, which usually exists for an actuator, the nonlinear constitutive equation should be adopted in order to provide an accurate prediction for the design and analysis of actuator and transducer. Another important aspect is the resonance of the Tb-Dy-Fe series transducers that was revealed in the analysis using the nonlinear constitutive equation. The resonance not only appears at the natural frequencies of the system, but also arises when the frequency of excitation current in the coil happens to be half of one of the natural frequencies of the system. This conclusion cannot be reached using the linear piezomagnetic formulation.
