变形反射镜是自适应光学系统的核心部件,也是开展自适应光学技术研究的首要研究对象。本文首先介绍了中国科学院光电技术研究所从事自适应光学特别是变形反射镜技术研究的历史背景,简述了光电所变形反射镜技术早期的发展脉络。然后介绍了光电所研制的变形反射镜在我国历代惯性约束聚变系统中的应用情况,也介绍了在天文光学观测领域典型的多单元变形镜技术及应用成果,随后还介绍了应用于生物医学等领域的紧凑型变形反射镜的发展情况和研究现状。最后介绍了光电所在变形反射镜技术新方向的研究情况。

Phellinus baumii, a fungus that grows on mulberry trees and is used in traditional Chinese medicine, exerts therapeutic effects against various diseases, including cancer. Polyphenols, generally considered to be antioxidants, have antitumor and proapoptotic effects. In this study, we identified the composition of Phellinus baumii polyphenol (PBP) and characterized its 17 chemical components by UPLC–ESI–QTOF–MS. Furthermore, to clarify the potential mechanism of PBP against Lung Cancer Cells, network pharmacology and experimental verification were combined. Molecular docking elucidated the binding conformation and mechanism of the primary active components (Osmundacetone and hispidin) to the core targets CASP3, PARP1 and TP53. In addition, potential molecular mechanisms of PBP predicted by network pharmacology analysis were validated in vitro. PBP significantly inhibited the human lung cancer A549 cells and showed typical apoptotic characteristics, without significant cytotoxicity to normal human embryonic kidney (HEK293) cells. Analysis using flow cytometry and western blot indicated that PBP caused apoptosis, cell cycle arrest, reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulation, and mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) depression in A549 cells to exercise its antitumor effects. Dynamic processes of electron transfer by optical doping in monolayer MoSe2 at 6 K are investigated via measuring time resolved photoluminescence (PL) traces under different excitation powers. Time-dependent electron transfer process can be analyzed by a power-law distribution of t−α with α = 0.1–0.24, depending on the laser excitation power. The average electron transfer time of approximately 27.65 s is obtained in the excitation power range of 0.5 to 100 μW. Riboswitches are natural biosensors that can regulate gene expression by sensing small molecules. Knowledge of the structural dynamics of riboswitches is crucial to elucidate their regulatory mechanism and develop RNA biosensors. In this work, we incorporated the fluorophore, Cy3, and its quencher, TQ3, into a full-length adenine riboswitch RNA and its isolated aptamer domain to monitor the dynamics of the RNAs in vitro and in cell. The adenine riboswitch was sensitive to Mg2+ concentrations and could be used as a biosensor to measure cellular Mg2+ concentrations. Additionally, the TQ3/Cy3-labeled adenine riboswitch yielded a Mg2+ concentration that was similar to that measured using a commercial assay kit. Furthermore, the fluorescence response to the adenine of the TQ3/Cy3-labeled riboswitch RNA was applied to determine the proportions of multiple RNA conformational changes in cells. The strategy developed in this work can be used to probe the dynamics of other RNAs in cells and may facilitate the developments of RNA biosensors, drugs and engineering. 相似文献
