A series of Cu–Sn alloys (pure Cu, Cu–0.2Sn, Cu–2Sn and Cu–5Sn) has been prepared to experimentally test the effect of solute on discontinuous dynamic recrystallization (DDRX) as a function of both temperature and strain rate. Hot compression tests were performed and the microstructure was characterized using optical and scanning electron microscopy. Solute additions tend to broaden the peak in the flow stress curve and increase the peak stress, peak strain and steady-state stress. A reduction in the DRX grain size and a retardation of the kinetics of recrystallization are observed with solute additions, although the effect saturates at 2Sn. A recently published, physically based model for DDRX of pure Cu has been extended to include the effect of solute. The effect on the plastic response of the material and the mobility of high-angle grain boundaries was incorporated and, through comparisons between experiment and simulated DRX phenomena, it is concluded that solute must also significantly affect the nucleation stage of DDRX. A model is developed for the effect of solute on the nucleation of DDRX in Cu–Sn alloys and comparisons with experiment indicate that the principal effects are well captured. 将钠基蒙脱士(Na -MMT)有机化改性制成有机蒙脱土(OMMT),分别采用静态和动态熔融法制备高抗冲聚苯乙烯/有机蒙脱土(HIPS/OMMT)和高抗冲聚苯乙烯/钠基蒙脱土(HIPS/Na -MMT).X射线衍射和扫描电镜研究表明,层间距由处理前的1.52 nm增加为2.25 nm,OMMT具有明显的分层现象;透射电镜研究表明,静态熔融插层HIPS/OM-MT形成了插层复合结构,动态熔融插层HIPS/OMMT中的OMMT片层被剥离开来,形成了剥离的HIPS/OMMT;锥形量热仪测试结果表明,静态和动态熔融插层HIPS/OMMT的阻燃性能均有所提高,但提高幅度随OMMT添加量的增加而降低;氧指数测试结果表明,HIPS/OMMT的氧指数比纯HIPS有所提高. 相似文献

The present paper reports on the use of CeO2 materials supported palladium chloride catalyst for selectively oxidising organic alcohols into aldehydes. Spherical, microsized rod-shaped and spindle-like CeO2 particles are synthesised and characterised by SEM. The catalysts are prepared by loading palladium chloride onto the CeO2 support matrix. A complete characterization of the catalysts is performed. The activity of catalysts is studied by the selective oxidation of various alcohols. The results show that (1) the catalytic activities prepared by spherical cerium are superior to the catalysts prepared by spindle-like or rod-shaped cerium and (2) the catalyst PdCl2/CeO2 (nanospheres) show good activity, high yield, and good stability. 相似文献

Well‐defined poly(methyl methacrylate) (Mn = 3630 g mol?1, PDI = 1.06) with a primary benzylic bromide prepared using anionic polymerization was successfully transformed into diverse end‐functionalities (ω‐carboxyl, ω‐hydroxy, ω‐methyl‐vinyl, ω‐trimethylsilane, and ω‐glycidyl‐ether) via “click” reaction. The bromine end‐terminated poly(methyl methacrylate) was first substituted by an azide function and sequentially was reacted with various functional alkynes (propiolic acid, propargyl alcohol, 2‐methyl‐1‐buten‐3‐yne, propargyl trimethylsilane, and propargyl glycidylether). In all the cases, 1H‐NMR, 13C NMR, FT‐IR, and GPC measurements show qualitative and quantitative transformation of the chain‐end poly(methyl methacrylate) into the desired functionalities with high conversion (above 99%). © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The field emission properties of SnO2 nanowires fabricated by chemical vapor deposition with metallic catalyst-assistance were investigated. For the as-fabricated
SnO2 nanowires, the turn-on and threshold field were 4.03 and 5.4 V/μm, respectively. Considerable enhancement of field emission
of SnO2 nanowires was obtained by a post-annealing process in oxygen at high temperature. When the SnO2 nanowires were post-annealed at 1,000 °C in oxygen, the turn-on and threshold field were decreased to 3.77 and 4.4 V/μm,
respectively, and the current density was increased to 6.58 from 0.3 mA/cm2 at the same applied electric field of 5.0 V/μm. 相似文献
