氮化碳的制备、结构和性能

本文简要评述了人工合成新材料氮化碳（Ｃ３Ｎ４）的制备方法，以及制备方法对成分、结构和性能的影响。并作出了氮化碳研究的发展展望。     

二滩拱坝温控设计的特点

本文从二滩拱坝的特点和具体条件出发,总结了具有二滩工程特色的温度控制设计,在大仓面通仓浇筑、温控标准、防裂措施及设计龄期等方面作了简要论述,与我国常规温控设计和规范的规定有较大差异,可供类似的工程参考。     

Phthalocyanine‐Based 2D Conjugated Metal‐Organic Framework Nanosheets for High‐Performance Micro‐Supercapacitors

2D conjugated metal‐organic frameworks (2D c‐MOFs) are emerging as a novel class of conductive redox‐active materials for electrochemical energy storage. However, developing 2D c‐MOFs as flexible thin‐film electrodes have been largely limited, due to the lack of capability of solution‐processing and integration into nanodevices arising from the rigid powder samples by solvothermal synthesis. Here, the synthesis of phthalocyanine‐based 2D c‐MOF (Ni₂[CuPc(NH)₈]) nanosheets through ball milling mechanical exfoliation method are reported. The nanosheets feature with average lateral size of ≈160 nm and mean thickness of ≈7 nm (≈10 layers), and exhibit high crystallinity and chemical stability as well as a p‐type semiconducting behavior with mobility of ≈1.5 cm² V^?1 s^?1 at room temperature. Benefiting from the ultrathin feature, the nanosheets allow high utilization of active sites and facile solution‐processability. Thus, micro‐supercapacitor (MSC) devices are fabricated mixing Ni₂[CuPc(NH)₈] nanosheets with exfoliated graphene, which display outstanding cycling stability and a high areal capacitance up to 18.9 mF cm^?2; the performance surpasses most of the reported conducting polymers‐based and 2D materials‐based MSCs.     

隧道浅埋段的超前地质预报与监控量测

隧道超前地质预报与监控量测是新奥法施工不可缺少的一部分,能够准确预报掌子面前方一定距离内围岩质量的好坏,并实时通过围岩变形的监测与分析检验围岩是否稳定及支护是否合理。结合杉溪隧道工程实例,通过对隧道浅埋段的超前地质预报和监控量测数据进行分析研究,得出隧道浅埋段围岩变形速率受施工干扰影响较大,钢支撑内力及围岩压力与围岩断面变形量变化趋势基本一致。通过研究隧道浅埋段的围岩变形规律和支护结构受力特征,可为以后类似项目积累经验,提供施工依据。     

Novel organic dye employing dithiafulvenyl-substituted arylamine hybrid donor unit for dye-sensitized solar cells

In order to increase electron-donating ability of the donor part of the organic dye, two dithiafulvenyl (DTF) units were introduced into a triphenylamine unit to form dithiafulvenyl-substituted triphenylamine hybrid donor for dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) for the first time. Novel donor–acceptor organic dye WD-10 containing this hybrid donor and 2-cyanoacetic acid acceptor has been designed, synthesized and applied in DSSCs. The influence of the substituent unit DTF in the dye on the device performance has been investigated. It was found that the dye with dithiafulvenyl-substituted triphenylamine hybrid donor gave higher photocurrent, open-circuit voltage, and efficiency value. The DSSC based on organic dye WD-10 displayed a short-circuit current (J_sc) of 9.58 mA cm^?2, an open-circuit voltage (V_oc) of 648 mV, and a fill factor (ff) of 0.71, corresponding to an overall conversion efficiency of 4.41%. An increase in η of about 79% was obtained from simple triphenylamine dye L0 to WD-10. The different photovoltaic behaviors of the solar cells based on the organic dyes were further elucidated by the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. This work identifies that the introduction of DTF unit into the simple triphenylamine dye could significant improve the photovoltaic performance.     

二阶椭圆型偏微分方程奇导摄动问题的有限元解法

本文用有限元方法研究椭圆型偏微分方程奇异摄动问题。我们构造了一种特殊的有限元子空间,当网格参数取特定值时得到一致收敛的有限元离散化。     

SMA同轴封装高速光电探测器

采用自制ＳＭＡ同轴管壳和普通ＴＯ－１８管壳对同型同批的ＩｎＧａＡｓＰＩＮ光电探测器芯片进行了封装，并用自建测试系统对其Ｃ－Ｖ特性和瞬态特性进行了测试比较，结果表明：与普通ＴＯ－１８管壳封装相比，ＳＭＡ同轴管壳封装器件电容减少了约０．４ｐＦ，上升时间ｔｒ由８５ｐｓ减至２５ｐｓ以下，半高全宽ＦＷＨＭ由２１０ｐｓ减至８５ｐｓ，等效－３ｄＢ带宽增至６ＧＨｚ以上，瞬态特性显著改善。

导向筛板在醋酸乙烯-醋酸精馏中的应用

在聚乙烯醇生产过程中,对醋酸乙烯-醋酸体系精馏的影响因素进行了研究,并用导向筛板替换原始普通筛板进行技术改造.技术改造后,在塔体不变的情况下,精馏塔的生产能力提高了80%,能耗降低了30%,醋酸乙烯的回收率提高了5%.通过技术经济分析,认为此技术改造是合理的,而且是可行的.
