从高温热处理技术方面介绍了碳纤维在石墨化过程中微观结构的变化和宏观力学性能的改变。综述了高温、热牵伸、催化、压力、渗碳、外加磁场等条件在碳纤维石墨化过程中的研究与进展,并对高性能石墨纤维的制造技术和研究发展进行了展望。指出优化石墨化条件、创新制造工艺、降低生产成本、进一步提高石墨纤维的性能将成为今后研究的重点和发展方向。  相似文献

Several kinds of multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) with different morphology were synthesized using catalytic decomposition of hydrocarbons over different metal catalysts.The products were characterized by TEM, HREM and SEM. Multi-walled carbon nanotubes with uniform diameters and automatically assembled into densely aligned bundles prepared by a bulky yield and high purity were applied as hydrogen absorbant at room temperature under moderate pressure to absorb H_2. Both the surface of nanotubes and the interstitial space among tubes are possible sites for hydrogen molecules to adhere. The hydrogen uptake capacity is 0.82% (mass)and the interstitial position is considered as a promising site for hydrogen absorption.  相似文献

A series of nanocomposite hydrogels for mucoadhesive were prepared from acrylic acid, poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether acrylate, and intercalated bentonite clay by photopolymerization. The microstructures were identified by X‐ray diffraction (XRD). Results showed that the swelling ratio for the present nanocomposite hydrogels decreased with an increase of bentonite, whereas the gel strength and Young's modulus of the present gels increased with an increase of bentonite. However, the adhesive force of the present gels did not decrease with an increase of bentonite. XRD results indicated that the exfoliation of bentonite was achieved in the xerogels and swollen gels. The synthesis and performance of a novel temperature-tolerant foamed resin for enhanced oil recovery were investigated using various methods, including infrared, NMR, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and displacement experiments. Polycondensation of furfuryl alcohol prepolymers was confirmed by the infrared and NMR results. The poor temperature tolerance of furfuryl alcohol prepolymers after gelation at high temperatures is mainly due to the fracture of furan rings. The addition of ester additives is an effective method of increasing the temperature tolerance of the prepared foamed resins and can effectively reduce the weight-loss rate of the polycondensation products. The SEM results show that the skeleton structure of the foamed resin remains intact after high-temperature treatment. Thus, the novel plugging agent system has excellent thermal stability and still has a high strength (>0.8 MPa) after high-temperature aging treatment for 40 days, giving the prepared foamed resin a good plugging performance (plugging rate > 91%) at 250 °C. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of cationic gemini surfactants CmH2m + 1N+(CH2CH2OH)2 (CH2)s N+(CH2CH2OH)2CmH2m + 1 2Br, referred to as m-s-m (OH) (m = 8,10,12, s = 3,4), were prepared by quaternization of dihydroxyethyl tertiary amines with dibromoalkane. The dihydroxyethyl tertiary amines were synthesized by nucleophilic substitution of diethanolamine with bromoalkane. The characterization of the m-s-m (OH) surfactants was performed using 1H NMR and MS. The surface activities and aggregation behavior in aqueous solution of the m-s-m (OH) surfactants were studied using surface tension measurements, dynamic light scattering (DLS), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The surface tension and critical micellar concentration of these surfactants in aqueous solution decreased dramatically due to the introduction of hydroxyethyl at the head group. The micelles and/or vesicles formed in the aqueous solution of m-s-m (OH) surfactants were strongly dependent upon the lengths of spacer chains and carbon chains. The number of vesicles increases and that of micelles decreases when the lengths of spacer chains and carbon chains increase.  相似文献

In this study, the crystal structure, thermal, oxygen transport, electrical conductivity and electrochemical properties of the perovskite NdBa0.5Sr0.5Co2O5+δ (NBSC55) are investigated. In the temperature range of 250 °C–350 °C, the weight loss upon heating was due to a partial loss of lattice oxygen and along with a reduction of Co4+ to Co3+. The tend of weight-loss slows down as temperature increased above 350 °C indicating a reduction of Co3+ to Co2+ during this stage. The oxygen migration is dominated by surface exchange process at high temperature range (650-800 °C); however, the bulk diffusion process prevails at low temperature range (500–600 °C). For long-term testing, the polarization resistance of NBSC55 increases gradually form 3.13 Ω cm2 for 2 h to 3.34 Ω cm2 for 96 h at 600 °C and an increasing-rate for polarization resistance is around 0.22% h?1. The power density of the single cell with NBSC55 cathode reached 341 mW cm?2 at 800 °C.  相似文献

Polymer dielectrics, with advanced dielectric properties and heat resistance, are critical for high‐temperature capacitors in various applications. However, the high performance of heat resistance and dielectric properties are quite difficult to achieve all together due to their mutual implication. Here, by intensively investigating the correlation between molecular structure and properties, polyimide dielectrics with i) enhanced dielectric constant by introducing sulfonyl group, ii) low dissipation factor by introducing flexible linkage, and iii) high Tg (glass transition temperature) by retaining an aromatic structure, are obtained. The sulfonyl‐containing polyimides with different flexible linkages exhibit simultaneously a high dielectric constant (4.50–5.98), low dissipation factor (0.00298–0.00426), and outstanding breakdown strength (most above 500 MV m?1), as well as superior heat resistance (Tg : 244–304 °C). Specifically, the polyimide (SPI‐1) with sulfonyl group in diamine moiety and para‐para linkage shows stable dielectric properties up to 150 °C, and the discharged energy density and charge–discharge efficiency can be as high as 7.04 J cm?3 and 91.3% at 500 MV m?1, respectively.  相似文献

制盐区在生产过程中产生的废渣包括卤水净化一、二级渣,渣量较大且成分复杂,目前主要堆放于厂区,对环境造成较大影响。以自贡舒坪制盐区废渣为研究对象,通过对几类渣的成分分析检测,针对渣的特性,对下游应用市场进行了调研,并据此开展了室内脱盐和综合利用实验研究。采用冷凝水二次洗涤后的一级、二级渣经脱水、干燥后,氯离子质量分数<0.35%,水质量分数<12%,可用作水泥生产添加剂。该研究实现了废渣的综合利用,环保效益显著,并可推广应用于各制盐企业。  相似文献
