为实现吹膜挤出机在电磁感应加热条件下能效的定量分析,对吹膜挤出机电磁感应加热的三维有限元模型进行了研究,导出了对应于指定机筒和螺杆材料的电流透入深度与电磁感应加热器的各设计参数之间的关系;分析了挤出机的机筒与螺杆等关键部件在电磁感应三段式分区加热条件下的磁场分布、电流密度场分布及焦耳热能分布的相对趋势。结果表明,感应磁场主要分布在机筒内表面,而相应的感应电流主要分布在机筒外层,且当机筒上缠绕的3组匝数相同的电磁感应加热线圈中加载有大小相等、方向相同的交变电流时,电流密度和产生的焦耳热能集中在机筒和螺杆的中部,而适当增加进料段与计量段加热区所对应的两组线圈匝数可获得较为均匀的电磁感应加热效果。相对于电阻式加热,电磁感应加热的能量损耗较小,是一种环保节能的吹膜挤出机加热方式。 相似文献

In this study, bamboo fiber/high‐density polyethylene (HDPE) composites were prepared, and the effects of nano‐TiO2 on their thermal properties and crystallization behavior were investigated via thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The results show that the addition of nano‐TiO2 improved the thermal stability and had a dual function in the crystallization behavior of the composites. On one hand, it functioned as a nucleating agent. The addition of 2 wt % nano‐TiO2 promoted the crystallization, which caused the increase of the crystallization rate and crystallinity degree, as well as the micronization of the crystalline grain. On the other hand, intermolecular hydrogen bonds and covalent bonds were formed between nano‐TiO2 and the polymer matrix, which hindered the crystallization of the composites. When the content of nano‐TiO2 was continually increased, the inhibitory effect of the crystallization was gradually enhanced, which resulted in a decrease in the crystallization rate and crystallinity degree of the composites. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. One major obstacle for successful application of nanoparticles in medicine is its potential nanotoxicity on the environment and human health. In this study, we evaluated the cytotoxicity effect of dimercaptosuccinic acid-coated iron oxide (DMSA-Fe2O3) using cultured human aortic endothelial cells (HAECs). Our results showed that DMSA-Fe2O3 in the culture medium could be absorbed into HAECs, and dispersed in the cytoplasm. The cytotoxicity effect of DMSA-Fe2O3 on HAECs was dose-dependent, and the concentrations no more than 0.02 mg/ml had little toxic effect which were revealed by tetrazolium dye assay. Meanwhile, the cell injury biomarker, lactate dehydrogenase, was not significantly higher than that from control cells (without DMSA-Fe2O3). However, the endocrine function for endothelin-1 and prostacyclin I-2, as well as the urea transporter function, was altered even without obvious evidence of cell injury in this context. We also showed by real-time PCR analysis that DMSA-Fe2O3 exposure resulted in differential effects on the expressions of pro- and anti-apoptosis genes of HAECs. Meanwhile, it was noted that DMSA-Fe2O3 exposure could activate the expression of genes related to oxidative stress and adhesion molecules, which suggested that inflammatory response might be evoked. Moreover, we demonstrated by in vitro endothelial tube formation that even a small amount of DMSA-Fe2O3 (0.01 and 0.02 mg/ml) could inhibit angiogenesis by the HAECs. Altogether, these results indicate that DMSA-Fe2O3 have some cytotoxicity that may cause side effects on normal endothelial cells. 相似文献

The translucent Mg-α-sialon ceramics have been prepared by spark plasma sintering (SPS) α-Si3 N4 powder with AlN and MgO as the additives at 1850°C for 5 min. The sample possesses a uniform, dense microstructure under the rapid densification of SPS process. The translucent Mg-α-sialon ceramics achieve the maximum transmittance of 66.4% for the sample of 0.5 mm in thickness in the medium infrared region, which could be attributed to the equiaxed microstructure and few glassy phase confirmed by the observation of transmission electron microscopy. The material also exhibits good mechanical properties of high hardness (21.4±0.3 GPa) and fracture toughness (6.1±0.1 MPa·m1/2 ). 相似文献

Using the interfacial gel polymerization method, a heat‐resistant gradient‐index polymer optical fiber (GI POF) was developed based on the copolymer of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and N‐isopropylmaleimide (IPMI) as the matrix material and bromobenzene (BB) as dopant. The gradient distribution of IPMI in the GI POF rod was determined by element analysis. IPMI had great advantage in improving glass transition temperature (Tg) and forming a gradient‐index profile. There was a significant enhancement in the heat‐resistant property in comparison with a conventional GI POF rod. The combination of high thermal stability and easy fabrication makes the novel BB–IPMI–MMA system very suitable for heat‐resistant GI POF. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
