基于低温直接键合的血细胞计数芯片结构制备

研究了一种新颖的微流管道血细胞计数器的结构及其工作原理,采用流体动力学对其液体分层流动特性进行了仿真分析,结合图形制备和低温直接键合工艺制作了硅基微流体管道血细胞计数器结构,并采用红外透射方法对微流体管道结构进行了检测.对封闭管道的流通性及结构的键合强度也进行了测量.研究分析表明,采用上述工艺制备的微流体芯片结构与电子器件兼容性好,具有良好的化学惰性和热稳定性,而且管道结构规则,精度高,键合界面层薄,具有较好的应用前景.     

黄河某水电站库区泥石流特征及工程影响研究

黄河某水电站库区泥石流沟道发育,对该水电站运行安全带来不利影响。结合国内外有关研究成果,根据库区内泥石流的具体特征,以杏儿沟、官亭沟和喇家沟为重点研究对象,分析研究了这几条沟泥石流的形成条件及运动特征,包括泥石流的流速、流量等,并将泥石流对工程的危害作出评价。研究成果对水电站建设具有重要指导意义。     

射线跟踪技术的一种加速算法

为了使传统的角度缓存区(AZB)算法易于程序化,有效地降低其复杂程度,提高运算速度,提出其改进算法.该算法基于二维平面,对辐射源及等效辐射源辐射空间进行分区、判断多面体自身遮挡和互遮挡的面及棱、对多面体进行前后排序、进行遮挡测试等,从而实现三维射线跟踪.将该算法运用于移动通信基站,编制程序进行计算,场强计算结果与实际测量结果符合很好,误差在5dB之内,说明对传播路径的搜索是完善的,没有遗漏.该软件可以运用于电磁环境测评.     

低温热水地板辐射采暖的发展优势及尚存问题

低温热水地板辐射采暖系统具有节约能源、减少环境污染、热舒适性好、卫生保健、初投资不高、维修费用低等优点,但在应用中尚存在一些问题,本文指出了其在设计和施工中存在的一些问题及相应的解决方法,同时通过对共约2000m^2实铺面积的统计,得出了不同管间距时单位面积大约所需的管长,根据经验提出了一种设计穹孽謦方孽虿母可哆使设计者节省设计时间,还可以避免管材浪费现象,节省工程成本。

A new ZVS bidirectional DC-DC converter for fuel cell and battery application

This paper presents a new zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) bidirectional dc-dc converter. Compared to the traditional full and half bridge bidirectional dc-dc converters for the similar applications, the new topology has the advantages of simple circuit topology with no total device rating (TDR) penalty, soft-switching implementation without additional devices, high efficiency and simple control. These advantages make the new converter promising for medium and high power applications especially for auxiliary power supply in fuel cell vehicles and power generation where the high power density, low cost, lightweight and high reliability power converters are required. The operating principle, theoretical analysis, and design guidelines are provided in this paper. The simulation and the experimental verifications are also presented.

SemEval-2010 task 18: disambiguating sentiment ambiguous adjectives

Sentiment ambiguous adjectives, which have been neglected by most previous researches, pose a challenging task in sentiment analysis. We present an evaluation task at SemEval-2010, designed to provide a framework for comparing different approaches on this problem. The task focuses on 14 Chinese sentiment ambiguous adjectives, and provides manually labeled test data. There are 8 teams submitting 16 systems in this task. In this paper, we define the task, describe the data creation, list the participating systems, and discuss different approaches.
