Genes Identification,Molecular Docking and Dynamics Simulation Analysis of Laccases from Amylostereum areolatum Provides Molecular Basis of Laccase Bound to Lignin

An obligate mutualistic relationship exists between the fungus Amylostereum areolatum and woodwasp Sirex noctilio. The fungus digests lignin in the host pine, providing essential nutrients for the growing woodwasp larvae. However, the functional properties of this symbiosis are poorly described. In this study, we identified, cloned, and characterized 14 laccase genes from A. areolatum. These genes encoded proteins of 508 to 529 amino acids and contained three typical copper-oxidase domains, necessary to confer laccase activity. Besides, we performed molecular docking and dynamics simulation of the laccase proteins in complex with lignin compounds (monomers, dimers, trimers, and tetramers). AaLac2, AaLac3, AaLac6, AaLac8, and AaLac10 were found that had low binding energies with all lignin model compounds tested and three of them could maintain stability when binding to these compounds. Among these complexes, amino acid residues ALA, GLN, LEU, PHE, PRO, and SER were commonly present. Our study reveals the molecular basis of A. areolatum laccases interacting with lignin, which is essential for understanding how the fungus provides nutrients to S. noctilio. These findings might also provide guidance for the control of S. noctilio by informing the design of enzyme mutants that could reduce the efficiency of lignin degradation.     

Image Super-Resolution Based on Generative Adversarial Networks: A Brief Review

Single image super resolution (SISR) is an important research content in the field of computer vision and image processing. With the rapid development of deep neural networks, different image super-resolution models have emerged. Compared to some traditional SISR methods, deep learning-based methods can complete the superresolution tasks through a single image. In addition, compared with the SISR methods using traditional convolutional neural networks, SISR based on generative adversarial networks (GAN) has achieved the most advanced visual performance. In this review, we first explore the challenges faced by SISR and introduce some common datasets and evaluation metrics. Then, we review the improved network structures and loss functions of GAN-based perceptual SISR. Subsequently, the advantages and disadvantages of different networks are analyzed by multiple comparative experiments. Finally, we summarize the paper and look forward to the future development trends of GAN-based perceptual SISR.     

Inhibition of microbial growth in ready‐to‐eat food stored at ambient temperature by modified atmosphere packaging

This study was undertaken to develop a modified atmosphere package to control microbial growth in ready‐to‐eat (RTE) products stored at ambient temperature. Ethanol and/or limonene associated with modified atmosphere (CO₂ : O₂ : N₂ = 30% : 5% : 65%) was used to inhibit the growth of total air‐borne microorganisms and Escherichia coli in RTE products stored at 25°C. The results indicated that 0.05% ethanol vapour in the headspace was effective to inhibit the growth of air‐borne microorganisms and E. coli at 25°C for 72 h in a model study, and the effectiveness was related to ethanol content. Both 73 ppm limonene and 0.05% ethanol vapour enhanced the bacteriostatic effect of modified atmosphere in RTE sushi roll products, and no off‐flavour was detected using this formulated gas; however, no significant inhibitory effect was observed for RTE cold noodle products. This study concludes that combinations of carbon dioxide, ethanol or limonene vapours are effective to inhibit microbial growth in RTE food at ambient temperature, and the outcome may be due to the hurdle effect. 改进型UDP组播的性能分析及其在实时电源控制系统中的应用

文章通过采用带连接的UDP、I/O复用技术、关闭UDP校验和功能、负载均衡等技术对普通的UDP组播技术进行改进,使之在每个控制周期(1ms)内满足了分布式实时控制系统的实时性和可靠性要求。在将改进型的UDP组播技术应用于实际控制系统之前,文中构建了一个模拟局域网进行测试,对比结果表明改进后的组播技术无论在数据包延迟、丢包率等方面较改进前的UDP组播性能有较大幅度的提高。     

IBM PC集群计算机ATA磁盘系统升级技术方法研究

文章概述了IBMPC集群计算机的系统结构。对该系统在石油地震资料处理应用中存在的ATA磁盘系统故障率高的问题进行了分析，提出了针对刀片式服务器的ATA磁盘系统进行升级的解决方案。对石油地震资料处理高性能运算具有一定的参考价值。     

溶剂脱沥青组合工艺生产重交通道路沥青

中国石化荆门分公司以江汉-阿曼混合原油和江汉-鲁宁混合原油为原料,分别采用减压蒸馏—丙烷脱沥青和减压蒸馏—添加催化裂化油浆—丙烷脱沥青工艺,生产出符合SH 0522—2000的100号道路沥青。结果表明,江汉-阿曼混合原油减压渣油中掺兑质量分数为30%的催化裂化油浆后,脱油沥青的各项性能均满足AH-70或AH-90重交通道路沥青的要求,而且薄膜烘箱试验表明,试样延度超过标准要求。     

XMAC纵波时差高分辨率处理方法

在充分调研阵列声波测井分波提取方法的基础上，针对阿特拉斯公司的交叉多极子阵列声波测井（XMACⅡ）提供的单极波形信息，研究纵波时差提取及高分辨率处理方法。首先利用相关-互功谱法高精度地提取纵波时差，然后针对XMACⅡ仪器的接收阵列，研究组合子阵列的方法，形成共发射子阵列和共接收子阵列，最后利用子阵列对提取的纵波时差做高分辨率处理。处理现场实际测井资料，并将高分辨率处理成果与引进的eXpress软件处理成果、实测的国产高分辨率声波（纵波）测井曲线及岩心纵波时差对比分析，表明该方法提取的纵波时差曲线的纵向分辨率有很大提高，时差计算准确可靠，提取的单极纵波时差与国产高分辨率声波时差及岩心纵波时差的平均相对误差均小于7%。该方法具有较高的实用价值和广阔的应用前景。     

一种高精度的非平稳随机信号实时建模算法研究

针对传统的非平稳随机信号时变参数筹分模型算法的不足,论文把非平稳随机信号时变参数差分模型与一种带自适应遗忘因子的RLS算法结合起来,形成一种有效的非平稳随机信号实时建模算法,仿真分析表明该算法不仅能获得快的收敛速度而且能获得高的建模精度。     

智能动态网络资源分配系统

通过对解决GSM移动通信网络热点区域话务拥塞问题的研究，提出了利用可控功分器实现智能动态网络资源的分配，解决不同种类的话务拥塞问题，并着重讨论了该系统目前的成功运用及前景。

文章分析了人工免疫系统的原理,简单建立了一种基于否定选择算法的网络入侵检测系统,引入了一种用于异常事件识别的r-字符块匹配规则,并对规则存在的漏洞进行了分析。
