运用差示扫描量热分析仪研究了湿热处理对锥栗原淀粉、直链淀粉、中间成分和支链淀粉回生的影响。经湿热处理的锥栗原淀粉、支链淀粉在冷藏相同时间后的回生吸热峰起始温度(TO)、峰值温度(TP)、终止温度(TF)按湿热处理温度80、180、140和110℃递减,经湿热处理的锥栗直链淀粉在冷藏相同时间后的TO、TP、TF和吸热焓(ΔH)则按湿热处理温度80、180、110和140℃递减;经湿热处理的锥栗淀粉中间成分在冷藏相同时间后的TO、TP、TF和ΔH以80℃湿热处理时为最大,110、140和180℃湿热处理时的基本没有变化。经湿热处理的锥栗原淀粉、直链淀粉、中间成分和支链淀粉凝胶体系,在4℃冷藏前1周回生速度很快而后趋于平稳。  相似文献

The electromagnetic materials are featured by good magnetic permeability and dielectric constant characteristics, which are of significant importance in solving the pollution problem of electromagnetic. In this study, after the complete of the use of sol-gel method, argon gas was then introduced for calcination, and eventually a new type of MWCNTs/Ni0.5Zn0.5Nd0.04Fe1.96O4 composites was synthesized after the above mentioned procedures. The synthesized MWCNTs were able to be adsorbed on the surface of Ni0.5Zn0.5Nd0.04Fe1.96O4 and could form a good conductive work of 3D. Also, the effect of additional MWCNTs on microwave absorption properties of MWCNTs/Ni0.5Zn0.5Nd0.04Fe1.96O4 composites were also observed in this study. The results indicate that the additional MWCNTs function to significantly improve the microwave absorption property of MWCNTs/Ni0.5Zn0.5Nd0.04Fe1.96O4. Through altering the amount of MWCNTs, the microwave attenuation performance and impedance matching coefficient of this electromagnetic materials can be effectively improved. The S2 sample presented a minimum reflection loss of ?35.05 dB when its thickness reached 1.6 mm, meanwhile, the effective absorption bandwidth achieved 4.55 GHz. The prepared composites perform well in microwave absorption, which can attribute to the reasonable ratio of composites as well as its interaction with both of the magnetic and dielectric components. This research paved the way for novel ideas to be put in the electromagnetic absorption materials with high-efficient.  相似文献

Porous Si3N4 ceramics with monomodal and bimodal pore structure were prepared by cold isostatic pressing and freeze-casting, respectively. Both the pore structure and permeability behavior of the porous Si3N4 ceramics were tailored by altering the pressure of cold isostatic pressing and the composition and content of solvent during freeze-casting. The specimens obtained by cold isostatic pressing exhibited smaller Darcian and non-Darcian permeability than those of freeze-casted samples due to their lower open porosity, smaller pore size and higher tortuosity. On the other hand, compared with the ice-templated specimens having the same solvent volume in the ceramic slurries as them during freeze-casting, the emulsion-ice templated samples showed smaller open porosity, macropore size and Dacian permeability, but the similar non-Darcian permeability because of their larger micropores and better pore interconnectivity.  相似文献

A novel composite of 12 mol% CeO2-stablized tetragonal ZrO2 reinforced with Al2O3 whiskers (designated as Ce-TZP/Aw) has been prepared and studied in this work. The objective of this investigation was to systematically study the influence of whisker-aspect-ratio on the densification behaviors, microstructure evolution, and mechanical properties of Ce-TZP/Aw composite. Results showed that the sintered density of composite increased and the grain growth tended to diminish with the decrease in whisker aspect radio. Both the fracture toughness and flexural strength reached maximum values of 475 ± 12 MPa and 11.4 ± 0.2 MPa m1/2, respectively at a whisker aspect ratio of about 12. It was also observed that the fracture toughness, flexural strength and tetragonal to monoclinic ZrO2 transformation of the dual-phase composite exhibited similar variation trend as a function of the whisker-aspect-ratio, which suggested that the stress-induced phase transformation should be the main toughening and strengthening mechanism in the Ce-TZP/Aw composite.  相似文献

A novel additive manufacturing method with TIG–MIG hybrid heat source was applied for fabricating 5356 aluminum alloy component. In this paper the microstructure evolution, mechanical properties and fracture morphologies of both as-deposited and heat-treated component were investigated, and how these were affected by different heat-treated temperature. The as-deposited microstructure showed dominant equiaxed grains with second phase, and the size of them is coarse in the bottom region, medium in the middle region and fine in the top region owing to different thermal cycling conditions. Compared with as-deposited microstructure, the size of grain becomes large and second phases gradually dissolve in the matrix as heat-treated temperature increase. Different microstructures determine the mechanical properties of component. Results show that average ultimate tensile strength enhances from 226 to 270 MPa and average microhardness increases from 64.2 to 75.3 HV0.1 but ductility decreases from 33 to 6.5% with heat-treated temperature increasing. For all components, the tensile properties are almost the same in the vertical direction (Z) and horizontal direction (Y) due to equiaxed grains, which exhibits isotropy, and the mechanisms of these are analyzed in detailed. In general, the results demonstrate that hybrid arc heat source has the potential to fabricate aluminum alloy component.  相似文献

Lithium-sulfur batteries (LSBs) have been regarded as one of the most promising energy storage systems to break through the upper limit of lithium-ion batteries. However, the rampant diffusions of soluble lithium polysulfides (LiPSs) in the electrolyte induced the shuttle effect between anode and cathode, resulting in low sulfur utilization, low energy efficiency and short cycling life. Herein, we prove the rational design and construction of Ni nanoparticles filled in vertically grown N-doped bamboo-like carbon nanotubes (CNTs) on graphene nanosheets (Ni@NG-CNTs) as efficient polysulfide barrier for high-performance LSBs. The unique design integrates graphene nanosheets and CNTs into hierarchical architectures with one-dimensional (1D) CNTs, two-dimensional (2D) ultrathin nanosheets and abundant carbon nanocages. This design provides large surface area for lithium polysulfides (LiPSs) adsorption, accelerates electron transport and enhances electrochemical redox of LiPSs. Benefiting from the unique structural features, the LSBs with the Ni@NG-CNTs as polysulfide barrier keep high reversible specific capacities of 309.1 and 265.0 mAh·g−1 at 5 and 10 C rates after 500 cycles. This work provides a new strategy for constructing self-assembled hybrids of CNTs and graphene nanosheets with abundant carbon nanocages for high-performance LSBs.

Gel polymer electrolytes (GPEs) can avoid the electrolyte leakage risk of electrochemical double layer capacitors (EDLCs). But aqueous GPEs often suffer from narrow electrochemical windows. Herein, a series of deep eutectic solvent (DES)-based supramolecular GPEs are firstly developed for carbon-based EDLCs with wide voltage windows. The as-fabricated DES-based GPE shows an ionic conductivity of ~58 mS cm?1, which makes the stable voltage window of a carbon-based EDLC reach 2.4 V. The carbon-based EDLC exhibits a specific capacitance of 32.1 F g?1, an energy density of 24.6 Wh kg?1 and a capacitance retention of ~90% after 15,000 charge-discharge cycles. Moreover, when quinhydrone is added into the DES-based GPE, the specific capacitance and energy density of the corresponding EDLC can be further expanded to 60 F g?1 and 43.6 Wh kg?1, respectively. Therefore, our work may present a universal strategy to prepare novel supramolecular GPEs for high-performance EDLCs with wide voltage windows.  相似文献
