激发态锂原子的电子交换作用

在研究“基态钽原子电子交换作用”的基础上，本文进一步计算激发态锂原子的能级，并着重研究了电子交换作用对锂原子激发态能量的影响，计算结果与实验结果符合较好。这对进一步研究原子的高激发态能级及结构具有重要意义。     

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HIGH TEMPERATURE SCOURING TECHNIQUES OF HARD TWISTED SILK FABRIC AND SILK STRUCTURE

This paper deals with the effect of high temperature scouring andnormal scouring techniques on silk structure by viscosity and hydro-lysis methods.The results of the intrinsic viscosity (η) values and the crystallinity have shown that high temperature scouring results in lessdamage to fibroin than normal scouring does.The technologyical condition (PH,temperature,time,agents) of high temperature scouringhas been found out and the scouring quality is better.

无线传感器网络数据融合路由算法的改进

无线传感器网络能量有限,数据融合能通过合并冗余数据减少传输数据量,但其本身的代价不可忽略。针对该问题,研究数据融合代价和数据传输代价对数据融合路由的影响,在基于决策数据融合技术AFST中,对直传数据采用动态最短路径(DSPT)算法,动态识别网络环境和数据特征变化,以最小的代价调整路由。实验与分析结果表明,当网络结构发生变化时,DSPT算法比SPT算法效率更高、更节能。     

电泳淀积图形化碳纳米管场发射阴极及其场发射特性研究

基于电泳和半导体工艺,制备了图形化的碳纳米管场发射阴极。用较高的电场激活碳纳米管薄膜,使得碳纳米管的场发射特性有了很大的改善,讨论了这一激活过程的物理机制。研究表明,这一激活过程可能的物理机制一方面是由于碳纳米管薄膜表面形貌发生了变化,增大了碳纳米管的场增强因子;另一方面是由于碳纳米管表面吸附的气体脱附,降低了碳纳米管的表面功函数。电场激活处理后,碳纳米管薄膜的开启电场为2.1 V/μm,应用电场为6 V/μm时,电流密度达到1.19mA/cm2。该图形化的碳纳米管场发射阴极可以应用到高分辨率场发射显示器。     

难燃纤维BASOFIL分散染料染色性能研究

通过对纤维结构、性能的测试,推测适合该纤维的染料及染色方法;并通过测定上染过程中的上染百分率,演示该纤维的染色动态过程,以及为大生产提供优化染色工艺。     

GaN-based MSM photovoltaic ultraviolet detector structure modeling and its simulation

Based on the principles of metal-semiconductor-metal Schottky barrier photodetectors(MSM-PD), using the carrier rate equations,the circuit simulation model of a GaN-based MSM photovoltaic ultraviolet detector is constructed through an appropriately equivalent process.By using the Pspice analytical function of Cadence soft on the model,the relationship between the photocurrent and the terminal voltage under different UV light powers is analyzed.The result shows that under the given UV power,the photocurrent increases and tends to become saturated gradually as the terminal voltage of the device increases,and that under different UV powers,the photocurrent increases with increasing incident power.Then the analysis of the relationship between the photocurrent and the terminal voltage under the different ratios of interdigital electrode space and width is carried out when the UV power is given.The results show that when the ratio of interdigital electrode space and width(L/W) equals 1,the photocurrent tends to be at a maximum.     

强捻真丝绸高温精练工艺与蚕丝结构关系

本文用粘度法、酸水解法研究高温精练和常压精练工艺对蚕丝结构的影响。从特性粘度[η]值和结晶度值变化来看,高温精练工艺对蚕丝的损伤小于常压精练。又研究了高温精练工艺条件:pH值、温度、时间、精练剂等对蚕丝结构的影响,找出精练质量较好、对蚕丝损伤较小的高温精练工艺。     

多热源联网供热系统水力优化调度分析实例

随着多热源联网运行在集中供热中的不断推广应用,如何对热网进行水力工况优化调度是热网运行的重要课题。本文论述了水力调度硬件配置方案、热源循环泵及环形网水力优化调度理论,并以实例进行了理论应用。
