研究了Mg-3.8Zn-2.2Ca-xSn(x=0,0.5,1,2,质量分数%)镁合金的铸态组织、抗拉性能和蠕变性能。结果发现:在含Sn合金中会形成CaMgSn相,并且随着Sn含量从0.46%增加到1.88%(质量分数),合金中CaMgSn相的数量增加。同时,合金中Ca2Mg6Zn3相的形貌从最初的连续和/或半连续网状转变为半连续和/或断续状。此外,含Sn合金的晶粒被明显细化,其中含0.90%Sn合金的晶粒最细。与三元合金相比,含0.46%和0.90%Sn合金的抗拉性能和蠕变性能改善明显,而含1.88%Sn合金的屈服强度和蠕变性能虽然得到改善,但其抗拉强度和延伸率减小。在含0.46%、0.90%和1.88%Sn的3个合金中,含0.90%Sn的合金显示了优化的抗拉性能和蠕变性能。 相似文献

采 用 真 空 感 应 熔 炼 制 备 了La0.8Mg0.2Ni3.3Co0.2Six(x=0、0.1)电极合金,并将铸态合金进行真空退火处理,退火温度为900、950、1000和1050℃,保温时间为8h。用XRD分析了铸态及退火态合金的相结构,测试了铸态及退火态合金的电化学贮氢性能。结果表明,铸态及退火态合金均具有多相结构,包括两个主相(La,Mg)2Ni7和LaNi5以及一个残余相LaNi3。退火处理未改变合金的相组成,但使两个主相的含量发生明显改变。合金主相的晶格常数及晶胞体积随退火温度的增加而增加。铸态及退火态合金均具有良好的活化性能,第1次循环即可达到最大放电容量。退火处理明显改善了合金的电化学循环稳定性,合金的放电容量随退火温度的升高先增加后减小。合金的高倍率放电性能(HRD)、电化学交流阻抗谱(EIS)以及氢扩散系数(D)的测试表明,合金的电化学动力学随退火温度的升高先上升后降低。 相似文献

In order to investigate the influences of the stoichiometric ratio ofB/A (A: gross A-site elements, B: gross B-site elements) and the substitution of Co for Ni on the structures and electrochemical performances of the AB3.5-4.1-type electrode alloys, the La-Mg-Ni-Co system La0.75Mg0.25Ni3.5Mx (M=Ni, Co; x= 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6) alloys were prepared by induction melting in a helium atmosphere. The structures and electrochemical performances of the alloys were systemically measured. The results show that the structures and electrochemical performances of the alloys are closely relevant to the B/A ratio. All the alloys exhibit a multiphase structure, including two major phases, (La, Mg)2Ni7 and LaNis, and a residual phase LaNi2, and with rising ratio B/A, the (La,Mg)2Ni7 phase decreases and the LaNi5 phase increases significantly. When ratio B/A-3.7, the alloys obtain the maximum discharge capacities. The high rate discharge(HRD) capability of the alloy (M=Ni) monotonously rises with growing B/A ratio, but that of the alloy (M=Co) first mounts up then declines. The cycle stability of the alloy (M-Co) monotonously increases with rising B/A ratio, but it first decreases slightly then increases for the alloy (M=Ni). The discharge potential of the alloy (M=Ni) declines with increasing B/A ratio (x〉0.2), but for the alloy (M-Co), the result is contrary. The substitution of Co for Ni significantly ameliorates the electrochemical performances. For a fixed ratio B/A=3.7, the Co substitution enhances the discharge capacity from 365.7 to 401.8 mA.h/g, the capacity retention ratio (S100) after 100 charging-discharging cycles from 50.32% to 53.26% and the HRD from 88.65% to 90.69%. 相似文献

采用CAC法制备具有高度结晶各向异性的Ni掺杂NaxCoO2热电氧化物.X射线衍射和场发射扫描电子显微镜测试显示样品内层状晶粒的c轴沿着施压方向取向排列,形成高度织构.Ni的掺杂使得样品晶粒尺寸明显减小.热电性质的测试表明:Ni的掺杂虽然提高声子散射,降低热导率值,但同时也加大载流子散射,提高电阻率.Seebeck系数有明显提高,最大值达到154 uV/K,显示NaxCoO2氧化物热电材料采用Co位掺杂改进性能的发展潜力. 相似文献

The La-Mg-Ni system A2B7-type electrode alloys with nominal composition La0.75-xZrxMg0.25Ni3.2Co0.2Al0.1(x=0,0.05, 0.1,0.15,0.2)were prepared by casting and melt-spinning.The influences of melt spinning on the electrochemical performances as well as the structures of the alloys were investigated.The results obtained by XRD,SEM and TEM show that the as-cast and spun alloys have a multiphase structure,consisting of two main phases(La,Mg)Ni3 and LaNi5 as well as a residual phase LaNi2.The melt spinning leads to an obvious increase of the LaNi5 phase and a decrease of the(La,Mg)Ni3 phase in the alloys.The results of the electrochemical measurement indicate that the discharge capacity of the alloys(x≤0.1)first increases and then decreases with the increase of spinning rate,whereas for x0.1,the discharge capacity of the alloys monotonously falls.The melt spinning slightly impairs the activation capability of the alloys,but it significantly enhances the cycle stability of the alloys. 相似文献

为了改善Mg2Ni型合金的吸放氢动力学性能,用Co部分替代合金中的Ni。用快淬工艺制备了纳米晶和非晶Mg20Ni10-xCox(x=0,1,2,3,4)贮氢合金,分析了铸态及快淬态合金的微观结构,测试了合金的吸放氢动力学性能。研究了Co替代Ni及快淬工艺对合金吸放氢动力学性能的影响。结果表明,在快淬合金(x=0)中没有发现非晶相,但快淬合金(x=4)显示了纳米晶/非晶结构,表明Co替代Ni提高了Mg2Ni型合金的非晶形成能力。Co替代Ni不改变合金的Mg2Ni主相,但形成了第二相MgCo2。随Co替代量的增加,合金的吸氢量先增加而后减少,但其放氢量随Co替代量的增加而单调增加。 相似文献

The La-Mg-Ni-based A2B7-type La0.5Mg0.2Ni3.3Co0.2Six (x=0-0.2) electrode alloys were prepared by casting and annealing. The influences of the additional silicon and the annealing treatment on the structure and electrochemical performances of the alloys were investigated systemically. Both of the analyses of XRD and SEM reveal that the as-cast and annealed alloys are of a multiphase structure, involving two main phases (La, Mg)2Ni7 and LaNi5 as well as one minor phase LaNi3. The addition of Si and annealing treatment bring on an evident change in the phase abundances and cell parameters of (La, Mg)2Ni7 and LaNi5 phase for the alloy without altering its phase structure. The phase abundances decrease from 74.3% (x=0) to 57.8% (x=0.2) for the (La, Mg)2Ni7 phase, and those of LaNi5 phase increase from 20.2% (x~0) to 37.3% (x=0.2). As for the electrochemical measurements, adding Si and performing annealing treatment have engendered obvious impacts. The cycle stability of the alloys is improved dramatically, being enhanced from 80.3% to 93.7% for the as-annealed (950 ℃) alloys with Si content increasing from 0 to 0.2. However, the discharge capacity is reduced by adding Si, from 399.4 to 345.3 mA.h/g as the Si content increases from 0 to 0.2. Furthermore, such addition makes the electrochemical kinetic properties of the alloy electrodes first increase and then decrease. Also, it is found that the overall electrochemical properties of the alloys first augment and then fall with the annealing temperature rising. 相似文献
