稀土催化异戊二烯连续聚合数学模型

本文提出了稀土催化异戊二烯进行连续聚合的数学模型。对本聚合体系的基本考虑是快引发、无终止及链转移均相体系。根据连续搅拌聚合过程稳态原理,推导了三釜连续聚合反应中聚合增长链浓度[Pr]的分析解,得出[Pr]是聚合度r及已知聚合参数的函数。据此,进一步采用连续变量法求取了[Pr]的近似值。在用微分方程数值解模拟异戊二烯连续聚合过程中,发现链转移速度常数k_f 应描述为r与反应介质粘度的函数,用反复逼近法计算的各反应器中聚合物分子量分布,与本体系中试连续聚合实例的数据基本一致。

本文介绍了几种典型楔块体积成形模的工作原理,以及它们在模具工业上的应用。     

钢铁表面黑色转化膜处理技术

黑色转化膜技术是目前较为先进的钢铁表面处理技术 ,本文试验研究了一种新工艺 ,提出了TB值的概念 ,通过控制TB值即可控制处理液的质量 ,获得性能优良的转化膜。此工艺性能可靠 ,可操作性强 ,并可应用于激光热处理前的预处理。     

高密实火药床燃烧转爆轰的数学模型

本文对以往燃烧转爆轰数学模型进行了评价.根据现代高性能火炮密实装药的特点,建立了能描述燃烧转爆轰(DDT)现象的一维反应两相流数学模型.其改进包括:考虑火药的可压缩性;提出了与DDT过程相适应的临界点火着火判据;利用熵不等式导出固相体积分数守恒方程;建立了颗粒守恒方程;引进了适合高压的非理想气体状态方程.最后给出了算例.     

ZrO_2（Y－TZP）－Si_3N_4复合材料中抑制ZrN生成研究

研究了气氛加压烧成ＺｒＯ２（Ｙ－ＴＺＰ）－Ｓｉ３Ｎ４复合材料中抑制ＺｒＮ生成工艺问题，相组成分析表明：无论添加２０ｗｔ％工业ＺｒＯ２或者Ｙ－ＴＺＰ（３ｍｏｌ％Ｙ。Ｏ。）的氯化硅复合材料，在低于１８５０℃，３ＭＰａｋ气压力下烧成，表面无ＺｒＮ生成．通过加入有效的烧结助剂（Ｙ。Ｏａ＋ＡＩ。Ｏｓ）、增加埋粉中ＳＩＯ分压以及增加保护气氛氮气压力，适当的烧成条件等工艺措施可有效地抑制ＺｒＮ的生成．实验还证实了ＺｒＮ很容易氧化，含有ＺｒＮ的ＺｒＯ。（Ｙ－ＴＺＰ）－ＳｉｓＮ。复合材料试样经９００℃，０．ｓｈ热处理已粉碎性裂开．     

Direct electroless Ni-P deposition on AM50 magnesium alloy from sulfate bath

A bright electroless Ni-P deposition on AM50 magnesium alloy in a sulfate plating bath was proposed by using direct plating process with non-chromate pretreatment. The electroless Ni-P plating on AM50 magnesium alloy has an admirable appearance and good adhesion. The results indicate that the electroless Ni-P deposition with non-chromate pretreatment has better adhesion than that of zinc immersion coating. Anodic polarization curves indicate that the electroless Ni-P deposition obtained from the sulfate bath has similar corrosion-resistance to that obtained from basic nickel carbonate bath. The deposition process generates less pollutant by a non-chromate plating bath and is suitable for the magnesium alloys manufacture because of its low cost. The hardness of the electroless Ni-P plated AM50 is about HV 720.6 and HV 969.7 after heat treatments at 180℃ for 2 h. The wear resistance of Ni-P plated magnesium alloy specimens is about 5 to 9 times as high as that of bare magnesium alloys.     

进一步增强整体开放意识开创我市对外开放工作的新局面

九十年代是中国社会主义现代化建设进程的关键时期。作者从宏观角度提出了青岛市如何进一步增强整体开放意识,开创对外开放工作的设想。对我市今后更好适应我国的经济振兴和社会进步意义重大。     

Fabrication of Ormocer Containing Eu3＋ Ion and Their Optical Spectra

Eu3 ions were incorporated in sol and gel by a sol-gel processing using 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane(CH2OCHCH2O(CH2)3Si(OCH3)3, GPTMS) and ethyl silicate (TEOS) as precursors. The basic chemical-physical properties such as DTA curve, FF-IR spectra and specific surface area were recorded. The characteristics of their optical spectra were measured and investigated. The results indicate that the emission intensity of Eu3 ion in ormocer is much higher and the global line width is wider than those in SiO2 gel. The relationship between the composition and structure of gels and the fluorescence intensity and width were discussed. The obtained ormocer shows good mechanical strength, which can be cut and polished in machine without broken.
