The regeneration of artificial bone substitutes is a potential strategy for repairing bone defects. However, the development of substitutes with appropriate osteoinductivity and physiochemical properties, such as water uptake and retention, mechanical properties, and biodegradation, remains challenging. Therefore, there is a motivation to develop new synthetic grafts that possess good biocompatibility, physiochemical properties, and osteoinductivity. Here, we fabricate a biocompatible scaffold through the covalent crosslinking of graphene oxide (GO) and carboxymethyl chitosan (CMC). The resulting GO‐CMC scaffold shows significant high water retention (44% water loss) compared with unmodified CMC scaffolds (120% water loss) due to a steric hindrance effect. The modulus and hardness of the GO‐CMC scaffold are 2.75‐ and 3.51‐fold higher, respectively, than those of the CMC scaffold. Furthermore, the osteoinductivity of the GO‐CMC scaffold is enhanced due to the π–π stacking interactions of the GO sheets, which result in striking upregulation of osteogenesis‐related genes, including osteopontin, bone sialoprotein, osterix, osteocalcin, and alkaline phosphatase. Finally, the GO‐CMC scaffold exhibits excellent reparative effects in repairing rat calvarial defects via the synergistic effects of GO and bone morphogenetic protein‐2. 目前流量工程的主要算法大多不能克服对不同类型业务流顺序的影响以及对各流类型带宽比例的影响,且很少在为业务请求计算路由时便考虑避免LSP抢占的问题。为此,提出一种避免抢占的MPLS DS-TE路由算法PA-DTE(Preempting Algorithm-DiffServ aware Traffic Engineer-ing).新算法综合考虑各类业务流的带宽比例,优先选择相对空闲的链路,从而减少了被抢占的LSP数目。为验证新算法的性能,在NS2仿真平台上实现了该算法的仿真,仿真结果表明,与在为业务请求计算路由时未考虑避免LSP抢占问题的算法相比,新算法在负载均衡、维持链路各CT(Class Type)流量比例、保证业务QoS和避免抢占等方面表现出了一定的优势。 相似文献

In recent years, microstrip antennas have been more widely applied in satellite communications, mobile phones, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), and weapons. A micro-electro-mechanical systems-based (MEMSbased) high-resistance silicon C-band microstrip antenna array has been designed for the intelligent ammunition. The center frequency is 4.5 GHz. A cavity has been designed in substrate to reduce the dielectric constant of silicon and high-resistance silicon has been used as the material of substrate to improve the gain of antenna. It is very easy to be manufactured by using MEMS technology because of the improved structure of the antenna. The results show that the gain of the antenna is 8 dB and voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) is less than 2 by the analysis and simulation in high frequency structure simulator (HFSS). 相似文献

冗余字典的信号稀疏分解是一种新的信号表示理论,采用超完备的冗余函数系统代替传统的正交基函数,为信号自适应地稀疏扩展提供了极大的灵活性。本文研究了压缩感知理论下的冗余字典、测量矩阵及其限制等容特性(RIP,Restricted Isometry Property),并给出了RIP、字典大小、稀疏度和测量次数的关系,提出了一种新的迭代软阈值(IST)算法,与正交匹配追踪(OMP)算法和迭代硬阈值(IHT)算法相比较,实验结果表明了IST算法具有更高的信号恢复率。 相似文献

本文利用高角环形暗场像(HAADF)和衍衬像研究了K0.8 Fe1.7 SeS超导样品的超导畴区形貌及三维分布。在[001]带轴下观察到两类形貌的超导畴区,一类畴区尺寸为1μm左右,另一类为由几十纳米大小的小畴区组成的阵列。选区电子衍射和电子能量损失谱结果表明母体区对应Fe空位有序,而超导畴区可能对应K空位有序。STEM-EDS元素Mapping表明超导畴区边缘处K元素含量较多,K0.8 Fe1.7 SeS超导样品中可能至少存在三个相,分别为:K空位有序超导相、畴区外部Fe空位有序基体相以及两种空位有序区的过渡相。在[100]带轴下观察到了超导畴区具有连通性,构建了K0.8 Fe1.7 SeS超导样品中超导畴区的三维分布图。 相似文献

Magnetic skyrmions are topologically nontrivial spin structures, and their existence in ferromagnetically coupled multilayers has been widely reported with a disordered arrangement. Here, a nucleation scenario of ordered skyrmions in nanostructured synthetic antiferromagnetic (SAF) multilayers is proposed and experimentally demonstrated using direct magnetization imaging, indirect magnetometer and magnetoresistance measurement, and micromagnetic simulation. Instead of relying on Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction, the antiferromagnetic interlayer exchange coupling in the SAF multilayers fulfills the role of nucleation and stabilization of skyrmions. The robustness of the proposed skyrmion nucleation scenario is examined against temperature from 4.5 to 300 K and device size from 400 to 1200 nm. Interestingly, these synthetic skyrmions still behave well with a size less than 100 nm. The higher stability than generic magnetic domains can be attributed to topological protection. The results thus provide an artificial skyrmion platform to meet the functional needs of high density and designable arrangement in magnonic and spintronic applications. 相似文献
