透反液晶显示器

兼有透射型和反射型液晶显示优点的透反液晶显示可工作于透射和反射两种显示模式，它将广泛应用于手机、PDA等通讯领域。透反液晶显示可分为单盒厚和双盒厚两大类。又可分为扭曲型和非扭曲型两种。为了研制出高性能透反液晶显示器，需解决透反两个显示区的响应时间、光效率、色饱和度的差异以及视角等问题。文中介绍了Sharp公司开发的2种基本的透反液晶显示。以及3种新近开发的高性能透反液晶显示。随着应用市场的扩大和技术的进步，透反液晶显示将会进一步得到发展。     

Electrochemical C-V Characteristics and Photoluminescence of a-C∶N Films

Amorphous carbon (a-C) films and amorphous carbon films incorporating with the nitrogen (a-C∶N) were deposited on silicon substrates in a radio-frequency driven plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition system, while the surface electrical properties of films were investigated by electrochemical capacitance-voltage measurements. It was examined the effect of the interface defects on the properties and deduced that the conducting type of a-C∶N films was n-type. Subsequently, a comparative studies of a-C and a-C∶N films were performed by photoluminescence spectra depending on the temperature. With the decrease of the temperature, the main band with peak energy of 2.48 eV in the a-C∶N films was more intense compared with the other three bands caused by amorphous C in the a-C films.     

核电站中椭圆柱形屏蔽体辐射衰减率的仿真研究

为了预测核电站中椭圆柱形屏蔽体的辐射衰减率，该文用数值解析法对放射线源到评价点的放射线所穿透椭圆柱形屏蔽物体的交点进行了研究。首先用空间解析法建立了椭圆柱形物体的数学模型。然后解曲面方程求出交点。在判断放射线是否穿透此椭圆柱体时，该文又提出了椭圆柱形屏蔽体的假想外接长方体的建模方法，将曲面方程联立解的复杂计算简化为一次代数方程的简单计算，大幅度地缩短了计算时间。     

L-乳酸和聚乳酸的研究进展

综述了乳酸发酵和提取工艺以及聚乳酸的合成进展,分析了L-乳酸及合成聚乳酸两种产品的市场前景,对进一步的技术开发提出了建议。     

钻井液固相化学清洁剂ZSC-201的合成及性能

介绍了钻井液用固相化学清洁剂ZSC－201的室内合成及性能评价，结果表明，固相化学清洁剂ZSC－201具有较强的抑制性，可有效抑制粘土水化分散，保证钻井液清洁，在钻井液体系中与阴、阳离子型钻井液处理剂配伍性好，同时具有较好的抑制增效作用，在有效的加量内对钻井液滤矢量和流变性等影响小，固相化学清洁剂ZSC－201已在中原油田近30口井中应用，具有良好的推广应用前景。     

八种新功能晶体的比热及其与相变掺杂物关系的实验研究

本文对八种新型功能晶体Ｌｉ２Ｂ４Ｏ７、Ｂｉ１２ＴｉＯ２０、Ｂｉ１２ＧｅＯ２０、Ｂｉ１２ＧｅＯ２０、Ｂｉ４Ｇｅ３Ｏ１２、Ｓｒ１－ｘＢａｘＮｂ２Ｏ６（ｘ＝０．３３，０．４８）、ＬｉＴａＯ３等在１３０～９７３Ｋ范围内的比热行为及其与相变、组分之间的关系进行了实验研究，给出了比热的多项式拟合方程，并与用纽曼－卡普定律及用Ｗｉｋｅｌｍａｎｎ经验方程的比热计算值作了对比，为晶体比热的估算提供了依据和方法。     

有环境约束时完成一族跟踪任务的力控制

本文为工业机器人提出了一种极点配置控制法，这种控制方法的优点有：一是它的积分作用消除了机器人的微小扰动和稳态误差；二是能任意设置系统的极点，因此能保证闭环系统的稳定性和规定状态变量的暂态响应；三是加入了加速度反馈，抑制了由电枢电感所引起的机械手的振动，最后，给出了ＰＵＭＡ５６２机器人的计算机仿真和实验结果验证了此控制法的有效性。     

The TDCPR Management Mode of Engineering Equipment

The Three Gorges Project is a very large project,and its structure is very complex.Interna-tional advanced engineering equipment is broadly used.The state of equipment running directly influ-ences project building qualities and limited time.According to the factud conditions of the Three Gor-ges Project,the characteristics of engineering equipment are analyzed.At the same time ,some theories about equipment management are induced ,and the TDCPR management mode of engineering equip-ment of the Three Gorges Project is put forwared in order to gain the aim of managing and using equip-ment well and speeding up the project construction.     

Synthesis and Hydrogen Storage in Single—walled Carbon Nanotubes

Single=walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs) were synthesized by a hydrogen arc discharge method.A high yield of gram quantity of SWNTs per hour was achieved.Tow kinds of SWNT products:web-like substancea and thin films in large slices were obtained. Results of resonant Raman scattering measurements indicate that the SWNTs prepared have a wider diameter distribution and a larger mean diameter.Hydrogen uptake measurements of the two kinds of SWNT samples(both as prepared and pretreated) were carried out using a high pressure volumetric method,respectively.And a hydrogen storage capacity of 4 wt pct could be repeatedly achieved for the suitably pretreated SWMNTs,whicb indicates that SWNTs may be a promising hydrogen storge material.

为了使EGS能够更加方便地被工程人员使用，使用VC^ 语言开发出一套运行于Windows下的EGSWIN程序，其中包括一个图形化的输入平台，通过使用本程序，用户可以仅仅进行简单而直观的输入几何实体的工作，就可以实现区域的定义。极大的提高了EGS的使用效率。
