锌合金镀层由于具有较强的耐腐蚀性能而得到广泛的关注,特别是Zn-Mg合金镀层,其耐腐蚀性能能得到显著提高。采用气相沉积方法制备不同镁含量的Zn-Mg合金镀层,研究Zn-Mg合金镀层中镁含量对其耐腐蚀性能的影响。在3%NaCl溶液中进行浸泡试验、动电位测试和电偶腐蚀试验,研究不同Mg含量镀层的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,Zn-Mg合金镀层的耐腐蚀性能与Mg含量显著相关,镀层的腐蚀电位随着Mg含量的增加而降低,但是腐蚀电流密度却升高,直至15%Mg含量;在Zn-Mg合金镀层中存在钝化区。  相似文献

Low temperature (LT)-grown GaAs and Al0.3Ga0.7As metal-insulator-n+-GaAs (MIN) diodes have been fabricated and their electrical properties analyzed. Studies were carried out to evaluate the interfacial quality of the LT layer and the underlying n+-GaAs layer using transient current spectroscopy (TCS) and capacitance-frequency (C-f) characterization. TCS studies on LT-GaAs revealed a high concentration of a continuum of states anda dominant electron trap with an activation energy of 0.52eV. In LT-Al0.3Ga0.7As, a shallow trap at 0.36eV and two deep level traps at 0.85eV and 1.12eV were observed. Frequency dispersion was observed to be less for LT-GaAs samples with an AlAs barrier layer than without an AlAs barrier layer. However, LT-Al0.3Ga0.7As MIN diodes displayed a smaller frequency dispersion than LT-GaAs MIN diodes. Upon further investigation into MISFET devices, it was found that LT-Al0.3Ga0.7As MISFET devices had better transconductance frequency dispersion characteristics than LT-GaAs MISFET devices did.  相似文献

In this letter, we studied the effects of post-deposition anneal (PDA) time and Si interface control layer (ICL) on the electrical characteristics of the MOS capacitor with high-/spl kappa/ (HfO/sub 2/) material on GaAs. Thin equivalent oxide thickness (EOT<3 nm) with excellent capacitance-voltage (C-V) characteristics has been obtained. The thickness of the Si ICL and PDA time were correlated with C-V characteristics. It was found that high temperature Si ICL deposition and longer PDA time at 600/spl deg/C improved the C-V shape, leakage current, and especially frequency dispersion (<5%).  相似文献

Improved LUT Technique for HPA Nonlinear Pre-Distortion in OFDM Systems   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
In this paper, we focus on the Look-up Table (LUT) technique for the compensation of HPA nonlinear distortion. An improved LUT method is proposed with better performance compared with conventional LUT technique in terms of convergence speeds, BER and total degradation (TD). It can get over 8 dB gain in out-of-band spectrum re-growth suppression and about 0.3 dB BER performance gain than conventional LUT technique with the same iteration times. Also, we propose an actual application of HPA with pre-distorter in OFDM transmitter. Ai Bo was born in Shannxi Province in China on February 7, 1974. He received a BSc. Degree from Engineering Institute of Armed Police Force in 1997, a Master and Dr. degree from Xidian University in 2002 and 2004 in China respectively, and now working as a post dr. in Dept. of E&E, state of key lab. on microwave and digital communications in Tsinghua University in China. He has once participated in the key research project on HDTV in TEEG (Team of Engineering Expert Group) of China. He is an editorial committee member of journal of “Computer Simulations”, “Information and Electronic Engineering”, an IEEE member and a senior member of Electronics Institute of China (CIE). He has published over 60 scientific papers in his research area till now. His current interests are the research and applications of OFDM techniques with emphasis on synchronization and HPA linearization techniques. Yang Zhi-Xing graduated from Tsinghua University, P.R. China in 1970. He is now a Professor and Deputy Director of State Key Lab. on Microwave and Digital Communication at the Department of Electronic Engineering and the Director of the DTV R&D Center in Tsinghua University. As a DTV technical expert for the Chinese government, Professor Yang has also been a member of the DTV standardization Committee of China and a leader of the DTV Standardization Harmonizing Group in Ministry of Information Industry of China. His major research interests include broadband information transmission technologies and DTV broadcasting systems. Pan Chang-Yong received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from the Department of Electronic Engineering in Tsinghua University, P.R. China, in 1996 and 1999, respectively. He is now an associate professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering and a member of the DTV R&D Center in Tsinghua University. His research interests are in the areas of broadband wireless transmission systems and satellite communications. Zhang Tao-Tao was born in Shandong Province in China in 1982, he received BSc. degree from Tsinghua University in 2004 and now pursing his Master degree in Dept. of E&E, state of key lab. on microwave and digital communications in Tsinghua University in China. His research interests is the power amplifier linearization techniques. Wang Yong was born in Shannxi Province in China in 1976. He received a BSc., a Master and a Dr. Degree from Xidian University in China in 1997, 2002 and 2005, respectively, and now is an associate professor in Xidian University. He has once participated in the key research project on HDTV in TEEG (Team of Engineering Expert Group) in China and is an IEEE Member. His interests are broadband multimedia communications. Ge Jian-Hua was born in September, 1961 in JiangSu Province in China. He received the B.Sc., Master and Ph.D. degree from Xidian University in 1982, 1985 and 1989, respectively. He is now the professor in both Xidian University in Xi’an and Shanghai Jiaotong University in Shanghai. He is the senior member of Chinese Electronics Institute. He has won lots of scientific and technical prizes in China and published many papers. His interests are transmission communications and web security.  相似文献

We consider the question of the robustness of boundary control for a simplified SCOLE (spacecraft control laboratory experiment) model. A continuum model consisting of a long flexible mast joining two rigid bodies, one of which represents the space shuttle orbiter, the other an antenna reflector, is developed. The dynamics of the system are represented by a coupled set of ordinary and partial differential equations, and formulated as a wave equation in a Hilbert space by using a semigroup approach. For a continuum, distributed controls have often been proposed to stabilize the perturbed system. However, distributed controls for the continuous system are not practical to implement. Hence, for easy implementation we employ the boundary controls, as a special class of localized controls, that are control forces or torques applied only at the boundary. In this paper it is shown that the flexible system subject to a certain class of perturbations remains stabilizable by the same boundary feedback control as that for the nominal system. The results of numerical simulations for the simplified model are also presented to demonstrate the effective strong stabilization and robustness of the boundary controller with respect to the various perturbations.  相似文献

Palm stearin and sunflower oil mixtures in three different ratio of 3:7, 5:5 and 7:3 (w/w) were subjected to transesterification catalyzed by immobilized lipases from Pseudomonas and Mucor javanicus in a solvent-free system. The ability of these lipases to alter the physical properties of the fat blends was studied. Slip melting point (SMP), differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction analyses were used to evaluate the physical properties of the transesterified blends. The percentage of free fatty acids liberated was also determined. Results indicated that the Pseudomonas lipase was catalytically more active than Mucor javanicus lipase as shown by marked changes in the triacylglycerol profile and fatty acids released. Pseudomonas lipase-catalyzed mixtures also showed a bigger drop in SMP and successfully changed the polymorphic form from the dominant β crystal form in control blends to β'crystal form in the transesterified mixtures.  相似文献

The bleeding of epoxy resin around surfaces, undergoing bonding in electronic packaging assembly, has for long caused sporadic yield-loss. This loss is more severe in advanced and dense packages. Previously it has been supposed that the loss results from surface contaminants which are reduced by vacuum bakeout. In fact, that procedure generates coatings of hydrocarbons as we show by surface analysis. The coatings very strongly affect the wettabilities and measured surface energies of substrates. In particular, the comparatively low surface energy of hydrocarbon films on gold surfaces shows how the surfaces can be engineered, with coatings of “appropriate cleanliness”, to systematically inhibit epoxy bleeding. 自由基聚合是一类重要的聚合反应,其反应动力学常数的获取对于聚合机理研究、聚合物链结构定制、反应过程调控都有着重要的意义。综述了自由基聚合中最重要的链增长和链终止反应速率常数的测定方法,着重介绍连续脉冲激光引发结合凝胶渗透色谱测定链增长反应速率常数、单脉冲-连续脉冲激光耦合结合近红外光谱与电子顺磁共振波谱测定链终止反应速率常数,涵盖了各方法的检测原理、要求和适用条件,讨论了增长自由基链长对链增长和链终止反应速率常数的影响。此外,对链增长和链终止反应速率常数检测方法的提升和新方法的开发进行了展望。  相似文献
