We present a skeleton-based algorithm for intrinsic symmetry detection on imperfect 3D point cloud data. The data imperfections such as noise and incompleteness make it difficult to reliably compute geodesic distances, which play essential roles in existing intrinsic symmetry detection algorithms. In this paper, we leverage recent advances in curve skeleton extraction from point clouds for symmetry detection. Our method exploits the properties of curve skeletons, such as homotopy to the input shape, approximate isometry-invariance, and skeleton-to-surface mapping, for the detection task. Starting from a curve skeleton extracted from an input point cloud, we first compute symmetry electors, each of which is composed of a set of skeleton node pairs pruned with a cascade of symmetry filters. The electors are used to vote for symmetric node pairs indicating the symmetry map on the skeleton. A symmetry correspondence matrix (SCM) is constructed for the input point cloud through transferring the symmetry map from skeleton to point cloud. The final symmetry regions on the point cloud are detected via spectral analysis over the SCM. Experiments on raw point clouds, captured by a 3D scanner or the Microsoft Kinect, demonstrate the robustness of our algorithm. Two concepts, called “W‐detectability” and “W‐observability,” for such systems are introduced, and are shown to coincide with the other concepts on detectability and observability reported recently in literature. In this paper we consider the problem of scheduling parallel batching machines with jobs of arbitrary sizes. The machines have identical capacity of size and processing velocity. The jobs are processed in batches given that the total size of jobs in a batch cannot exceed the machine capacity. Once a batch starts processing, no interruption is allowed until all the jobs are completed. First we present a mixed integer programming model of the problem. We show the computational complexity of the problem and optimality properties. Then we propose a novel ant colony optimization method where the Metropolis Criterion is used to select the paths of ants to overcome the immature convergence. Finally, we generate different scales of instances to test the performance. The computational results show the effectiveness of the algorithm, especially for large-scale instances. 相似文献

A novel multiconsensus problem is introduced in multiagent systems. The states of multiple agents in each subnetwork asymptotically converge to a consistent value with information exchanges among subnetworks. The multiconsensus problem of second order multiagent systems with directed topologies is studied. Three linear protocols are proposed to solve the multiconsensus problem. 分布式拒绝服务(DDoS)攻击是目前网络安全领域的一个热门话题.文章提出了一个IP流交互算法(IFI),它融合了正常流和DDoS攻击流的多特征,用IFI时间序列描述了网络流量的状态,并提出一种基于IFI时间序列的高效率的DDoS攻击检测方法(DADF).实验结果表明,IFI能很好地融合正常流和DDoS攻击流的多特征,它能有效地从正常流中区分DDoS攻击流;DADF能快速检测DDoS攻击,并且在复杂的情况下具有较高的检测率和低误报率. 相似文献

Parallel operation of distributed generation is an important topic for microgrids,which can provide a highly reliable electric supply service and good power quality to end customers when the utility is unavailable.However,there is a well-known limitation:the power sharing accuracy between distributed generators in a parallel operation.Frequency and voltage droop is a well-established control method for improving power sharing performance.In this method,the active and reactive power calculations are used to adjust the frequency and amplitude of the output voltage.This paper describes the digital implementation of a droop method,and analyzes the influence of power calculation on droop method performance.According to the analysis,the performance of droop control in a digital control system is limited by the accuracy and speed of the power calculation method.We propose an improved power calculation method based on p-q theory to improve the performance of the droop control method,and we compare our new method with two traditional power calculation methods.Finally,simulation results and experimental results from a three single-phase 1-kW-inverter system are presented,which validate the performance of our proposed method. 相似文献
