Operational experience and relation to deposition process for NEG-coated chambers installed on the ESRF electron storage ring

A majority of the ESRF insertion device sections have been equipped with NEG-coated low gap vacuum chambers made of extruded aluminium and PVD coated with a low-temperature non-evaporable getter coating at ESRF. The low initial outgassing and quick conditioning allowed some modifications for chamber installation and accelerator restart procedures. The operational behaviour of those chambers has been studied not only by means of vacuum gauges but also with ionisation chambers measuring the bremsstrahlung sent to the connected synchrotron beamlines. The NEG-coating film thickness was optimised taking into account vacuum performance and also coating process parameters and duration. The 2nd more flexible and powerful NEG-coating device is under commissioning in the NEG-coating facility at ESRF.     

Tradeoff Analysis for RMS of Equipment Based Operation Availability and Life Cycle Cost

Reliability, maintainability, supportability (RMS) are the important performance indexes of equipment, which affect not only the availability, but also the life cycle cost (LCC) of the equipment. First discussed is the qualitative relation between reliability and LCC and the costs which may be used to enhance the reliability. ZnCl2-assisted Synthesis of ZnSe Polycrystal

A chemical-assisted element direct-reaction method is developed to synthesize ZnSe compound semiconductor material at a relatively low temperature (～1000 C). ZnSe polycrystal was obtained in the closed-tube systems with Zn-Se, Zn-Se-Zn(NH3)2Cl2, Zn-Se-NH4Cl and Zn-Se-ZnCl2. The as-synthesized samples were tested by X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and analyzed by thermodynamic numerical method. The results demonstrate that the synthesis efficiency is higher than 99.96% for Zn-Se-ZnCl2 system at around 1000 C for 3 weeks. It also exhibits that not only temperature, but also low apparent ratio of volume and surface area of the source materials and higher ZnCl2 content are required to achieve high synthesis efficiency. A SeCl transporting reaction synthesis process is proposed based on the thermodynamic analysis.     

Synthesis of C_f/TiAl_3 Composite by Infiltration-In Situ Reaction

Infiltration-in situ reaction synthesis of Cf /TiAl3 composite was investigated. The as-cast material was obtained by titanium particles, carbon fibers and pure aluminum. Titanium particles and carbon fibers were mixed and pressed to form a preform firstly, and then molten pure aluminum was pressed into the preform, subsequently, cooled rapidly. 30.4 nm Si/C多层膜反射镜的制备与测量

采用离子束溅射镀膜装置制备了一种新的材料组合Si/C多层膜 ,用于 30 4nm波段的正入射多层膜反射镜。并用软X射线反射率计测得其反射比最大值为 0 14。有效地抑制了 15 0nm处的二级衍射峰。     

Study on the forecast method for underground coal mine

At present, coal mine fires were forecasted with some temperature, smog, CO, CO2, etc, however, this method can＇t meet the requirements for safe production of coal mines in monitoring accuracy and validity. Overcoming these problems of foregone monitoring methods, using multi-parameters which include fire image, smog, CO, CO2, O2, etc, the paper put forward a synthetical analysis monitor with advanced technology of neural network. The research and application of this method has significance in theory and practical value for coal mine fire forecast.     

沙盒技术为什么不能应用于数据防泄密

沙盒技术被广泛应用于各类安全产品里,不过在数据防护方面,使用沙盒技术则很是有些南辕北辙的味道。沙盒技术原理沙盒（sanbox）广为人知始于浏览器的安全应用,主要是防止病毒木马通过浏览器途径感染本机,其主要机制是通过进程及内存等资源隔离,控制沙箱内的进程对本地系统资源的调用,后来逐步推广,形成了类似360的安全桌面,在移动操作系统中也沿用和发展了该技术,杀毒软件中目前沙盒技术也广泛使用。     

利用FPGA器件实现非线性图象处理器

非线性图象处理中有许多操作以逻辑运算为主,并且结构简单、规则、有重复性,非常适于FPGA器件实现。本文以堆栈滤波器为例,研究了利用XC6216器件实现椎栈滤波器的方法以及得到的性能和代价指标。
