当前针对倒立摆的研究一般是把角度控制或者位置控制作为控制目标,很少着眼于速度控制,有鉴于此,设计了一种简单的模糊控制器,应用于一级直线倒立摆的匀速行走控制中;仿真实验和实物实时控制实验均验证了该控制器的有效性,对于设定的速度整定值,通过调整几个比例环节的系数,系统具有很好的动态性能指标,而且控制器在有外界扰动时体现了很好的抗扰性;考虑到实际物理系统中倒立摆行程的限制,设计的自动换向开关实现了倒立摆在一段给定的行程上匀速来回行走的控制目标,通过手动切换开关也能实现倒立摆的位置控制。  相似文献

研究了不确定主从Lur’e系统的问歇控制同步问题.运用Lyapunov稳定性理论和S-过程,首先推导出保证标称主从Lur’e系统指数同步的一个充分条件.在此基础上进一步得到了具有范数有界不确定性主从Lur’e系统鲁棒指数同步的结果.这些同步判据以矩阵不等式的形式给出.另外我们还提出了一种最小化性能指标的优化策略.最后,通过两个数值例子验证了结果的有效性.  相似文献

We show how energy-filtered convergent-beam electron diffraction (EFCBED) patterns can be used to determine the chemical composition of buried semiconductor strained quantum wells. Our method is based on a quantitative analysis of the intensities of high-order Bragg lines in the transmitted disc of EFCBED patterns taken from plan-view samples. This analysis makes it possible to determine the displacement vector R introduced between the top and bottom parts of the matrix by the deformation of the quantum well and consequently to determine its composition. This is illustrated in the case of an In(x)Ga(1-)(x)As quantum well buried in a GaAs matrix. A detailed analysis of the effect of experimental parameters on Bragg lines intensity is performed. In particular, the importance of the choice of the diffraction vector is pointed out. The relative uncertainty on the measurement of the indium content x is found to be lower than 5% and a possible occurrence of slight compositional fluctuations in the (001) growth plane is pointed out.  相似文献

We report extensive magnetization measurements on single crystals of Tl2Ba2CuO6 superconductors. The fishtail magnetization is found to disappear above a characteristic temperature (60 K), which corresponds to a crossover temperature in the temperature dependence of the irreversibility line. Since the low temperature irreversibility field can be modeled by a Josephson coupled layered system, we propose that the fishtail magnetization in the Tl2Ba2CuO6 system is due to dimensional crossover.  相似文献

Underwater optical communication (UOC) has attracted considerable interest in the continuous expansion of human activities in marine/ocean environments. The water-durable and self-powered photoelectrodes that act as a battery-free light receiver in UOC are particularly crucial, as they may directly face complex underwater conditions. Emerging photoelectrochemical (PEC)-type photodetectors are appealing owing to their intrinsic aqueous operation characteristics with versatile tunability of photoresponses. Herein, a self-powered PEC photodetector employing n-type gallium nitride (GaN) nanowires as a photoelectrode, which is decorated with an iridium oxide (IrOx) layer to optimize charge transfer dynamics at the GaN/electrolyte interface, is reported. Strikingly, the constructed n-GaN/IrOx photoelectrode breaks the responsivity-bandwidth trade-off limit by simultaneously improving the response speed and responsivity, delivering an ultrafast response speed with response/recovery times of only 2 µs/4 µs while achieving a high responsivity of 110.1 mA W−1. Importantly, the device exhibits a large bandwidth with 3 dB cutoff frequency exceeding 100 kHz in UOC tests, which is one of the highest values among self-powered photodetectors employed in optical communication system.  相似文献

Quasi-two-dimensional (Q-2D) perovskites are emerging as one of the most promising materials for photodetectors. However, a significant challenge to Q-2D perovskites for photodetection is their insufficient charge transport ability, which is mainly attributed to their hybrid low-dimensional n-phase structure. This study demonstrates that evenly-distributed 3D-like phases with vertical orientation throughout the film can greatly facilitate charge transport and suppress charge recombination, outperforming the prevalent phase structure with a vertical dimension gradient. Based on such a phase structure, a Q-2D Ruddlesden−Popper perovskite self-powered photodetector achieving a combination of exceptional figures-of-merit is realized, including a responsivity of 0.45 AW−1, a peak specific detectivity of 2.3 × 1013 Jones, a 156 dB linear dynamic range, and a rise/fall time of 2.89 µs/1.93 µs. The desired phase structure is obtained by utilizing a double-hole transport layer (HTL), combining hydrophobic PTAA and hydrophilic PEDOT: PSS. Besides, the dependence of the hybrid low-dimensional phase structure is also identified on the surface energy of the buried HTL substrate. This study gives insight into the correlation between Q-2D perovskites’ phase structure and performance, providing a valuable design guide for Q-2D perovskite-based photodetectors.  相似文献

Herein, a facile, controllable, and versatile method is reported to prepare monodisperse yolk-shell and yolk-multishell silica nanoparticles (NPs) with mesoporous shells by a novel selective etching strategy. The mechanism of selective etching based on fluoride-silica chemistry is investigated in detail and thus provides a fundamentally novel principle for the fabrication of yolk-shell NPs. Specifically, this unprecedented and versatile synthesis strategy can be used to encapsulate essentially any silica-based, carbon-based, metal, metal oxide, or other possible NPs. Noteworthy is that most of the yolk-shell mesoporous silica (mSiO2) NPs are prepared for the first time. To demonstrate the major structural and compositional advantages of the designed yolk-shell NPs, their applications in the fields of ultralow-dielectric constant (k) materials, drug delivery systems, and catalysts were explored. In detail, the lowest k value of the prepared yolk-shellordered mesoporous silica@mSiO2/fluorinated polybenzoxazole composite films is 2.02; The obtained yolk-shell mSiO2/C@mSiO2/C NPs possess high hydrophilicity and pH-responsive sensitivity; The conversion of the catalytic reaction of the designed magnetic yolk-shell hollow Fe3O4@SiO2/Au@mSiO2 NPs at 20 min is 97% with a high conversion rate (92%) and recyclability even after 10 reuses. This innovative work lays a solid foundation for freely tailorable yolk-shell encapsulation and will greatly stimulate more efforts devoted to relevant research and development.  相似文献

为提升真实场景视觉信号的采集质量,往往需要通过多种融合方式获取相应的图像,例如,多聚焦、多曝光、多光谱和多模态等。针对视觉信号采集的以上特性,图像融合技术旨在利用同一场景不同视觉信号的优势,生成单图像信息描述,提升视觉低、中、高级任务的性能。目前,依托端对端学习强大的特征提取、表征及重构能力,深度学习已成为图像融合研究的主流技术。与传统图像融合技术相比,基于深度学习的图像融合模型性能显著提高。随着深度学习研究的深入,一些新颖的理论和方法也促进了图像融合技术的发展,如生成对抗网络、注意力机制、视觉Transformer和感知损失函数等。为厘清基于深度学习技术的图像融合研究进展,本文首先介绍了图像融合问题建模,并从传统方法视角逐渐向深度学习视角过渡。具体地,从数据集生成、神经网络构造、损失函数设计、模型优化和性能评估等方面总结了基于深度学习的图像融合研究现状。此外,还讨论了选择性图像融合这类衍生问题建模(如基于高分辨率纹理图融合的深度图增强),回顾了一些基于图像融合实现其他视觉任务的代表性工作。最后,根据现有技术的缺陷,提出目前图像融合技术存在的挑战,并对未来发展趋势给出了展望。  相似文献
