The element-selected magnetic circular dichroism (MCD) between Gd core states is observed in the soft X-ray region (1150–1250 eV). The dichroism intensity for the transition from the 3d to 4f orbital of the Gd atomic state is very strong and reaches up to about 30% at 15 K. The temperature dependence of the MCD intensity shows a ferromagnetic phase around 50–80 K in addition to the room temperature ferromagnetic phase. Its X-ray absorption near edge structure is different from those of other Gd compounds. It seems to be related to the strength of the ferromagnetic behavior.  相似文献

This paper reported an effectiveness of pre-cold rolling-induced {332} < 113 > twins combined with subsequent isothermal ω-phase formation for enhancement of uniform elongation in a β-type Ti-15Mo alloy with high yield strength level. Mechanical {332} < 113 > twins were induced by cold rolling with an thickness reduction of 5%, which had little effect on ω-phase precipitation after aging at 573 K for 3.6 ks. Twinning after the cold rolling was further activated during tensile deformation, even with the presence of isothermal ω-phase. This combination of twins and ω-phase enhanced uniform elongation from 0 to 9% at yield strength level of 890 MPa. The high yield strength was mainly dominated by dislocation slip due to the isothermal ω-phase formation, and early onset of plastic instability after yielding was hindered due to the pre-cold rolling-induced twins. Dynamic microstructural refinement was induced by further twinning activation during deformation, which resulted in high work hardening rate corresponding enhancement of uniform elongation.  相似文献

An optical FSK heterodyne dual filter detection system has been developed for the first time at 34 Mbit/s bit rate with a high receiver sensitivity of -61.4 dBm. A 66.9 dB large span loss margin has been achieved with high transmitted power and high receiver sensitivity. As a result, a 301 km transmission experiment has been performed.  相似文献

Paterson and Quaglia (SCN 2010) proposed the concept of time-specific encryption (TSE) and its efficient constructions. TSE is a type of public-key encryption with an additional functionality where an encryptor can specify a suitable time interval, meaning that the ciphertexts may only be decrypted within this time interval. In this work, we propose a new methodology for designing efficient TSE schemes by using forward-secure encryption (FSE), and based on this methodology, we present a specific TSE scheme using Boneh–Boyen–Goh FSE, and a generic construction from any FSE. Our proposed TSE schemes are practical in all aspects with regard to computational costs and data sizes. The sizes of the ciphertext and the public parameter in our schemes are significantly smaller than those in previous schemes in an asymptotic sense.  相似文献
