Development of high performance anode materials with resisting coking and sulfur poisoning is significant for the practical application of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs). Here we report a nickel-free double perovskite anode material Sr2TiFe0.5Mo0.5O6–δ (STFM05), which exhibits excellent electrochemical performance using H2 as fuel and acceptable electrochemical stability in syngas fuel containing H2S. At 800 °C, the STFM05 anode shows the electrical conductivity value of 22.3 S cm?1 in H2 and the maximum power densities of 547 and 215 mWcm?2 with electrolyte-supported cell using H2 and syngas as fuels, respectively. The single cell with STFM05 anode shows a relatively stable electrochemical performance in syngas at 750 °C, and no carbon deposition is detected by Raman spectroscopy. In addition, STFM05 anode is thermally and chemically compatible with the La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3?δ and Ce0.8Sm0.2O1.9 electrolytes in reducing atmosphere. These preliminary results suggest that the STFM05 double perovskite is a promising candidate of anode material with coking resistance and sulfur tolerance for use in SOFCs. 相似文献

目的:研究APRPG(Ala-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly)修饰的隐形唑来膦酸阳离子脂质体对荷前列腺癌PC-3裸鼠的抗肿瘤作用。方法: 构建荷前列腺癌PC-3裸鼠模型,比较研究唑来膦酸阳离子脂质体、APRPG修饰的隐形唑来膦酸阳离子脂质体对肿瘤体积增长的抑制作用,计算肿瘤抑制率,并通过免疫组化实验分析其对肿瘤相关因子血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和分化抗原簇44(CD44)表达的影响。结果: 唑来膦酸阳离子脂质体、APRPG修饰的隐形唑来膦酸阳离子脂质体对荷前列腺癌PC-3裸鼠的肿瘤抑制率分别为31.81%、68.18%,后者的肿瘤抑制率明显高于前者(P<0.05),免疫组化结果显示VEGF和CD44蛋白在模型对照组中表达呈强阳性,在唑来膦酸阳离子脂质体组中呈中度阳性表达,而在APRPG修饰的隐形唑来膦酸阳离子脂质体中表达较为微弱。结论:APRPG修饰的隐形唑来膦酸阳离子脂质体对前列腺癌PC-3裸鼠具有更强的肿瘤抑制率。 相似文献

Polythiophene (PTH) and poly(3‐methyl thiophene) (PMT) films were electrochemically polymerized in an electrolyte solution of boron fluoride–ethyl ether. Ozone‐pretreated PTH and PMT films were subjected to UV‐light‐induced graft copolymerization with different monomers, including poly(ethylene glycol) monomethacrylate, acrylic acid, and glycidyl methacrylate. Surface grafting with the hydrophilic polymers gave rise to more hydrophilic PTH and PMT films. The structure and chemical composition of each copolymer surface were studied by X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The surface grafting with the hydrophilic polymers resulted in a more hydrophilic PTH film. The dependence of the density of surface grafting and the conductivities of the grafted PTH and PMT films on the ozone pretreatment was also studied. A large amount of the grafted groups at the surface of the PTH and PMT films remained free for further surface modification and functionalization. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 运用定量描述分析法、顶空固相微萃取法、气相色谱-质谱-嗅闻(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-olfactory,GC-MS-O)联用仪,并结合多元统计方法分析橘红茶及其原料的主要香气轮廓及挥发性风味成分。结果表明,橘红茶的主体香气是果香和甜香。GC-MS共鉴定出92?种挥发性物质,其中醛类23?种,醇类23?种,烯类20?种,酮类9?种,酯类9?种和其他类8?种,烯类和醇类是主导香气化合物。综合GC-O及气味活度值分析,柠檬烯、β-紫罗酮、芳樟醇、癸醛、β-大马烯酮、(E,E)-2,4-癸二烯醛和辛醛可能是橘红茶中重要的致香物质。相关性分析结果表明,月桂烯、苯乙醛、芳樟醇等11?个挥发性成分对果香、花香、甜香、青香和木香风味属性的表征有较大的贡献。通过正交偏最小二乘判别分析得出了橘红茶与其原料间的标志差异性挥发性成分。本实验可为研究橘红茶及其他柑橘代用茶的香气质量提供参考依据。 相似文献

Two types of plasma sprayed coatings (NiCrAIY and NiCrAIY-AI2O3) were remelted by a 5 kW cw CO2 laser. With increasing laser power and decreasing traverse speed in the ranges of 200~700 W and 5~30 mm/s respectively, the melted track grew in width and depth. In the optimum range of laser parameters, a homogeneous remelted layer without voids, cavities, unmelted particles and microcracks was formed. On the surface of remelted layers, AI2O3 and YAIO3 were detected.As a result of isothermal oxidation tests, weight gains of laser remelted coatings were obviously lower than that only plasma sprayed, especially laser remelted NiCrAIY-AI2O3 coatings. The effects of laser remelting and incorporation of Al2O3 second phase in NiCrAIY matrix on high temperature oxidation resistance were discussed. 相似文献
