The corrosion behavior of engine materials of airplanes working in marine environments is accelerated by the synergistic effects of NaCl particles and water vapor at high temperatures. This work examined the corrosion behavior of GH4169 alloy with a NaCl solution spraying at 600 degrees C using an oxidation kinetics test and micro characterization technology in the aspects of corrosion kinetics, corrosion layer phase composition, and microstructure. The weight gain of the GH4169 alloy corroded in the NaCl solution spraying environment was much lower than that in solid NaCl + wet O-2 after 20 h corrosion at 600 degrees C. The corrosion products of the GH4169 alloy in the NaCl solution spray environment were less complex than those in the solid NaCl + wet O-2 environment, but they were denser. In addition, Cl was concentrated in the inner layer of the corrosion products and accelerated the corrosion of GH4169 alloy via an active oxidation mechanism at the initial stage. When NaCl deposition was increased, the corrosion mechanism of GH4169 alloy changed gradually to Cl-induced active oxidation. The sensitivity of GH4169 alloy in the NaCl solution spray environment at 600 degrees C was analyzed. Overall, the sensitivity of elements in GH4169 alloy to chlorine activated corrosion was Ti > Al > Nb, Cr > Fe > Mo, Ni, whereas the sensitivity of the oxides was TiO2 > MoO2 > Cr2O3(Nb2O5) > Fe2O3 > Al2O3 > NiO. 相似文献

用磁控溅射技术获得了晶粒尺寸小于100nm的Co—30Cr—5Al微晶涂层。对同成分CoCrAl合金及其微晶涂层进行1100℃恒温和1000℃循环氧化试验,并与CoCrAlY合金进行比较。用声发射技术、划痕法及透射电镜对溅射CoCrAl微晶涂层的抗氧化机理进行了研究。结果表明微晶化提高了CoCrAl合金表面氧化膜的粘附性,从而大大改善了合金的抗恒温与循环氧化性能。而微晶化提高氧化膜粘附性的原因是:(1)微晶表面氧化膜比铸态合金表面氧化膜的晶粒细得多,细晶氧化膜可通过扩散蠕变释放生长应力和部分热应力;(2) 相似文献

Effect of hydrostatic pressure on the corrosion behaviour of Ni-Cr-Mo-V high strength steel was investigated by electrochemical measurements and SEM observation. The electrochemical noise (EN) data was analyzed based on non-linear dynamic theory. The experimental results revealed that hydrostatic pressure decreased the corrosion resistance of Ni-Cr-Mo-V steel and the corrosion at high hydrostatic pressure was more uniform due to the higher initiation rate and lower growth probability of metastable pitting. 相似文献

The atmospheric corrosion kinetics of low carbon steel exposed for up to 36 months in marine and industrial sites was studied by weight loss measurements. The results show that the mechanism and kinetics of the atmospheric corrosion process presents transition behaviour in marine environments with high chloride ion content and high relative humidity, whereas no transition appears in industrial environment. The average corrosion velocity in marine site reaches a maximum during the period of transition and then fluctuates in a certain range; however, the instantaneous corrosion velocity follows different exponential functions before and after the period of transition. 相似文献

A new compound Ba5Sn1.1Mn3.9O15 has been synthesized at 1300 °C by solid-state reaction. The structure was characterized by X-ray, electron and neutron diffraction methods. Ba5Sn1.1Mn3.9O15 crystallizes in hexagonal space group P63/mmc with a = 5.717 Å and c = 23.534 Å. The magnetic measurement reveals that Ba5Sn1.1Mn3.9O15 has a spin glass transition at 7 K. 相似文献

In this work, a nickel coating with high density nano-scale twins (NT) was synthesized on Q235 steel by using pulsed electrodeposition technique. The effects of NT structure on pitting corrosion resistance and semi-conducting properties of passive films formed on pure Ni in borate buffer solution with chloride ions were investigated by the potentiodynamic polarization measurements and capacitance measurements. The results indicated that the passive films formed on NT coatings showed higher pitting corrosion resistance and a bi-layer semi-conducting structure distribution, comparing with those formed on industrial electrodeposited (IE) nickel. The passive films are p-type semi-conductors at low potentials, but they show an n-type semi-conductor behavior at high potentials. It demonstrated that NT structure decreased vacancy diffusion velocity and slowed down the growth of passive films consequently. This led to the enhancement of pitting resistance for NT nickel. 相似文献

从氧化动力学、氧化膜相组成和微观结构方面,研究了两种表面状态的Super 304H钢在700~900℃纯水蒸汽中的氧化行为。结果表明:Super 304H钢的氧化动力学近似遵从抛物线规律,但是抛物线速率常数和氧化膜结构与氧化温度及试样表面状态密切相关。升高温度和抛光处理都显著增大了抛物线速率常数,促进了Fe氧化物瘤及其下方向内氧化区的生长。 相似文献
