车辆换档品质控制阀动态特性研究

建立了某车辆换档品质控制阀的仿真模型，分析了反馈油孔直径、背压及弹簧刚度等因素对动态性能的影响。台架试验验证了所建模型的正确性及有效性。研究结果可为车辆换档品质控制系统的设计、改进及性能预测提供依据。     

用两亲聚合物制备大颗粒苯丙乳液

分别以两亲聚合物P(C9-AA)和P(DCPD-St-α-St-AA)作乳化荆，研究了制备大颗粒(约1μm)及具有一定稳定性的苯丙乳液的方法，讨论了乳化剂，温度及引发剂用量对乳液性能的影响。结果表明，以P(C9-AA)作乳化剂时，引发剂用量为单体质量的1．2％，90℃时可以合成性能良好的苯丙乳液；以P(DCPD-St-α-St-AA)作乳化荆时，引发剂用量为单体质量的1．2％，80℃时可以合成性能良好的苯丙乳液。     

Epoxidation of high trans‐1,4‐polyisoprene and its properties

A new organic‐solvent‐free water‐phase suspension method was used to synthesize partially epoxidized high trans‐1,4‐polyisoprene (TPI) to improve its properties, including oil resistance and wet‐skid resistance. The epoxidation was conducted in an aqueous peracetic acid solution and on the TPI granules prepared by a bulk precipitation method with supported titanium catalyst. The effects of the synthesis conditions, including reaction temperature, reaction time, and pH value, on the epoxy content were investigated. Epoxidized trans‐1,4‐polyisoprene (ETPI) with epoxy contents between 10 and 80% were obtained within 4 h. Both the amorphous and crystalline regions of TPI were epoxidized. The crystallization properties decreased with increasing epoxy content. ETPIs possessed lower mechanical properties than TPI but could be enhanced by vulcanization. The oil resistance and wet‐skid resistance were significantly improved after epoxidation. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2008     

钢轨试验方法的研究

结合即将颁布的新国家标准GB2585<铁路用热轧钢轨>和国家标准TB/T2344-2003<43 Kg/m-75 Kg/m热轧钢轨订货技术条件>,通过对武钢生产的U71Mn重轨进行拉伸性能、布氏硬度、脱碳层分布情况、非金属夹杂物以及显微组织等试验方法的研究,分析了U71Mn重轨在新旧标准要求下的质量水平,为改善U71Mn的质量、符合新标准提供了重要的检验理论依据.     

机械过冷的制冷系统在汽车空调中的应用

由于很多汽车空调采用斜盘式压缩机，有利于采用机械过冷的制冷系统，来增加汽车空调的制冷量、提高制冷效率。本文的主要目的是通过对系统工质的流量分配、空调制冷量和性能系数(COP)与中间压力之间的变化关系的研究，来研究机械过冷在汽车空调中应用的可行性。     

A Study of the Compatibility Between Asphalt and SBS

In this article, the compatibilities between different components of a base asphalt and styrene butadiene styrene (SBS) have been analyzed from microscopic structures. Specifically, the asphalt was separated into three components: saturates, aromatics, and resins, by Solvent Recycled Absorption Chromatography Separation Technology (SRACST). The compatibilities between these different components and the polymer were compared with the help of Fluorescence Microscope (FM) with which the existing state of the polymer SBS in these different components could be examined obviously. The modified effects indicated that aromatics could cause SBS swollen and, resins dissolved SBS better than saturates, though both the two components could partially dissolve SBS and the two mixtures presented two immiscible phase systems. In order to further investigate the compatibility between aromatics and SBS, from macroscopic properties, an additive rich in aromatics was added to the SBS/asphalt mixture, and the result was satisfactory.     

双机械臂协调：以运动学为基础的模型分析与动态补偿控制方法

本文建立了双机械臂协调系统的主从式控制的非结构模型，并针对两臂具有相同特性和不同特性这两种情形作了稳定性分析，提出特性校正的方法，本文还利用内模原理设计出动态补偿器来克服标定约束的不确定性对系统控制品质的影响，最后给出了实验结果。     

话音ATM交换的实现─—ATM论坛电路仿真系列建议

近年来，随着ATM主干网络的建设和发展，研究ATM对现有通信业务的支持方式和适配技术是目前ATM技术研究的热点之一。话音ATM交换在降低话音通信成本和简化网络操作环境等方面提供了大量的技术手段，并且支持在单一网络环境中的多种综合业务传输。ATM论坛制定了电路仿真系列建议，话音ATM交换的技术已经基本成熟。文章通过对话音ATM交换在实现和优化方面的技术进行分析，并提出一种基于NativeModeATM的话音通信方式。

论高校计算机实验室在大学生创新实践能力培养中的作用

在计算机及其网络已经相当普及的今天,如何在计算机专业的教学中,利用各高校现有计算机实验室资源来突出对学生创新实践能力的培养,造就一批适应社会和学科飞速发展要求的优秀人才就显得十分急迫。本文就高校计算机实验室在大学生创新实践能力培养中所起的作用进行了一些有益地探讨,并提出了一些个人看法。
