宿迁市市府东路特大桥冬季施工措施研究

以宿迁市市府东路特大桥为背景,在叙述混凝土冬季施工一般原理的基础上,就骨料预热、混凝土的拌制、运输、灌注与养护等冬季施工措施进行了研究,实践表明上述措施有效地确保了施工质量和施工进度,取得了良好的效果。     

“区镇合一”管理体制小议

"区镇合一"是近年来中国出现的一种新型的管理体制,是将开发区与镇街办合二为一,整合归并政府职能,减少管理层次,进一步降低行政运行成本,提高工作效率的一种区辖镇、镇促区的科学管理模式,也是统筹"城市发展"与"新型乡村建设",促进人口、资源、产业集中紧凑发展,构建城乡一体化发展新格局的一条新路。本文通过对这一体制主要措施的分析,以及实施以来出现问题的总结,提出改进的措施。     

Influence of damages on static behavior of single-layer cable net supported glass curtain wall: full-scale model test

The single-layer cable net supported glass curtain wall has been applied in many building structures all over the world. In service, it will inevitably be subject to various damages. To study the influence of such damages on the static behavior of the single-layer cable net supported glass curtain wall, a full-scale model with the outside outline size of 4.85 m × 4.85 m and 4 × 4 grids is designed and tested. Two kinds of damages that are the cable prestress loss and cable anchorage end failure are led into the structure model during the test, and their influence has been investigated. The stiffness contribution of glass panels to the single-layer cable net supported glass curtain wall structure with or without damages and its change have been tested and analyzed. The results show that the maximum change rate of nodal deflection is 13.78% for the damage of cable prestress loss, while the change rate of nodal deflection is between 7% and 22% for the damage of cable anchorage end failure. The influence degree of the damages depends on the ratio of the structure initial stress stiffness change caused by damages to the total stiffness of the structure. The stiffness contribution of glass panels increases with the load increase. Under the same loading condition, the stiffness contribution of glass panels to the damaged structure is greater than that to the intact structure. The stiffness contribution of glass panels reduces the effect of the damages on the structural displacement and the cable tension force, but the glass panel could break if its stiffness contribution is too large.

Quantitative characterization of short- and long-chain perfluorinated acids in solid matrices in Shanghai, China

Perfluorinated acids (PFAs) have been recognized as emerging environmental pollutants because of their widespread occurrences, persistence, and bioaccumulative and toxicological effects. PFAs have been detected in aquatic environment and biota in China, but the occurrences of these chemicals have not been reported in solid matrices in China. In the present study, short- and long-chain PFAs (C2-C14) have been quantitatively determined in solid matrices including sediments, soils and sludge collected in Shanghai, China. The results indicate that sludge contains more PFAs than sediments and soils, and the total PFAs concentrations in sediments, soil and sludge are 62.5-276 ng g^− 1, 141-237 ng g^− 1 and 413-755 ng g^− 1, respectively. In most cases, trifluoroacetic acid was the major PFA and accounted for 22-90% of the total PFAs. Although the levels of perfluorooctanoate (PFOA) and perfluorooctanesulfonate (PFOS) were not only lower than trifluoroacetic acid, but also lower than some short-chain PFCAs (<C8) in some individual cases, PFOA and PFOS were still the major pollution compounds in most cases and they constituted 2-34% and 1-9% of the total PFAs, respectively. Meanwhile, unlike previous studies, PFOS levels were not always higher than PFOA in solids collected in Shanghai, China. Given that some short-chain PFAs such as trifluoroacetic acid are mildly phytotoxic and their higher levels in solid matrices were collected in Shanghai, China, these chemicals should be included in future environmental monitoring efforts.     

地沟宽度对于某电站通风的影响

运用Realizable k-ε湍流模型,对汽机房采用负挖布置以及自然进风机械排风送风方式的某电站进行数值模拟,研究分析了地沟宽度变化对于各层进风及温度分布的影响,并用相似实验验证模拟的可行性。模拟结果表明,地沟宽度变化对地下两层的通风量以及地下层的温度影响较大。当地沟宽度为3m时,其效果最为理想。     

O3／H2O2艺去除饮用水中2-MIB的效能与机制

以2-甲基异莰醇（MIB）为嗅味物质的代表物,采用过氧化氢／臭氧氧化（O3／H2O2）工艺去除水中嗅味物质,考察了O3／H2O2工艺对水中2一MIB的去除效能与主导作用机制。研究表明,投加H2O2显著提高了单独0,氧化对2-MIB的去除效能,H2O2与O3最佳物质的量比为0．3：1,且2-MIB去除效果随pH值的升高而升高。叔丁醇对2-MIB的去除表现出显著的抑制作用,在O3氧化2-MIB过程中,除O3分子氧化2-MIB外,O3在水中自分解产生的强氧化性的羟基自由基（HO·）也具有协同氧化作用。不同浓度的天然有机物（NOM）对2-MIB去除效果的影响不同,较低浓度的NOM促进了2-MIB的去除,但随着其浓度的升高,2-MIB去除率明显降低。O3／H2O2工艺对水中2-MIB表现出良好的去除效果,是强化去除水中2-MIB等致臭微量有机物的重要工艺。
