三苯基膦合成工艺改进

采用弗 克法 ,以苯 ,三氯化磷 ,硫磺直接回流反应 ,生成三苯基硫膦 ,再经锌粉还原制得三苯基膦。其中采用不分离出三苯基硫膦以及用锌粉作还原剂等新工艺。该法具有收率高 ,产品纯 ,反应条件缓和等特点。     

Sulfonated poly(ether ketone ketone) ionomers as proton exchange membranes

Sulfonated poly(ether ketone ketone) ionomers (SPEKK) with ion‐exchange capacities (IEC) between 0.2 and 3.4 meq/g were prepared by sulfonating PEKK with a mixture of concentrated and fuming sulfuric acids. Sulfonation occurs only on the phenyl rings attached to ether and ketone groups. The glass transition temperature of the dry SPEKK ionomers increased linearly with increasing IEC, and the ionomers were thermally stable to ～250°C, above which desulfonation occurred. Water‐swollen ionomers exhibited microphase separated morphologies, and the average correlation length determined by small angle X‐ray scattering increased with increasing IEC. The proton conductivity of hydrated SPEKK membranes measured by impedance spectroscopy ranged from ～10^–3 to 10^–1 S/cm as the IEC increased from ～1.0 to 2.4 meq/g. Single cell performance curves on membrane‐electrode assemblies (MEA) indicated that the SPEKK membranes approached the performance of Nafion? for an IEC of 2 meq/g. POLYM. ENG. 湿法腈纶生产的含腈废水处理实验研究

采用不同方法对湿法腈纶废水进行预处理，比较了它们的处理效果和特点。研究中使用的菌种预处理方法达到了理想的效果，废水中大分子有机污染物被迅速、高效地分解为挥发性脂肪酸和氨氮等，为后续的接触氧化以及反硝化创造了良好的条件，COD和TKN的总去除率分别为92％和85％，最终出水达到或优于行业二级排放标准。     

A kinetic model for polystyrene (PS) pyrolysis reaction

A mathematical model for the pyrolysis reaction of polystyrene (PS) in a semi-batch reactor has been presented. The thermal degradation of PS was flexibly modeled by a combination of random and specific chain-end scissions. Numerical simulation was used to investigate the effect of operating conditions on the PS products spectrum, the results of which were validated by the experimental data. It was found that as the reaction temperature increased (decreased), the monomer fraction in the products became lower (higher) while the trimer higher (lower). No significant variation in the product composition was, however, observed while constant temperature was maintained. These results indicate the reaction temperature is an effective manipulated variable for the control of products composition of PS pyrolysis. The calculation of the optimum temperature trajectories through the optimization study can thus be of interest for achieving productivity enhancement in plastics pyrolysis processes. 达岱电厂发电机组定子绝缘盒开裂溢胶原因分析与处理

柬埔寨达岱水电有限公司2号水轮发电机(84.6 MW)检修时发现,发电机定子上下端部共存在3处绝缘盒开裂、溢胶的缺陷,并在定子下端多处绝缘盒灌注胶表层有轻微裂纹。通过原因分析及现场检查与电气试验,确定缺陷是因盒内上下层线棒的铜线接头处焊点过热引起的。按相关工艺要求对3处开裂溢胶的绝缘盒内接头进行了重新焊接,处理后经电气试验证明,处理效果良好。     

Continuous Self‐Collision Detection for Deformable Surfaces Interacting with Solid Models

In this paper, we propose a new continuous self‐collision detection (CSCD) method for a deformable surface that interacts with a simple solid model. The method is developed based on the radial‐view‐based culling method. Our method is suitable for the deformable surface that has large contact region with the solid model. The deformable surface may consist of small round‐shaped holes. At the pre‐processing stage, the holes of the deformable surface are filled with ghost triangles so as to make the mesh of the deformable surface watertight. An observer primitive (i.e. a point or a line segment) is computed so that it lies inside the solid model. At the runtime stage, the orientations of triangles with respect to the observer primitive are evaluated. The collision status of the deformable surface is then determined. We evaluated our method for several animations including virtual garments. Experimental results show that our method improves the process of CSCD.     

硝基苯加氢制备对氨基苯酚的工艺要素研究

在稀硫酸介质中,Pt/C催化,硝基苯加氢还原、转位得到目标化合物对氨基苯酚。工艺要素研究表明:硝基苯20mL,氢气压力为1kPa的水封压力,温度85～90℃,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵用量为0.1g,2%Pt/C催化剂0.5g,反应时间为5h时,所得产品质量达到并优于日本JISK4144 1986标准要求。     

直播稻田化学除草试验

直播稻田用不同药剂在播种后各一次化除或播种后两次化除都具有很好的除草效果。播后前期是化学除草的关键时期播后前期每６６７米＾２用１０％苄嘧黄隆１５克＋６０％丁划胺６０毫升，１０％苄嘧黄隆１５克＋５０％杀草丹１５０毫升，１７．２％新幼禾葆２４０克或１５．８％幼禾葆２００克防铲均较好。     

Improved electrochemical redox performance of 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole by poly(3-methoxythiophene)

High electrocatalytic activity of an electropolymerized film of poly(3-methoxythiophene) (PMOT) is reported toward the redox reaction of 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole (DMcT) as a promising cathode material for the lithium ion battery. Cyclic voltammetry showed improved electrochemical performance of DMcT on PMOT-coated Pt electrode, indicating accelerated redox kinetics. Moreover, charge-discharge tests exhibited higher discharge capacity and slower capacity fading of the PMOT-doped DMcT composite cathode compared with pure DMcT.
