转向柱管承载能力的试验研究

在分析转向柱管花键部位应力集中情况的基础上,通过对某厂生产的转向柱管扭转破坏的试验研究,得到如下结论:①转向柱管的承载能力与其外花键齿与方向盘中心内花键齿之间的非接触区长度有关,以花键端部过渡圆弧的直径大小为宜;②安装方向盘总成时所施加在安装螺母上的拧紧力矩在70N.m左右时,转向柱管的承载能力最大。

介绍了各种高非线性光纤的原理，并对其在超连续（SC）脉冲的产生和波长变换上的应用作了讨论。

介绍了ADSS光缆的力学计算，给出了光缆弧垂、张力、应变和悬长等计算公式，并对普遍采用的“悬链线”和“抛物线”两种计算方法加以比较。     

Fuzzy rule interpolation for multidimensional input spaces in determining d50c of hydrocyclones

Fuzzy rule-based systems have been very popular in many engineering applications. In mineral engineering, fuzzy rules are normally constructed using some fuzzy rule extraction techniques to establish the determination model in predicting the d50c of hydrocyclones. However, when generating fuzzy rules from the available information, it may result in a sparse fuzzy rule base. The use of more than one input variable is also common in hydrocyclone data analysis. This paper examines the application of fuzzy interpolation to resolve the problems using sparse fuzzy rule bases, and to perform analysis of fuzzy interpolation in multidimensional input spaces.     

Optimal number of periodic preventive maintenance operations under warranty

This paper considers determination of the optimal number of periodic preventive maintenance operations during the warranty period. The hazard rate after preventive maintenance lies between as good as new and as bad as old. After minimal repair, the hazard rate of the system remains unchanged. Free and modified warranty policies are considered with a numerical example using the Weibull case.     

基于小波包和包络分析的滚动轴承故障自动诊断方法

提出了一种基于峭度-小波包-包络分析的滚动轴承故障自动诊断方法。首先用峭度系数判断是否出现故障,再针对故障轴承振动信号非平稳和调幅的特点,用小波包将信号分解到不同的节点上。然后将不同节点的重构信号做包络谱分析,将谱峰处的频率同滚动轴承内圈、外圈、滚珠、保持架等的故障频率进行对比分析,在此基础上,运用最小距离判别法则自动获得故障原因,从而实现滚动轴承故障的自动诊断。通过对实验中采集到的轴承振动信号进行分析,证明了该方法在轴承早期故障诊断中的有效性。     

ARCGIS环境下基于DEM的流域特征提取

研究选取位于陕西省延安城南12 km处的万花乡向阳沟小流域。采用1∶10000大比例尺的比例尺5 m分辨率的DEM作为基本的地形数据,应用ESR I公司开发的ARCG IS地理信息系统软件进行流域特征的提取。经分析得到了研究区域河网特征以及研究区其它常用的流域特征信息,与实际河流水系特征基本吻合,认为应用DEM划分的流域结果是合理的。     

Accelerated wear testing with a microfabricated surface to evaluate the lubrication ability of biomolecules on polyethylene

Wear of ultrahigh‐molecular‐weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and wear‐particle‐induced osteolysis and bone resorption are the major factors causing the failure of total joint replacements. It is feasible to improve the lubrication and reduce the wear of artificial joints. We need further understanding of the lubrication mechanism of the synovial fluid. The objective of this study is to evaluate the lubricating ability of three major components in the synovial fluid: albumin, globulin, and phospholipids. An accelerated wear testing procedure in which UHMWPE is rubbed against a microfabricated surface with controlled asperities has been developed to evaluate the lubrication behavior. An analysis of the wear particle dimensions and wear amount of the tests has provided insights for comparing their lubrication performance. It is concluded that the presence of biomolecules at the articulating interface may reduce friction. A higher concentration of a biological lubricant leads to a decrease in the wear particle width. In addition, in combination with the wear results and mechanical analysis, the roles of individual biomolecules contributing to friction and wear at the articulating interface are discussed. These results can help us to identify the role of the biomolecules in the boundary lubrication of artificial joints, and further development of lubricating additives for artificial joints may be feasible. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Effects and properties of poly(arylene ether benzonitrile)s of various molecular weights blended with sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone)

Poly(arylene ether benzonitrile) (PAEBN) was synthesized with 2,6‐dichlorobenzonitrile and biphenol. PAEBNs with various molecular weights (MWs), 1,640,000 and 185,000 g/mol, were synthesized by control of the stoichiometry of the monomers and were blended with sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone) (SPEEK). The effects of MW on the water uptake, swelling, methanol permeability, and proton conductivity of the SPEEK/PAEBN blend membranes were investigated. The molecular mobility of the SPEEK/PAEBN blends was also examined in this study. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2008     

冷却水污垢及其对冷却器换热的影响

分析了冷却器的结垢机理 ,提出了冷却器污垢层、污垢热阻随运行时间的规律 ,以及污垢热阻与换热系数、换热面积的关系式 ,并通过算例阐述了污垢热阻对冷却器的影响程度 ,进而定性地分析了污垢热阻对空分装置的影响。
