β－C_2S固溶体稳定的热力学研究

从热力学理论出发，利用Ｘ射线衍射定性和定量的方法，对β－Ｃ＿２Ｓ固溶体的稳定性进行了分析和研究。经热力学理论推导得出β－Ｃ＿２Ｓ稳定的热力学条件，即掺入的微量元素的化学位μ＿ｉ须小于β－Ｃ＿２Ｓ的反应自由焓△Ｇ＿β，μ＿ｉ＜△Ｇ＿β．并定量地计算出一种微量元素稳定β－Ｃ＿２Ｓ的临界掺加量为；多种微量元素对β－Ｃ＿２Ｓ的稳定性判断条件为：     

Composition Dependence and Irradation Effects on Residual Resistivity in Cu-Al Alloys

Residual electrical resistivity due to short-range order has been calculated for Cu100-xAlx (x=9.13,13.56, 14.5 and 14.76 in at pct) alloys using pseudopotential approach, and the results have been discussed in the light of experimental studies of the local-order structure of these alloys. In case of Cu85.5Al14.5, change in the total residual electrical resistivity due to neutron-irradiation effects has been estimated by including contributions from the short-range order and static atomic displacement correction. Our results show a decrease in the residual resistivity in the irradiated Cu-Al solid solution as compared to the unirradiated sample. This is in accordance with the experimental results

Alkali-metal Na Adsorption and Promoted Oxidation on Si(100)2×1 Surface

The alkali-metal Na adsorption on Si(100)2×1 surface and its promoted oxidation and Si oxidegrowth have been investigated by means of thermal desorption,work function,Auger electronspectroscopy and photoemission electron spectroscopy.The experimental data showed that therewas a new state,interface electron state,near the Fermi level after the deposition of Na atoms.It wasfound that the presence of Na always caused an increase of the oxygen initial uptake whereas thepromotion of Si oxide growth was observed only at the coverage of Na greater than 0.5 ML.A newmechanism of Na-promoted Si oxide growth is suggested in this paper.

一种3V CMOS音乐集成电路的设计原理

介绍了一种数字式全定制音乐集成电路设计原理。对伪音阶发生器、节拍发生器等子电路作了较详细的叙述。采用这种原理可设计出单芯片驱动压电陶瓷和发光二极管的音乐集成电路，该电路无须外接电阻、电容，可存储数首歌曲；另外，还可设计出一种数字音频程控频率合成器，时钟为ｆ０时，可控频率范围为ｆ０２～ｆ０２Ｎ。     

Design and Manufacture of GeSi/Si Superlattice Nanocrystalline Photodetector

According to Maxwell＇s theory, the optical transmission characteristics in GeSi/Si superlattice nanocrystalline layer have been analyzed and calculated. The calculated result shows that when the total thickness L is 340 nm, the single mode lightwave can be transmitted only at periodic number M≥15.5. In addition, at the direction of transmission, when the transmission distance is larger than 500 μm, the lightwave intensity is decreased greatly. Based on the above parameters, the design and manufacture of GeSi/Si superlattice nanocrystalline photodetector are carried out.

对现阶段国内外在ZnS及ZnS基材料掺杂改性方面的研究成果作一概述性介绍，综述了纳米级ZnS发光材料掺杂改性的基本机理，主要的掺杂技术、方法，并对多种掺杂元素的效果进行了分析比较。     

Be靶制备技术研究

介绍了Be靶制备的电阻加热法、滚轧法、静电振动法、离心沉淀法、聚集束溅射法等.结果显示:电阻加热和滚轧制备自支撑Be靶的厚度范围分别为20～970 μg/cm2和3.8～20 μm.
