运动目标前景提取是对其进一步分析如特征提取、行为分析等的基础。RPCA(鲁棒主成分分析)分解可以得到较为完整的目标前景,但该方法对光照变化敏感,容易导致误检。利用Lab颜色空间中a,b通道对光照变化不敏感的特点,可以提高基于RPCA分解的前景提取方法对光照变化的鲁棒性,首先对图像L,a,b通道分别进行RPCA分解得到稀疏前景,然后利用大津阈值分割各通道二值化前景并采用种子点填充技术融合不同前景,最后利用形态学滤波优化融合结果提取准确的运动目标前景。实验结果表明,该方法可以在复杂背景下准确提取运动目标前景,且能有效克服光照变化的影响。 相似文献

In order to obtain ultrafine Nd-Fe-B powder, a spray-dried precursor was treated by reduction-diffusion (R/D) process.And, unlike the conventional R/D process, calcium reduction that is a crucial step for the formation of Nd2Fe14B was performed without conglomerating the precursor with Ca powder.By adopting this modified process, it is possible to synthesize the hard magnetic Nd2Fe14B at the reaction temperature as low as 850 ℃.The average size of Nd2Fe14B particles that are uniformly distributed in the optimally treated powder was < <1 μm.Most Nd2Fe14B particles were enclosed with thin layers of Nd-rich phase.Typical magnetic properties of such powder without eliminating impurity CaO were iHc=~5.9 kOe, Br=~5.5 kG, and (BH)max=~6 MGOe. 相似文献

Two distinguishable hardening mechanisms, depending on the temperature, were found by isothermal ageing in a commercial dental low-carat Au–Ag–Cu–Pd alloy. Age-hardening was attributed to the precipitation of the metastable AuCu I and equilibrium AuCu I ordered phases and spinodal decomposition depending on the ageing temperature. 研究了CMAQ大气模型在64位Linux操作系统上不同CPU核心数目并行计算模拟耗时以及结果的差异情况。研究结果表明,并行计算能大幅缩短CMAQ模拟耗时,以16个CPU核心并行处理为性价比最佳值;此时连续模拟中国区域37天空气质量状况(分辨率36 km、167行×97列、垂直14层)平均耗时小于16 min/d,而相同情况下单核模拟耗时大于2 h/d;多于16个核心并行处理时,随核心数量的增加模型性能提升的趋势减缓;操作系统和参与运算的核心数目对CMAQ模型模拟结果没有影响。 相似文献

the reliability of medium voltage (V
M) devices that are thick gate transistors. A new antifuse OTP cell using a dual program voltage was proposed to prevent the
possibility for failures in a qualification test or the yield drop. For the newly proposed cell, a stable sensing is secured
from the post-program resistances of several ten thousand ohms or below due to the voltage higher than the hard breakdown
voltage applied to the terminals of the antifuse. The layout size of the designed 1 kbit antifuse OTP memory IP with Dongbu
HiTek’s 0.18 μm Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS (BCD) process is 567.9 μm×205.135 μm and the post-program resistance of an antifuse is predicted

The successful fabrication of layered hybrid beads by DLM process is limited by dissimilar melting ranges of different powders.For the application of DLM process into manufacturing industries,target mechanical properties of final product must be achieved.Process analysis was performed for the DLM fabrication of layered hybrid beads by using stainless steel (SS 316L) and titanium powders.For the analysis of fabrication characteristics,single hybrid bead was formed using SS316L powder onto the base plate and then Ti powder was melted onto the previous melted layer.In addition,multi-layer hybrid beads were fabricated for the analysis of the layering effects between them.From these studies,the effects of the processing parameters,such as laser power,scan rate and scan line spacing on surface morphology were characterized and optimum processing conditions for the DLM fabrication of layered hybrid beads were developed. 相似文献
