P型CuAlO2半导体陶瓷的烧结研究

性能良好的陶瓷靶材是溅射法制备薄膜的先决条件.本文以纳米级Al2O3粉体和微米级Cu2O粉体为原料通过烧结的方法制备了P型透明导电氧化物陶瓷CuAlO2.以X射线衍射和SEM分析的方法研究了烧结温度对反应进行的影响,并在合适的温度区间里得到了具有较好P型半导体性能的陶瓷,其迁移率达到27 cm2·V-1·s-1.以它作为靶材通过真空溅射得到了迁移率为2.1 cm2·V-1·s-1的P型透明半导体薄膜.     

Adsorption Behaviors and Mechanism of Macroporous Phosphonic Acid Resin for Gadolinium

The adsorption behaviors and mechanism of a novel chelate resin, macroporous phosphonic acid resin(PAR)for Gd(Ⅲ)were investigated. The statically and dynamically saturated adsorption capacity is respectively 308 mg·g-1resin and 296 mg·g-1resin at 298 K in Hac-NaAc medium at pH 5.6. Gd(Ⅲ)adsorbed on PAR can be reductively eluted by 0.5～5.0 mol·L-1 HCl used as eluant and the elution percentage is up to 94.7% in 1.0 mol·L-1 HCl. The resin can be regenerated and reused without apparent decrease in adsorption capacity. The apparent adsorption rate constant is k298=3.96×10-5 s-1. The adsorption behavior of PAR for Gd(Ⅲ) conforms to the Freundlich isotherm. The thermodynamic adsorption parameter, enthalpy change △H of PAR for Gd(Ⅲ)is 22.6kJ·mol-1. The apparent adsorption activation energy(Ea)of PAR for Gd(Ⅲ)is 5.0 kJ·mol-1. The molar coordination ratio of the functional group of PAR to Gd(Ⅲ)is about 3∶1. The adsorption mechanism of PAR for Gd(Ⅲ)was examined by using chemical method and IR spectrometry.

Physical and Electrochemical Properties of Doped LiFePO4 as Cathode Material for Lithium-Ion Batteries

LiFePO4 cathode material was synthesized by a solid-state reaction using doping several elements (Nb5 ,Zr4 ). The starting materials were mixed with a high-efficient sander and treated thermally under flowing N2. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field-emission gun electron microscopy (FEG), and their electrochemical performance was investigated in the term of cycling behavior. Room temperature discharge capacity about 140.6 mA·h·g-1 was obtained at C/5 rate.

在车载式移动卫星天线座设计中,该文提出了在硬件上采用安全装置来取代传统的汇流环,保证了旋转设备与固定设备之间各种信号的顺利传递;利用计算机来处理限位中断,实现了天线座在方位面上连续旋转;并给出了硬件结构图及主要源程序。     

自适应分层免疫算法

免疫算法是一种新型的导向性随机启发式搜索算法,文章在简单介绍免疫算法基本原理及操作步骤的基础上,针对几个关键参数和操作算子对算法性能的影响进行探讨。提出根据具体的问题,结合各种形式免疫算法,建立一个自适应分层免疫算法。实验表明:自适应分层免疫算法能结合各底层免疫算法的优点,具有收敛速度快、寻解能力强等优点。
