含磷氯和氮的化合物对软质PU泡沫塑料的阻燃作用

较全面地研究了含磷和氯(或氮)的化合物对软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的阻燃作用,表明:(1)磷与氯或氨复配的协同阻燃效应能明显提高其阻燃效率,当其阻燃剂用量为11%—12%时,PU软泡的阻燃性达到GB10800—89阻燃一级;(2)使含磷氮阻燃基团结合在PU分子中,能降低阻燃剂的逃失性,从而提高材料阻燃耐久性,为阻燃技术的研究指出一条新途径。

讨论骨架材料的规格、结构分布及工艺控制对全钢载重子午线轮胎性能的影响。胎体帘布采用带有外缠丝的 3 + 9+ 15× 0 2 2 + 0 15规格钢丝、胎体帘线密度在 45 0～ 65 0根·m- 1 范围内 (帘线直径大于 1 2mm)以及胎体反包端点在成品外轮廓曲线的第 2或 3条装配线上等措施均有利于保证胎体强度 ;合理设计带束层结构 ,端点与胎侧肩部花纹距离取 10mm左右有利于消除应力过度集中 ;采用钢丝增强带有利于提高胎圈刚性。     

EFFECT OF PORE DIFFUSION ON DEACTIVATING RATES OF SECOND ORDER REACTION

The research and development of catalysts, the design and operation of catalytic reactors are complicated by the phenomenon of catalyst deactivation which is affected by various factors. In this paper, the effect of internal mass transfer resistance in the second order catalytic reaction system of uniform independent deactivation on both reaction and deactivation rates of straight cylindrical pore model has been discussed. In addition, the quantitative relations between effectiveness factor and Thiele modulus in second order reaction and first order deactivation system have been correlated

Acidic and catalytic properties of niobic acid crystallized at low temperature

Niobic acid was crystallized at 120 °C for 48 h, which showed the largest acid amounts at higher acid strengths. The crystallized niobic acid calcined at 300 °C was found to show higher activity than uncrystallized niobic acid and niobic acid washed with water or treated with sulfuric acid or phosphoric acid for the dehydration of isopropanol and the esterification of ethanol with acetic acid.

Synthesis of carbon nanocapsules containing Fe, Ni or Co by arc discharge in aqueous solution

A simple, inexpensive and one-step synthesis method of metal-containing carbon nanocapsules using an arc discharge in aqueous solution is reported. It was found that Ni, Co and Fe nanoparticles could be in situ encapsulated in carbon shells when the arc was performed respectively in aqueous solutions of NiSO₄, CoSO₄ and FeSO₄. Transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and electron diffraction patterns of selected areas were used to determine the crystalline phase of the metal cores. To explain the formation mechanism of metal-containing carbon nanocapsules, a model of discharge in solution is proposed. This result presents a simply controllable way to synthesize metal-containing carbon nanocapsules.
