Ultrathin crystalline silicon is widely used as an active material for high-performance, flexible, and stretchable electronics, from simple passive and active components to complex integrated circuits, due to its excellent electrical and mechanical properties. However, in contrast to conventional silicon wafer-based devices, ultrathin crystalline silicon-based electronics require an expensive and rather complicated fabrication process. Although silicon-on-insulator (SOI) wafers are commonly used to obtain a single layer of crystalline silicon, they are costly and difficult to process. Therefore, as an alternative to SOI wafers-based thin layers, here, a simple transfer method is proposed for printing ultrathin multiple crystalline silicon sheets with thicknesses between 300 nm to 13 µm and high areal density (>90%) from a single mother wafer. Theoretically, the silicon nano/micro membrane can be generated until the mother wafer is completely consumed. In addition, the electronic applications of silicon membranes are successfully demonstrated through the fabrication of a flexible solar cell and flexible NMOS transistor arrays.  相似文献

Feedpipe backmixing in an agitated vessel was investigated using a newly developed conductivity technique. By this technique, the onset of feedpipe backmixing could be detected and the penetration depth of the vessel fluid into a feedpipe was determined. For a given feedpipe flowrate. critical agitator speeds to eliminate feedpipe backmixing were determined using Rushton six-bladcd disk turbine impeller (6BD) and high efficiency, axial-flow type 3-bladed impeller (HE-3) of 8.89 and 12.70 cm diameters in 11.2 liter reactor. The ratio of the feedpipe velocity to the critical agitator speed (v f /v i ) was determined as a function of feedpipe Reynolds number (N R,T ). The conductivity technique was successful either in the laminar regime, the transitional regime, or in the turbulent regime in the feedpipe.  相似文献

The N2O decomposition activity of Fe-ZSM-5 strongly depends on the iron content and the preparation methods, including wet (WIE) and solid state ion exchanges (SSIE). The state of Fe species formed on the surface of a series of Fe-ZSM-5 catalysts containing a variety of Fe contents with respect to the preparation method and their role for N2O decomposition activity have been systematically examined. The general trend for the decomposition activity of Fe-ZSM-5-SSIE is higher than that of Fe-ZSM-5-WIE, indicating the formation of a distinctive local structure of Fe on the catalyst surface during the course of the ion-exchange procedure. Based upon the Fourier transformed Fe K-edge EXAFS spectra for the series of Fe-ZSM-5-SSIE and -WIE catalysts, most of the Fe species on the surface of Fe-ZSM-5-SSIE with high Fe loading are well dispersed in the form of oxygen-bridged binuclear Fe species. The turnover frequency (TOF) for N2O decomposition under dry and wet conditions has been confirmed assuming that Fe-ZSM-5-SSIE samples with Fe/Al = 0.20 and Fe/Al = 0.65 only contain mononuclear and binuclear Fe species, respectively, as active reaction species on their surface. The high performance of Fe-ZSM-5-SSIE may be mainly due to the formation of the binuclear Fe species onto its surface during the preparation of the catalyst.  相似文献

Stainless steel pipe of type 304 the with a wall thickness of 26.9 mm and the outer diameter 406.4 mm is welded by manual arc welding process. Mechanical properties and fracture toughness of type 304 stainless steel are investigated in the temperature ranging from room temperature to — 162°C. The results obtained are summarized as follows. The tensile strength noticeably increases as the temperature becomes lower while the yield strength is relatively insensitive to temperature. The Charpy impact energy and CTOD values become higher in the case that crack propagation direction is aligned to the transverse axis upon the rolling direction than longitudinal direction. The drop of fracture toughness is associated with the noticeable diminution of plastic component as temperature seduces from room temperature to — 162°C.  相似文献

Three bacteriophages (phage), ΦWC53, ΦWC54, and ΦWC56, of Weissella were isolated from watery kimchi and characterized. ΦWC53 belonged to Siphoviridae and ΦWC54 and ΦWC56 belonged to Myoviridae family. By one-step growth, the burst sizes were 5–260 particles/infected cells and the latent periods were 20–45 min. The phages infected Weissella spp., Leuconostoc mesenteroides, and Lactobacillus spp., differently by showing clear or turbid plaques. The phage adsorption rates on lactic acid bacteria were high on Weissella and low on Leuconostoc and Lactobacillus. However, the adsorption of ΦWC53 occurred variously among Weissella spp. and Weissella host grew well in the liquid culture without lysis after challenging by ΦWC53. Tolerances of these phages to temperature showed more various than those to pH. ΦWC53 was stable at 7 °C and 30 °C, but ΦWC54 and ΦWC56 were stable only at 7 °C. Therefore, three Weissella phages belonged to the different families and indicated diverse infection patterns on Weissella, Leuconostoc, and Lactobacillus with various stabilities for pH and temperature.
