Palm stearin and sunflower oil mixtures in three different ratio of 3:7, 5:5 and 7:3 (w/w) were subjected to transesterification catalyzed by immobilized lipases from Pseudomonas and Mucor javanicus in a solvent-free system. The ability of these lipases to alter the physical properties of the fat blends was studied. Slip melting point (SMP), differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction analyses were used to evaluate the physical properties of the transesterified blends. The percentage of free fatty acids liberated was also determined. Results indicated that the Pseudomonas lipase was catalytically more active than Mucor javanicus lipase as shown by marked changes in the triacylglycerol profile and fatty acids released. Pseudomonas lipase-catalyzed mixtures also showed a bigger drop in SMP and successfully changed the polymorphic form from the dominant β crystal form in control blends to β'crystal form in the transesterified mixtures. 相似文献

The bleeding of epoxy resin around surfaces, undergoing bonding in electronic packaging assembly, has for long caused sporadic
yield-loss. This loss is more severe in advanced and dense packages. Previously it has been supposed that the loss results
from surface contaminants which are reduced by vacuum bakeout. In fact, that procedure generates coatings of hydrocarbons
as we show by surface analysis. The coatings very strongly affect the wettabilities and measured surface energies of substrates.
In particular, the comparatively low surface energy of hydrocarbon films on gold surfaces shows how the surfaces can be engineered,
with coatings of “appropriate cleanliness”, to systematically inhibit epoxy bleeding.

Equilibrium vapor pressures of allyl isothiocyanate (AIT) above pure AIT and AIT/canola oil mixtures from 15 to 45°C were estimated from AIT vapor densities using gas chromatography. Canola oil was an effective diluent for depressing AIT vapor pressure. Permeation of AIT in a PVDC/PVC copolymer film was measured using the dynamic quasi-isostatic method, and kinetics of AIT vapor sorption in the polymer were studied gravimetrically. Experiments were carried out at 25, 35 and 45°C with vapor pressures from 50 to 800 Pa. At fixed vapor activity, diffusion and permeability coefficients increased with temperature, but a decrease was observed for solubility coefficient. The number of patients diagnosed with cancer continues to increasingly rise, and has nearly doubled in 20 years. Therefore, predicting cancer occurrence has a significant impact on reducing medical costs, and preventing cancer early can increase survival rates. In the data preprocessing step, since individual genome data are used as input data, they are classified as individual genome data. Subsequently, data embedding is performed in character units, so that it can be used in deep learning. In the deep learning network schema, using preprocessed data, a character-based deep learning network learns the correlation between individual feature data and predicts cancer occurrence. To evaluate the objective reliability of the method proposed in this study, various networks published in other studies were compared and evaluated using the TCGA dataset. As a result of comparing various networks published in other studies using the same data, excellent results were obtained in terms of accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity. Thus, the superiority of the effectiveness of deep learning networks in predicting cancer occurrence using individual whole-genome data was demonstrated. From the results of the confusion matrix, the validity of the model for predicting the cancer using an individual’s whole-genome data and the deep learning proposed in this study was proven. In addition, the AUC, which is the area under the ROC curve, which judges the efficiency of diagnosis as a performance evaluation index of the model, was found to be 90% or more, good classification results were derived. The objectives of this study were to use individual genome data for 12 cancers as input data to analyze the whole genome pattern, and to not separately use reference genome sequence data of normal individuals.
