Synthesis, characterization, and optical properties of new metal complexes with the multi-sulfur 1,2-dithiolene ligand

Metal complexes containing a new multi-sulfur atom containing 1,2-dithiolene ligand, [4′,5′:5,6] [1,4] dithiino[2,3-b] quinoxaline-1′,3′-dithiolate, have been synthesized and characterized by electrochemical measurements, IR, UV-NIR and ESR spectroscopies. X-ray structure analysis reveals that the anions of the Ni-complex derived from the new ligand form a zig-zag chain along the b axis, and the anions of Au complex of the ligand stack along the a axis while the cations occupy the holes. The Ni-complex exhibits remarkable absorption at 1082 nm (? = 15?000 dm³ mol⁻¹ cm⁻¹) and good solubility that render this complex as a promising near-IR dye for Q-switching neodymium lasers. The third-order non-linear optical properties of the complexes are measured by the Z-scan technique with a 6.5 ns pulsed laser at 532 nm. The Au complexes exhibit non-linear optical absorptive abilities, while the non-linear absorption of the nickel complex is negligible. All of the complexes show effective self-defocusing performance. The third-order non-linear optical susceptibilities for the Au complexes have been determined to be of the order of 10⁻¹³ esu.     

跨高速铁路施工安全防护棚架设计

结合工程实例,对跨高速铁路施工防护棚架的设计和施工方案进行了研究,并对荷载、防护支架结构、防护支架拆除后钢管立柱的稳定性作了计算分析,证明了该防护棚架设计的合理性。     

微米CeO2的细化及其悬浮液的分散稳定性研究

首先使微米CeO2在乙醇中球磨分散,然后向悬浮液中加入一定量去离子水,最后对悬浮液进行超声分散,使用这种方法制备出了分散稳定性较好的微米CeO2悬浮液,探讨了其增强微米CeO2分散稳定性的机制。结果表明:微米CeO2以不同方式分散时在不同比例醇水混合介质中的分散行为各不相同;微米CeO2在纯乙醇中的球磨分散性能最好,其起始分散率可以达到80%左右,而在醇水混合介质中的超声分散性能比在纯乙醇或纯水中的超声分散性能要好,但其起始分散率不高,只能达到20%左右。球磨后加水再超声分散的方法可以显著地提高微米CeO2悬浮液体系的分散性能,其中加入去离子水的最佳体积分数为40%,最佳超声时间为15 min。球磨后加水再超声分散的方法可以进一步打破微米CeO2粉体颗粒间的团聚,使粉体粒径得到进一步的细化,由于去离子水的加入悬浮液体系的表面电位得到了较大提高,乙醇水合团簇的形成使颗粒周围的溶剂化膜变厚。     

Research progress on non- metallic inclusion in tire cord steel for radial tire

With the development of automobile lightweight, the requirements of steel cord for radial tire on inclusions are becoming more stringent. According to the demands of steel cord wire rod on inclusions, the smelting technology at home and abroad and the research progress on the inclusions in the steel cord at present were summarized, and some views on the control direction in future were put forward. With the 90 grade ultra high strength tire cord steel becoming the mainstream product, the Al2O3- rich type inclusion and titanium inclusion remains a difficult point of control. In addition to further strengthening the plasticity control of the inclusions in the process of smelting, the attention also should be paid on the properties and behaviors of the inclusions in each link such as rolling and drawing process, so as to better realize the whole- process control.     

Strength of Cu-28 wt%Ag composite solidified under high magnetic field followed by cold drawing

Cu-Ag composite is one of the best conductors for high-field magnets. Increasing its strength is crucial for designing newer high-field magnets. Cu-28 wt%Ag samples were solidified with and without a 12-T high magnetic field (HMF), and then cold-drawn. We investigated the influence of HMF on microstructure, hardness and strength of Cu-Ag samples both before and after cold-drawing. The introduction of external HMF during solidification increased both the dendrite arm spacing and the dissolved Ag in Cu, and it reduced the spacing between both the Ag precipitates in proeutectic Cu and the eutectic lamellae. The transversal microstructure after cold-drawing inherited the network solidification structure, but at a refined scale. The Cu dendrite spacing in the 12-T HMF samples at all deformation strain was larger than that without HMF. HMF slightly increased the intensity of <111> fiber texture of Cu, which strengthened proeutectic Cu at the level of 3.5 deformation strain. In samples deformed to strain of 3.5, refined Ag precipitation spacing, increased Ag solubility in Cu matrix, and refined eutectic lamellar spacing by 12-T HMF increased the strength by 5% in the sample compared with that without HMF.     

Influence of nickel on secondary hardening of a modified AISI H13 hot work die steel

This paper focuses on the effects of nickel on secondary hardening of a modified H13 hot work die steel. Both the non‐nickel steel and the nickel‐added steel get a secondary hardening peak at 520 °C, and the secondary hardening peak trends to increase in the nickel‐added steel. On the basis of scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope observation, the rise of the secondary hardening peak is in connection with the precipitation of M₃C type carbides. More strip‐shaped and needle‐shaped M₃C type carbides precipitated from matrix. By means of internal friction, the result suggests that nickel does not affect the position of the Snoek‐Kê‐Köster peak, but the height of Snoek‐Kê‐Köster peak of the nickel‐added steel is higher, which indicates nickel enhances the interaction between dislocations and interstitial atoms, promoting the precipitation of carbides.     

Robust recursive identification of multidimensional linear regression models

Stochastic adaptive estimation and control algorithms involving recursive prediction estimates have guaranteed convergence rates when the noise is not ‘too’ coloured, as when a positive-real condition on the noise mode is satisfied. Moreover, the whiter the noise environment the more robust are the algorithms. This paper shows that for linear regression signal models, the suitable introduction of while noise into the estimation algorithm can make it more robust without compromising on convergence rates. Indeed, there are guaranteed attractive convergence rates independent of the process noise colour. No positive-real condition is imposed on the noise model.     

发酵十字花科蔬菜中硫代葡萄糖苷代谢研究进展

硫代葡萄糖苷（简称硫苷）是十字花科蔬菜中一类重要的次生代谢物。在蔬菜发酵过程中，硫苷被代谢为异硫氰酸盐等活性产物，这些代谢产物具有抗氧化、抗癌、调节肠道菌群等多种生理功能。乳酸菌发酵对硫苷的代谢机制包括促进硫苷从蔬菜中释放，以及使其发生降解，且代谢作用既与乳酸菌种属相关，也与发酵体系的盐含量、金属离子、pH值以及蔬菜加热预处理相关。通过总结梳理发酵蔬菜硫苷代谢研究进展，并解析影响因素，为提高发酵蔬菜中活性硫苷代谢产物含量，提升发酵蔬菜的健康效应提供理论指引。

miR-181b promotes the oncogenesis of renal cell carcinoma by targeting TIMP3

Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) has a poor prognosis due to limited diagnosis and treatment. Thus, it is necessary to find novel prognostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets. The aberrant expression of microRNAs plays an important role in RCC oncogenesis. Tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase 3 (TIMP3) acts as a downstream target of miR-181b. The aim of this study was to understand the role and molecular mechanism of miR-181b in RCC oncogenesis. The results showed that miR-181b expression was significantly higher in RCC tumour tissues, especially in those with significant invasion or metastasis. miR-181b overexpression promoted proliferation and migration of the RCC cell line 786-O, while miR-181b knockdown had the opposite effect. In addition, miR-181b was inversely correlated with TIMP3 expression in RCC tumour tissues. miR-181b overexpression reduced TIMP3 expression in RCC cell line 786-O or OS-RC-2, while miR-181b knockdown had the inverse effect. Mechanistically, a luciferase reporter assay confirmed the binding sites of miR-181b on the 3’-UTR of TIMP3, confirming the targeting effect of miR-181b on TIMP3. Overall, miR-181b promotes the development and progression of RCC by targeting TIMP3 expression, indicating the potential use of miR-181b in the diagnosis and treatment of RCC.
