APPLICATION OF MOLECULAR ORBITAL THEORY TO ANALYSIS OF PHASE STABILITY FOR ALLOYS

The critical _d vahues ( _ ) of the γ/(γ+σ).γ/(γ+μ) and γ/(γ+γ') phase boundaries insome ternar alloy phase diagrams at various temperatures are calculated by averaging the _d values of sererai selected characteristic points at the phase boundaries.Approxmateequations for the temperature dependence of the critical _d of γ/(γ+σ).γ/(γ+μ) andγ/(γ+γ') phase boundaries are established.The accuracy of the analysis is discussed in detail.It is found for the first time that the average value of the bondorder _ at the phase boundaries ts also approximatelr a constant and therefore a criticalaverage bond order _ like - can be introduced for the analysts of phase stability     

EFFECT OF FINE GRINDING ACTIVATION ON LEACHING BEHAVIOUR OF SCHEELITE CONCENTRATE

The influence of mechanical activation on the leaching behaviour of scheelite was studied bymeans of fine grinding in an attritor and subsequently HCl leaching in presence of PO_4~(3-).Results showed that after fine grinding in the attritor,the reaction rate of scheelitewith HCl-Na_3PO_4 solution was remarkably increased,the extraction of W increased fromabout 8 to 99%.The IR spectra and X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that in addition toan enlargement of surface area the fine grinding action had made also changes of fine struc-ture and reactivity of solid surface,hence the leaching process of scheelite can be carried outunder mild leaching conditions.     

DISACCOMMODATION OF INITIAL SUSCEPTIBILITY IN AMORPHOUS Fe_(90-x)Ni_xZr_(10) ALLOYS

The disaccommodation(DA)measurements of initial susceptibility were performed inamorphous Fe_(90-x)Ni_xZr_(10)(x=10,20,30)alloys.The DA was measured for two differentamorphous states:as-quenched and pretreated at 537 K for 45 min.For all the as-quenched samples,in the isochronal spectra of DA a well defined relaxation peak around350 K is accompanied by a samll but distinct peak near the Curie temperature ofFe_(90)Zr_(10) phase(T_c=230 K).The reversibility and annealing effect on DA are analyzedwithin the framework of two-level model.The fits of the theory to the experimentaldata of reversible relaxation processes gave a spectrum,of activation energies and pre-exponential factor.     

双滑移取向Cu单晶的循环形变行为──Ⅱ．滑移带和形变带SCIEI

用光学显微镜和扫描电镜研究了双滑移取向（［０３４］，［１１７］）Ｃｕ单晶循环饱和后的表面形貌，塑性分切应变幅（γｐｌ）低于１０^（－３）时，［０３４］晶体表面上要为主滑移系的驻留滑移带（ＰＳＢｓ）占据，次滑移只在边缘区域启动，其ＰＳＢｓ细窄（＜１μｍ），体积百分数在１％以下．γｐｌ＞１０^（－３）时，次滑移开始在试样的中部启动，同时，表面出现二种贯穿晶体的宏观形变带（ＤＢＩ，ＤＢＩＩ），滑移带在形变带内集中．［１１７］晶体在γｐｌ＝４．４×１０^（－４）时，双滑移现象已十分明显．γｐｌ＞１０^（－３）时，表面也形成与前者相似的形变带．ＤＢＩ的惯习面与主滑移面平行（［０３４］晶体）或接近（［１１７］晶体），ＤＢＩＩ的惯习面则与前者垂直，文章讨论了形变带形成的可能原因．     

非晶态Pd—Cu—Si合金的晶化动力学研究

本文应用DSC研究了非晶态Pd-Cu-Si合金的晶化过程动力学.根据Kissinger峰移法和Arrhenius方程分别计算了晶化激活能,发现等温晶化动力学在0.15相似文献   

SOLUTION BEHAVIOUR OF VARIOUS ALLOYING ELEMENTS IN Ni_3Si

The solid solubilities of 15 common alloying elements added to the Ll_2-type intermetalliccompound Ni_3Si at 900°C have been estimated,and their substitution modes have been de-duced from the direction of solubility lobe of the compound.It is shown that the alloyingbehaviours in Ni_3Si are determined by both size and electronic factors,i.e.,the substitutionmode is governed by electronic configuration and solubility by the both.An interactionparameter is presented to describe quantitatively the influence of electronic configuration onsubstitution mode and the solubility limit can be successfully explained together with atom radius.     

ELECTRON MICROANALYSIS FOR LASER MELTED ZONE IN 45 STEEL WITH Fe-Ni-Cr COATING

The Fe-Ni-Cr coating laver has been alloyed with 45 steel base metal by transverse.flow typeCO_2 gas laser of maximum output 5kW.The characteristics of the melted zone and the es-sence of the“bright band”has been investigated using the electron microscopy.The resultsshow that the“bright band”belongs to the melted zone and is a vertical section of the planecrystal,The width of the“bright band”equals the height of the plane crystal,which decreaseswith the increase of laser beam scanning rate and the decrease of laser power.This has beenexplained in terms of constitutional supercooling G/R.     

TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCE UPON VISCOSITY OF Ni-P ALLOY ON AMORPHOUS FORMATION

The viscous flow of amorphous alloys near T_gis closely related to the viscosity of liquid alloys.On the basis of the measured surface tension and density for Ni-P binary alloys,the correla-tion between the viscosity of the melt and viscous flow process of the amorphous alloy is inves-tigated.The relationship between viscosity and temperature for Ni-P alloys going from liquidto amorphous solid may be described by the following formula:     

EFFECT OF SURFACE OXIDATION ON THERMAL STABILITY OF AMORPHOUS Pd_(80)Si_(20)

<正> 本工作是在电子显微镜内原位加热的同时,观察α-Pd_(80)Si_(20)的氧化过程及其对晶化的影响。 用双喷制备的试样安装在JEM-200CX电子显微镜的加热台上,以不同的速度进行加热,并对氧化过程进行原位观察。试样室的真空度保持在～10~(-5)Pa,然后将原位观察过的试样,在Auger谱仪中用Ar~+离子对试样表面逐层剥离,以分析成分随深度的变化。为了对比,试样也在Auger谱仪中(真空度～10~(-7)Pa)进行加热,观察表面层成分随温度的变化。     

TOPOLOGICALLY CLOSE-PACKED PHASES IN SUPERALLOYS: New Phases and Domain Structures

<正> 一、引言 高温合金中拓扑密堆相是众所周知的σ,Laves,μ,δ,P相等的总称。这些相由于使不锈耐热钢及高温合金变脆而引起人们的重视。高温合金的合金化程度高且较为复杂,成分控制或热处理不当都会导致拓扑密堆相析出,从而恶化材料的热强性及韧性。因此,在拓扑密堆相的形成条件(包括成分及加工热处理条件)、析出的动力学等方面都已经进行了大量的研究。拓扑密堆相的晶体结构研究则是这些工作的基础。 早在1927年,Bain和Griffith就发现某些Fe-Cr合金变脆原因是由于有成份为FeCr的
