水泥粉磨站DCS控制系统的应用总结

我公司为适应市场需求，在外地建立了3个粉磨站，其中连云港粉磨站为年产75万t，宿迁和阜阳为100万t，3个粉磨站的工艺流程全部采用带辊压机的高细粉磨技术。因为粉磨站生产只有原料输送和储存、水泥粉磨及储存和包装出厂3个工序，所以控制系统相对简单。这3个粉磨站的不同在于熟料运输过程，宿迁粉磨站是利用大运河船运，熟料储存是用3万t的大棚库.     

农作物秸秆增强氟石膏复合材料的微观结构研究

将玉米秸秆加入改性后的氟石膏中，研究改性剂、玉米秸秆对氟石膏复合材料结构性能的影响；并用苯丙乳液对玉米秸秆纤维进行表面处理，用以改善基体材料和增强材料的界面结合状况，由此显著提高制品性能。     

Effects of resin chemistry on redox polymerization of unsaturated polyester resins

Unsaturated polyester resins are the most widely used thermoset resins in the composite industry. In this study, three well‐defined unsaturated polyester resins were used. These resins have similar number‐average molecular weights, and they have different numbers of C?C bonds per molecule. The reaction kinetics of unsaturated polyester resins was studied using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and a Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer. The glass transition temperature of the isothermally cured resin was also measured. Trapped radicals were observed in the cured polyester resin from electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy. Considering the diffusion‐limitation effect, a simple kinetic model was developed to simulate the reaction rate and conversion profiles of polyester vinylene and styrene vinyl groups, as well as the total reaction rate and conversion. 高抗冲聚苯乙烯的研制 Ⅰ.预聚合反应动力学及相转变过程的研究

对HIPS预聚合反应阶段的动力学及相转变行为进行了研究,发现基础胶的种类、用量、搅拌速率及阻聚剂含量对苯乙烯预聚合反应动力学和相转变过程均有不同程度的影响。     

南水北调中线总干渠水质变化趋势及污染源分析

为了解和掌握南水北调中线总干渠水质状况,依据总干渠26个常规水质断面监测数据,分析了总干渠沿程水质变化趋势。结果表明,主要污染指标(CODMn、氨氮、总氮和总磷)呈现出沿程增加趋势。根据影响总干渠水质的潜在影响因素,分析了7类污染源(直接水污染、大气粉尘沉降、桥面雨水污染、底泥污染、周边垃圾场淋溶液污染、雨洪污染、受污染地下水)及其可能对干渠水质产生的影响程度,并针对不同污染源提出了防控对策,供管理部门决策参考。     

子午线轮胎生产设备的国产化及其存在的问题

对生产子午胎的九大类主要设备：炼胶设备、帘布覆胶设备、覆胶帘布裁断设备、复合挤出机及其生产线、钢丝圈设备、内衬层（气密层）生产线、成型设备、硫化机、成品检测设备进行了分析，总结介绍了我国橡机企业在这九大类设备的设计制造方面取得的成绩和水平，并与国际现状进行了对比。最后总结了我国子午胎设备目前的优势和不足。     

高氯酸化三邻菲啰啉合铜(Ⅱ)的合成及晶体结构

合成了过渡金属元素Cu与1,10-邻菲啉的配合物并进行了元素分析、红外光谱等表征,测定了配合物的晶体结构。配合物组成为[Cu(phen)3](ClO4)2,属于单斜晶系,P2(1)/n空间群。配合物中金属离子Cu2+处于N6的配位环境,配位构型为六配位的拉长八面体。     

W2-3乙烯基酯树脂在精细化工中的应用

研究了W2-3酚醛环氧乙烯基酯树脂在精细化工生产的许多环节中的防腐蚀应用,对实际工程应用提出了一些建议.     

Viscoelastic properties of phenolphthalein poly(ether ketone)

Stress relaxation and dynamic mechanical behavior of phenolphthalein poly(ether ketone) (PEK-C) have been investigated. Using Ferry's reduction method, the master curve was obtained. From the experimental results, we found that the WLF equation is not appropriate in the lower-temperature range (T < T_g). The relaxation spectrum was calculated according to the first approximation method proposed by Schwarzl and Staverman. In addition to the α-transition region, a second transition zone is revealed at low temperature. This transition is probably due to a restricted motion of its main chain. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     

丙二醇单甲醚丙酸酯合成体系的气相色谱分析

自行研制了氰乙基(25%,质量分数)甲基硅橡胶(XE-60)石英毛细管色谱柱。建立了对含游离酸的丙二醇单甲醚丙酸酯的色谱分析方法。该法具有分离效果好,分析速度快的优点。
