Low-voltage, n-type organic field effect transistors (OFETs) with simultaneously modified bottom-contact (BC) electrodes and dielectric were compared to their top-contact (TC) counterparts. The devices modified with 6-phenoxyhexylphosphonic acid (Ph6PA) self-assembled monolayer (SAM) showed similar performance, morphology, and contact resistance. Electron mobility of C60 devices were 0.212 and 0.320 cm2 V−1 s−1 and [6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) devices were 0.04 and 0.06 cm2 V−1 s−1 for TC and BC devices, respectively. Low contact resistance between 11 and 45 kΩ cm was found regardless of device architecture or n-type semiconductor used. This work shows it is possible to fabricate solution processable low-voltage bottom-contact devices with performance that is similar or better than their top-contact counterparts without the addition of complex and time-consuming processing steps. 相似文献

Efficient local gene transfection on a tissue scaffold is of crucial importance in facilitating tissue repair and regeneration. In this work, the gelatin‐functionalized polycaprolactone (PCL) film surfaces are prepared via surface‐initiated atom transfer radical polymerization of glycidyl methacrylate. The resultant covalent attachment of gelatin could enhance the cell‐adhesion and local gene transfection properties. The gelatin‐functionalized PCL film surfaces exhibit excellent cell‐adhesion ability to both adherent and suspension cells. The attached adherent cells demonstrate the characteristic elongated morphologies with good spreading capability, while the attached suspension cells can maintain the original status of the round morphologies without spreading. More importantly, the gelatin coupled on the PCL surface could be used to absorb the cationic vector/plasmid deoxyribonucleic acid (pDNA) complexes via electrostatic interaction. The local gene transfection property on the immobilized cells is dependent on both the density of the immobilized cells and the loading types of pDNA complexes. The transfection efficiency of different assemble methods of pDNA complex was compared. With the pre‐ and post‐loading sandwich‐like gene transfection, the gelatin‐functionalized PCL film surface can substantially enhance the transfection properties to different cell lines. The present study is very useful to spatially control local gene delivery within PCL‐based tissue scaffolds. 相似文献

This paper proposes two power‐efficient resource allocation policies with statistical delay Quality of Service (QoS) guarantees for uplink time‐division multiple access (TDMA) communication links. Specifically, the first policy aims at maximizing the system throughput while fulfilling the delay QoS and average power constraints, and the second policy is devised as an effort to minimize the total average power subject to individual delay QoS constraints. Convex optimization problems associated with the resource allocation policies are formulated based on a cross‐layer framework, where the queue at the data link layer is served by the resource allocation policy. By employing the Lagrangian duality theory and the dual decomposition theory, two subgradient iteration algorithms are developed to obtain the globally optimal solutions. The aforementioned resource allocation policies have been shown to be deterministic functions of delay QoS requirements and channel fading states. 风载是影响地基望远镜性能的主要因素之一,为了研究风载荷的作用以及对望远镜性能的影响程度,首先建立了望远镜、圆顶和流场的几何模型。然后利用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)分析了在外界风速为10 m/s 的情况下,3 种不同高角(30、60、120)流场中截面空气速度、压力、湍流动能以及主镜面的静压力的瞬态分布,最后通过有限元方法获得了主镜去除刚体位移后的面形。仿真结果表明,望远镜以不同高角观测时主镜面静压力功率谱密度与Gemini 望远镜的实测结果接近,真实模拟了风载荷的作用。由风载引起的镜面变形RMS 值分别为3.74E-1 nm,2.5E-2 nm,1.71E-1 nm,满足面形精度要求。 相似文献

在电力系统中,利用计算机视觉和图像处理技术对零值绝缘子进行检测,对保障电力系统的安全运行具有非常重要的作用。提出了一种基于红外图像的零值绝缘子自动检测算法。该算法首先对输入图像进行预处理,利用GLOH描述子结合机器学习精确定位绝缘子,然后利用图谱方法提取图像的边界点,并搜索初始轮廓线作为初始值,利用GVF Snake模型检测绝缘子串的精确轮廓线,以分割绝缘子,最后通过分析统计直方图,实现零值绝缘子的自动检测。实验结果表明,所提出的算法可以有效地检测零值绝缘子。 相似文献

真值表是表征逻辑输入与输出之间因果关系的重要工具,真值表约简在数字逻辑电路的分析与设计中具有重要意义.该文将真值表看作逻辑信息系统,将真值表约简转化为逻辑信息系统的最简规则获取.采用粒计算分层粒化的思想,在不同粒度下,利用粒矩阵的知识表示形式、粒矩阵中的启发式知识以及粒矩阵运算,设计了多输入多输出真值表快速并行约简算法.以发光二极管七段数字显示器为例进行了算法说明,通过数学证明和算法复杂性分析证明了算法的正确性和有效性. 相似文献

Signal through-the-silicon via (STS-via) planning plays an important role in multi-layer nets which need vertical interconnection between different device layers. Moreover, STS-via can also dissipate heat, which is a much more serious problem in 3D ICs than in 2D ICs. Since the through-the-silicon via is large and can only be inserted into whitespace of the device layer, planning STS-via for thermal optimization may affect the interconnection wire length. Therefore, in order to make STS-via planning more flexible, we integrated STS-via with pin assignment. In this paper, we use min-cost maximum flow algorithm for STS-via planning and pin assignment simultaneously. Experimental results show that our approach can reduce both temperature and wire length effectively with short runtime. 相似文献

With the increasing requirement for communication bandwidth, all-optical network has been more and more important owning to its large traffic capability. Multicasting is an important technology in wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) optical network, and has been studied in many works. In this paper, we consider the multicasting technology on all-optical metropolitan area network (MAN) with maximum power attenuation constraint. The objective is to minimize total cost of a multicasting request. This problem is NP-hard. We propose a heuristic, named Power-Constraint Fix-Destination-Path (PC-FDP) algorithm, to solve this maximal power-loss constrained minimizing cost multicasting problem. It means that, during the process of building a multicasting tree, when a destination is reached and its power satisfies the constraint, the path from source to it would be fixed in the tree. Simulation results show that, all multicasting trees building the proposed algorithm satisfy the power constraint, with slight increasing of the total cost. 相似文献
