A New Grade Carbon Black Produced by Thermal Plasma Process

This paper presents a new route about producing carbon black,by wich the natural gas cracking is carried out in the absence of oxygen thanks to an electric energy supply externally given by a plasma jet.The carbon black produced by this process has a narrow size distribution and a small average diameter of 38nm as well as a highly branched aggregate.The higher DBP value of 1.40ml/g shows it should be a high structure carbon black.The FTIR spectra shows that there are lots of aromatic c-c bonds and a large amount of nitrogen-coutaining functional groups on the carbon blacks surface,such as-NH,-CN as we3ll as -CH,-OH,-COOH groups.     

Surface Plasmon Resonance Enhanced Scattering of Au Colloidal Nanoparticles

Abstract Suspended gold nanoparticles have been synthesized via electrochemical method.The strongest resonance scattering peak is at 485 nm, which results from the surface plasmonresonance. When the excited wavelength is at 242 nm (12.4×10~(14) Hz), there have been a 1/2fraction frequency scattering peak at 485 nm (1/2×12.4×10~(14) Hz) and a 1/3 fraction frequencyscattering peak at 726 nm (1/3×12.4×10~(14) Hz) displayed. Emission spectra with different particlediameters were compared, the intensity of scattering light increases with the particle size. Thefrequency-dependent scattering average cross section of small particle was calculated from Mietheory. The model calculation is in agreement with the experimental results.     

彩色平板玻璃的色度计算

通过数值分析，运用解析几何原理推导出计算彩色玻璃三个参数（主波长、纯度和亮度）的数学模型，编制出计算程序。利用彩色玻璃的单色光透过率，通过该程序可以快速、准确地计算该玻璃的色度值，鉴定该颜色的质量。     

多级旋转式倒立摆的建模与分析

运用刚体的动力学知识对多级旋转式倒立摆系统进行了动力学分析,归纳其规律性,并推导出旋臂及各级摆杆的运动微分方程,从而获得任意级旋转式倒立摆的非线性数学模型。文中还对旋转式倒立摆系统进行了能控性分析。最后利用MATLAB对一级、二级旋转式倒立摆的控制进行了仿真,并得到较好的仿真结果。     

低温反相悬浮合成AA/AM共聚型吸水树脂

采用氧化还原引发体系，反相悬浮法低温合成AA／AM共聚型吸水树脂。研究了不同引发体系、单体组成、交联剂和引发剂浓度、温度、单体中和度对共聚物吸液能力的影响。与单一引发剂相比，采用复合引发体系，反应温度降低，聚合时间缩短，产物吸水速度和吸液能力高于聚丙烯酸钠，保水性略低于后者。共聚物最大吸液能力为：Q去离子水=970mL／g，Q生理盐水=129mL／g，Q人工尿=130mL／g。     

Fabrication and magnetic properties of Sm_3(Fe,Ti)_(29)N_x/α-Fe dual-phase nanocomposite permanent magnetic material

Sm3(Fe,Ti)29Nx/α-Fe dual-phase nanometer magnetic material was fabricated through rapid solidification, crystallization and nitridation of Sm-Fe (Ti) alloy. The effect of combination of rapid solidification and Ti alloy addition on the phase for- mation and microstructure of the Sm-Fe alloy is investigated in this paper. The mi- crostructure of amorphous phase and dual-phase nano-grain crystals before and after crystallization annealing were observed using a high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HREM). The dual-phase nano-grains after annealing were compacted together with a clear interface with the direct exchange-coupling mechanism. Different annealing processes were used to examine the melt-spun alloy. Comparison of the images of SEM showed that annealing at 750 ℃ for 10 min was most suitable to get homogeneous and nano-grains. No obvious kink was de- tected in the second quadrant of the hysteresis loop like a single hard magnet, and strong exchange coupling was found between hard magnets and soft magnets.     

INVESTIGATION ON SELF-PROPAGATING HIGH-TEMPERATURE SYNTHESIS OF TiAl INTERMETALLIC COMPOUND

The self-propagating high-temperature syn-thesis method was used to synthesize the TiAl intermetalliccompound,and two kinds of synthesis modes were studied inthis paper.The results show that the thermal explosion modeis suitable for the synthesis of TiAI,the pre-heating tempera-ture has a great influence on the synthesis.Microstructurestudy show that the density of the sample fabricated by thermal explosion mode is higher than that fabricated by propa-gating mode.

一体式膜-生物反应器经济曝气量的试验研究

增大曝气量一方面可提高膜面液体循环流速,从而减缓污泥在膜表面的沉积,降低膜污染形成速率;另一方面曝气量的增加也造成污泥粒径分布的变化,使混合液中细小污泥颗粒增多,从而导致膜孔堵塞,引起膜污染速率增加.一定污泥浓度下存在一个经济的曝气量,使得污泥絮体不大量在膜表面沉积,同时也不会产生更多的细小污泥粒子.实验考察了一体式膜-生物反应器在不同污泥浓度、不同曝气量下膜污染的发展趋势.实验结果:在污泥浓度为3,6,8和10g/L下的经济曝气量分别为36,72,84,120m3/(m2·h),经济曝气量随污泥浓度的增大而增加.     

BM50型风扫磨机主齿轮失效分析

BM50型大力神风扫磨机在正常操作务件下主齿轮(材质为4340钢)出现早期失效，一齿断裂脱落，另有17齿开裂。采用化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜观察以覆硬度测试方法，对断裂齿轮进行了失效分析，结果表明，失效齿轮属于疲劳断裂；引起断裂的直接原因是位于齿轮啮合面硬化层底部的堆积夹杂物，所用材料存在严重的冶金质量缺陷。
