A self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery system (SNEDDS) was developed to enhance the absorption of heparin after oral administration, in which heparin was compounded with phospholipids to achieve better fat solubility in the form of heparin-phospholipid (HEP-Pc) complex. HEP-Pc complex was prepared using the solvent evaporation method, which increased the solubility of heparin in n-octanol. The successful preparation of HEP-Pc complex was confirmed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, NMR, and SEM. A heparin lipid microemulsion (HEP-LM) was prepared by high-pressure homogenization and characterized. HEP-LM can enhance the absorption of heparin after oral administration, significantly prolong activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and thrombin time (TT) in mice, and reduce fibrinogen (FIB) content. All these outcomes indicate that HEP-LM has great potential as an oral heparin formulation.  相似文献

矿产资源的勘探和开采为人类文明的现代化发展提供了物质基础。我国国土面积辽阔,矿产资源丰富。作为工业生产和日常生活的必需品,人类社会对各种矿产资源高度依赖。在过去相当长的一段时间内,我国矿产资源的开采以浅表矿山露天开采为主。这种开采方法技术含量低,受地质因素影响较小,然而却造成了严重的生态破坏和水土流失。不同于地下开采,露天矿山开采对地表形态的破坏性极大,所造成的植被破坏和生物多样性减少等问题更加突出。该文结合当前环境保护和治理要求,结合矿山植被破坏特点,探索露天矿山植被恢复的可行性策略。  相似文献

In this work, the effects of Zn content (0-2 wt%) on microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of cast Mg-10Gd-3.5Er-0.5Zr alloys are studied. The results show that the as-cast Mg-10Gd-3.5Er-xZn-0.5Zr alloys are mainly composed of Mg matrix and secondary (Mg, Zn)3(Gd, Er) phases distributed along grain boundaries. With the increase in Zn content, the volume fraction of secondary (Mg, Zn)3(Gd, Er) phases increases and the grains get refined. In the process of solid solution treatment, Zn addition can lead to the formation of long-period stacking ordered (LPSO) structures and the volume fraction of LPSO structures increases with Zn content. In addition, the Zn addition can reduce the vacancy formation energy and accelerate the diffusion rate of RE elements in Mg matrix. Because of the comprehensive effect of secondary phases and the accelerated diffusion rate, the base alloy and 2Zn alloy have less grain growth after solid solution treatment than that of the 0.5Zn alloy and 1Zn alloy. The precipitation process is also accelerated by enhanced diffusion rate. At room temperature (RT), the strengthening effect of β'+ β1 precipitates is more effective than that of LPSO structures, so the peak-aged 0.5Zn alloy exhibits the most excellent mechanical performance at RT, with yield strength of 219 MPa, ultimate tensile strength 296 MPa and elongation of 6.4%. While LPSO structures have stronger strengthening effect at elevated temperature than that of β'+ β1 precipitates, so the 1Zn alloy and 2Zn alloy have more stable mechanical performance than that of the base alloy and 0.5Zn alloy with the increase in tensile temperature.  相似文献

Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) is widely used in tires in the automotive segment and vulcanization using sulfur is a common process to enhance its mechanical properties. However, the addition of sulfur as the cross-linking agent usually results in impurities in pyrolysis products during rubber recycling, and thus the desulfurization during tire pyrolysis attracts much attention. In this work, the pyrolysis of vulcanized SBR is studied in detail with the help of ReaxFF molecular dynamics simulation. A series of crosslinked SBR models were built with different sulfur contents and densities. The following ReaxFF MD simulations were performed to show products distributions at different pyrolysis conditions. The simulation results show that sulfur products distribution is mainly controlled by sulfur contents and temperatures. The reaction mechanism is proposed based on the analysis of sulfur products conversion pathway, where most sulfur atoms are bonded with hydrocarbon radicals and the rest transfer to H2S. High sulfur contents tend to the formation of elemental sulfur intermediate, and temperature increase facilitates the release of H2S.  相似文献

In this work, a reasonable strategy for the construction of Li2ZnTi3O8@Na2WO4 composite was employed to promote the Li storage performances of Li2ZnTi3O8. The Li2ZnTi3O8@Na2WO4 composites (5, 10, and 15 wt%) were then prepared by a solution dispersion method. The introduction of Na2WO4 does not change the structures of the samples and they show similar morphologies with particle sizes from 100 to 200 nm. Suitable amount of Na2WO4 modification effectively improves the electrochemical performance of Li2ZnTi3O8. Li2ZnTi3O8@Na2WO4 composites (0, 5, 10, and 15 wt%) deliver the discharge/charge capacities of 137.4/136.4, 164.2/162.3, 189.2/188.1, and 154.5/153.3 mAh g?1 at 0.5 A g?1 after 100 cycles, respectively. Li2ZnTi3O8@Na2WO4 composites (10 wt%) has the highest reversible capacities among all samples. The Na2WO4 shell with an excellent electronic conductivity can reduce electrode polarization, decrease the charge transfer resistance, enhance the Li-ion diffusion coefficient of Li2ZnTi3O8, and then improve the electrochemical kinetics of composites. In addition, the formation of Ti–O bonds at the interface can be helpful for the stabilization of the composite, being beneficial for the improvement of their cycling stabilities. These results reveal that Na2WO4 coating is a facile and effective strategy to promote the Li storage performance of Li2ZnTi3O8.  相似文献

The effects of La2O3–Al2O3–SiO2 addition on the thermal conductivity, coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), Young's modulus and cyclic thermal shock resistance of hot-pressed h-BN composite ceramics were investigated. The samples were heated to 1000 °C and then quenched to room temperature with 1–50 cycles, and the residual flexural strength was used to evaluate cyclic thermal shock resistance. h-BN composite ceramics containing 10 vol% La2O3–Al2O3 and 20 vol% SiO2 addition exhibited the highest flexural strength, thermal conductivity and relatively low CTE, which were beneficial to the excellent thermal shock resistance. In addition, the viscous amorphous phase of ternary La2O3–Al2O3–SiO2 system could accommodate and relax thermal stress contributing to the high thermal shock resistance. Therefore, the residual flexural strength still maintained the value of 234.3 MPa (86.9% of initial strength) after 50 cycles of thermal shock.  相似文献

High purity AlN fiber is a promising thermal conductive material. In this work, AlN fibers were prepared using solution blow spinning followed by nitridation under N2 or NH3 atmosphere. Soluble polymer, such as polyaluminoxane, and allyl-functional novolac resin were adopted as raw materials to form homogeneous distribution of Al2O3 and C nanoparticles within the fibers, which could inhibit the growth of alumina crystal and promote their nitridation process. The effect of nitriding atmosphere on the fiber morphology was investigated. XRD results showed that complete nitridation was achieved at 1300 °C in the NH3 or at 1500 °C in the N2 atmosphere. Hollowed fiber structure was observed when fiber was nitrided in N2 at high temperature, which was caused by gaseous Al gas diffusion, and this phenomenon was eliminated in NH3 atmosphere. The nitridation mechanisms in different atmosphere were analyzed in detail. It was demonstrated that the nitridation of Al2O3 fibers in the NH3 atmosphere offered the favored AlN morphology and chemical quality. Flexible AlN fiber with O content of 0.7 wt% was achieved after nitriding in NH3 at 1400 °C. The high quality AlN can be used in thermal conductive composite materials.  相似文献
