InGaAsP/InP有源双稳放大器的实验研究

本文报导了室温下F—P型InGaAsP/InP双异质结半导体激光放大器的双稳态效应,放大器的增益为20dB。     

Evaporated Thin Films of CdS and CdTe: Optimization for Photovoltaic Applications

Thin films of cadmium sulphide and cadmium telluride have been prepared by thermal evaporation under various conditions of deposition. These films have been characterized optically. electrically and for structure determination. The results of these characterizations along with the initial results of all thin film CdS/CdTe solar cells are presented in this paper     

超微粒乳剂的制备及量子尺寸效应的研究

本文制备了四种不同粒度的超微粒AgBr照相乳剂,用X射线衍射技术对其粒子的大小进行了测定;观察到乳剂的紫外吸收峰随晶体颗粒的减小表现出逐渐蓝移;本文提出晶体表面的悬键的存在使得纳米晶体的平均键能升高,并对纳米AgBr乳剂的量子尺寸效应进行了解释。     

Reduction of Stibnite at Moderate Temperature

Reduction of stibnite with hydrogen in the presence of calcium oxide has been experimentally inves-tigated at moderate temperature. The results reveal that the effluent generated in the reduction pro-cess contains much less air-polluting substance H_2S, and that the reaction activation energy is63. 3 kJ/mol. The form of antimony changes considerably when the reaction temperature varies.     

In_（0．2）Ga_（0．8）As／GaAs应变多量子阱结构的光调制反射和热调制反射谱的研究

对Ｉｎ（０．２）Ｇａ（０．８）Ａｓ／ＧａＡｓ应变多量子阱在７７Ｋ下的光调制反射谱（ＰＲ）和热调制反射谱（ＴＲ）进行了实验研究．对ＰＲ结果的线形拟合指认了应变多量子阱中子能级的跃迁，并与理论计算结果作了比较．实验对比确认ＰＲ中１１Ｈ、１３Ｈ等跃迁结构为非耦合态、具有电场调制机构的一阶微商性质．而１１Ｌ、３１Ｈ、２２Ｈ等跃迁结构为阶间耦合态，对这些隧穿耦合的低场调制产生三阶微商特性．     

MECHANISM OF BREAK─UP OF LIQUID DROPLETS GENERATED BY ELECTROHYDRODYNAMIC TECHNIQUE

分析了电流体动力学技术制备纳米粉的液滴破碎机理，结果表明：外加电压、电场强度、液体金属性质直接影响金属液滴的破碎程度。     

高效液相色谱法测定头孢拉定制剂方法的改进

目的:改进头孢拉定制剂含量测定方法。方法:高效液相色谱条件:以Shim—Pack CLC—ODS(250mm×4.6mm)为色谱柱;柱温为35℃;流动相为水—甲醇—3.86％醋酸钠溶液-4％醋酸溶液(1364:500:30:6);流速为0.8mL·min~(-1);检测波长为254nm。结果:头孢拉定峰形良好,分离度和柱效满足药典要求,保留时间由原来的21.32min缩短至8.06min,提高了分析速度,含量测定结果与中国药典无显著差异。结论:该方法快速、准确、能更好地适用于常规检验工作和大批量生产时的质量控制。     

灌溉水库水资源优化调度

以榆社云簇水库为例、以水库灌区多种作物所能达到的最大产值为目标函数，本文研究了一套灌溉水库用水优化调度模型。它包括计划调度模型和实时调度模型两部分，适用于干旱半干旱地区灌溉水量不足的水库的用水调度。     

Local Enrichment of Active Element Y in Y-modified PVD Films on Mild Steel Substrate

By means of EPMA,SIMS and XTEM tech-niques,the element distribution at the transitionzone of Y-modified ion plated titanium andtitanium nitride film on A3 steel substrate and thevariation of the element content on the surface ofthe evaporation source before and after service werestudied in detail.A mode was proposed in terms ofpreferential evaporation and micro-tunnel trans-portation of Y at the interface of film/substrate.
